Hi, this time I made a new community lot for Champs les Sims.
It is a winery and I use it in my game as nectary.
But you can use it in your game as whatever you want.All you need to place it in your game is a
free 40 X 40 community lot.
If you like to use it as a residental lot you can easily switch the lot to residental use.
I've used some EA Store items and some TSRAA objects.
The EA store items are:
Athena's Olive Tree
Kumquats of Prosperity (free)
Ivy tower (Toyota Prius set free)
and some plants from Lucky Palms.
I hope you and your sims enjoy my new community lot.

My lots may include items from the Expansion- and Stuff Packs: World Adventure,High-End Loft, Ambitions, Fast Lane, Late Night,Outdoor Living, Generations,Town Life, Pets, Master Suite, Showtime and KP Sweet Treats.

Contains no hacks!
I have all the free stuff from EA store and nearby all of the paystuff. Sometimes I use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by objects from the basegame.
I`ve recoloured some objects in the game.
Just install the lot via launcher..
