Description
Please note that all of the doors, arches and windows are dependent upon the "GEA Plain Window 1Tile STRAIGHT" for their textures. You'll also need the script for the modular stairs which is in the installation instructions of that individual download.

What an amazing set, your modular stairs and the matching fence are so modern. This will be used extensively in my urban area. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for this "so appreciate" creation. To me, it is the most use full download I ever made. You are part of most of my houses.
It is a very well done work.

This is one of my favorite buildsets, I use it a lot since I downloaded it long time ago, but it´s metal-look doesn´t fit every situation... But the stairs and fence are nearly in every house I build. Unfortunately I never understood how to get rid of the metallic shine from the master-window, so all my "home-use" recolors look a little weird. Any ideas from anyone? Would love to have just normal wood...
But for modern houses it´s my first choice
