Hi all,   I have found out that due to some stupid habit of mine, (I once read eons ago somewhere that deleting the content of my DCBackup folder, would speed up my game...) most of my lots don't pack the custom content I used with the lot in the download. However, the lots will work fine if you single handedly download the CC listed. My latest lot (the Casa Collina - Furnished)... ...More

I build lots, I mean, I build houses, and not even every day of the week. I work a long time on each house , because I am a bit of a perfectionist. So... when I started uploading these houses here on TSR in 2009 for Sims 3, I never thought it would ever reach the magical number of 100.000 downloads .... It did!!! Hi, and welcome! My name is Freddie, feel free to look around my mini site.

I am a Sim addict... I admit.

I work for an executive search bureau in Amsterdam for 3 days a week. I used to be a flight attendant with KLM, Royal Dutch Airlines, where I worked 11 years full time. Way back in the seventies I was an exchange student, and spent my senior year in high school in Orinda, East Bay Area CA. Class of 78! I graduated in 1984 from the Academy of Arts in Architectural Design and still love to build my Sims houses. I also like taking screenshots and tell a story.Can't stop building houses.Lately started to learn meshing... tomb building, Machinima... well... not enough hours in one day.
