Ironically, the price in Sims is close to the real world to. lol But, I just managed to save enough to finally move in. I have incountered a few problems though.
The spiral staircase was missing. And, the rug on the top floor caught on fire from the fire place. Just two things to be aware of, small fixes really. I've already delt with these issues, and am living happily in my new home.
