This time I want to share a house with you which I've built for Appaloosa Plains.
Outdoors: a car park, wishing well, barbecue, dining area, a swing and kitchen garden
First floor: kitchen, dining room with bird cage, living room and a bathroom
Second floor: one bathroom, a toilet, one master bedroom and another 3 bedrooms.
Third floor: unfurnished and awaits your creativity
I've used no store items but one TSRAA object.
I hope you'll like it.

Contains no hacks!
I have all the free stuff from EA store and nearby all of the paystuff. Sometimes I use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by objects from the basegame.
I`ve recoloured some objects in the game.
Just install the lot via launcher..
