If you are seeking space for a multi-generational family of Sims - or just a very large family who like to spread themselves around - Casa Caballo with it's sprawling, Spanish good looks, may be just what you are looking for.
It comprises 3 separate accommodations, joined by courtyards and elevated walkways. The two outer wings are 3storey; the central section has 4 storeys of living, plus the belltower. The courtyards have lounge chairs among fountains and plants and the pool area also has plenty of seating. A small aviary sits in a niche under the stairs.
Each 'wing' contains kitchen,dining, livingroom, bedroom and bathroom. The front apartment also contains a second, double bedroom plus studio/sewingroom; there is a poolroom,small exercise area, laundry and wine cellar in the rear tower. Notwithstanding what appears in the specs, Casa Caballo has 4 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.[apparently TSR considers 5 to be sufficient for all needs LOL]
A pair of spacious, plant covered gazebos have pride of place on an elevated platform, either side of a covered area with bbq facilities and meal seating. A number of comfortable couches have a view of the jumps area.
A stable with box-stall and tackroom has access to a sand surfaced lunging yard and small jumps course. A two car garage is the remaining structure on the lot, plus there is an additional two spaces for casual parking.
A couple of features worth mentioning: The original estate dates back to less peaceful times, and some features of that earlier time are still to be found here at Casa Caballo. . . the belltower is pretty obvious, but a pair of small cannons can also be found on either side of the elevated walkway. Of course, these are now only ornamental, but it was not always so!

Strictly speaking, Casa Caballo is NOT an original work. It is based on the EA lot, Stefani at 67 Stella Street, Monte Vista. I do not claim credit for that portion of the work, but the 'renovations' that make it Casa Caballo, are entirely mine. You may not re-upload and claim it as your own work.
The only other lot I found, suitable for relocating the 32x63 size of Casa Caballo, was the graveyard in Sunset Valley.I figured it was time to enlarge the cemetery anyway, so I shifted it to a bigger lot and used the space thus vacated.
I have all EPs [up to and including University Life] and most SPs, installed on my base-game; my game is fully
patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.Such instances will not affect installation and play for Casa Caballo.
