Installation Instructions:
***PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO ENSURE THAT THIS LOT AND ALL OF ITS CONTENT INSTALL PROPERLY***
2. Download this lot, do NOT use the Wizard or your Download Basket.
3. Double-click the sims2pack to install. Clean Installer will show you a list of all the available content. Deselect the lot item (listed first)and SAVE the remaining items to a file with any name other than the original (I just name mine "temp"). It doesn't matter where this file is saved, your desktop is fine. Clean Installer will now show a list of everything in the new file; select Install to install the listed content; click ok and ok again.
4. Double-click the original LOT sims2pack again. When the list of available content comes up, select the LOT ITEM ONLY (this can be easily done by clicking on the little house icon at the top) and click Install.
The lot and all of its custom content should now be properly installed and available the next time you start TS2.
Helpful Hint: Check your Teleport folder (My DocumentsEA GamesThe Sims 2Teleport) prior to installing the lot. Unless you've installed other lots since you last entered the game, it should be empty. After using this procedure to install your lot, there should be three files in the Teleport folder.

I applaud you a thousand times over pinecat *clapping*, your lots are spectacular!! Especially this series...well done, and thanks so much for sharing.
I love your whole series of Bear Culch. I live deep in the country across from the Great Dismal Swamp and this is the type of country house I like to use.. and the school house..well we live in what was once a one room school house built in 1869...so how could I not love this...thanks to you and all the folks that help put these items together for us to download.
I have a question. I am trying to submit a house on sims 2, but i don't know how to get the pictures on it! I also don't know what file they are saved under! Help! what file?? (if anyone else reads this can you help me too??!)
