This bar and grill also features a loft apartment, breakroom, office, storage and outdoor dining. The loft has two bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, open kitchen and dining area, and it even has a pool table in the living room. The bar is fully stocked with a small kitchen for the sims looking for more then a drink. The booths are only decorative, but there is still plenty of seating for all. If you ever dreamed of operating your own restaurant and living above the business, then this home is for you. If that does not appeal to you, then turn the loft into a dance club, and convert the lot into a hangout, voila problem solved! As with any good business, there is a working fire escape in case of emergencies. The odd looking white squares are your lights and are only visible during build/buy mode, so please DO NOT delete them.

This lot really needs a minimum of Late Night and Ambitions to function properly. The entire bar area is content from the Late Night Expansion. Once again, the booths will not function as is, they are just for appearance. Here is a complete list of what I have installed in my game: ALL Expansions
