Description
The Coast Road winds it's way along the base of the cliffs, with terraced levels rising up each side all the way up the Mountain. The cliff top opens out onto a wide plateau with plenty of room for city living.

I keep reading that some neighborhoods are designated as sub-neighborhood only and cannot tell the difference or what will happen if I make a mistake and use it incorrectly.
