Download as a zip file (green arrow) file also includes all relevant recolours. Place these into your downloads folder before installing the lot.
To rent a furnished apartment open up the cheat box and enter boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. Hold down shift and click on the door of the apartment you want your sims to occupy and select ‘rent furnished apartment’. Once the property is rented deactivate the cheat - boolprop testingcheatsenabled false.

Hee-hee! Brilliant! You basically made different houses on the same lot! It should've occurred to me, but it didn't! Basically, you've done what AL has done for the game: Created a mini-neighborhood on the same lot. A tad on the CC, but not too much, I suppose. I'm DLing it nevertheless...
I just love this lot. i can't download it. but it made me want to make one just like it.. thanks for all your hard work you have put into this amazing lot.
