Description
U HAVE TO DO SOMETHING FIRST TO MAKE THIS LOT WORKS! First place this lot in a mountain (in Bluewater Village). Then move all your sims there. After u have all your sims in there load to neighbourhood view once again, move the lot to the coast and put it there. Only when this lot was on a mountain it will look pretty weird but dont worry about it.
