The Halifax is an old fishing trawler that has been converted into a home for your sea-loving sims. The lot also features an on-shore guest house, a home business and space for two cars.

Additional Notes:

Place on a coastal road in the Moon Islands neighbourhood for best results. Editing most of this lot requires a familiarity with .
