Just a little extra note, when I took these pics, I had not yet changed the lot zoning to apartmentbase, so that is why there is a reg. mailbox shown in the photos :P

Hi i love this lot but when a sim rents an apartment i can't put any furniture in. It says location out of bounds. Any ideas? It's the same for the W. Canal street apts.

Like what lucyt said, how come that happens? Is there a glitch somewhere that's causing this? I mean, It just doesn't make sense. I receive no errors telling me that there's something wrong with architecture when I change the LotZoning. I just don't get it.

I can't believe it! I downloaded your apartment yesterday and installed it in the game like I always do. When I played the game and enter to one of my saved apartment lot, I noticed that my renting mailbox has been replaced by a normal residential mailbox. I tried to find a way to correct it like deleting certain files and restart the game several times but it didn't work out.
Now, I can't pay rent and I can't see my roommate. Can somebody help me! Please!
