Description
MAGNETIC ZERO - designed with no particular destiny in mind really. As in life, the end result therefore by default can be no other than a thing that is dedicated to neither form nor function. You may have a sim who enjoys life under those perimeters so this is just their kind of place!
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: If you place this on a flat 20 x 20 space you will get a very sunken front yard. The easiest thing to do is to go into Sunset Valley, find the corner of Redwood Pkwy and Skyborough Blvd, then place a 20 x 20 lot going up on the hill just a bit. One of the pics gives you a good idea of it's location.
