I’ve created this beach for a special friend known as Zin779 for the kindness she has shown me :). This house has a small beach as a back yard along with a light house tower that you can walk up stairs to the top. The beach house on the first floor has a living room built for TV enjoyment and reading. The kitchen constructed with all basic need including a small bar for those days of kicking back or parties. A personal room just for dinning with a view of the beach. A big hall way with a door leading to the back of the house. A small guest/ study room for those work days. Going up stairs we have a big hall way to sit and enjoy a good book or the view. A bath room for all to use and of course the master bedroom. Leading to the big balcony which has a great view of the whole lot. Good for those warm summer nights. The house is all furnished and has reflective wood floors. Contains a parking spot which leads to the tables, benches, and grill for a fun cook out. As a special treat I have built a light house tower that I mentioned earlier for those who love a great view. It's of 3 floors high that you can walk up to the top and there are benches to relax on and a telescope for those starry nights.
