The kind of comfy home where the neighbors go to the kitchen door when they come to visit! Downstairs has a cozy living room, family room, large eat-in kitchen, master suite and another full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bath. Features include three fireplaces, a lovely patio where Sims enjoy eating and a small multi-purpose basement (unfurnished) beneath the garage. Fully furnished, decorated and landscaped - move-in ready!
There is a small unavoidable gap in the back of the lower front roof. It's barely noticeable and doesn't affect game play but I wanted you to know.
