A small station makes a perfect small home conversion! This is a low-value, simply-furnished house for up to a family of four, with room to park a car and extend the property. The Bridge Lane Station signs can be changed in-game to Simlish equivalents if preferred.

I have all EPs up to and including Pets (but none of the Stuff Packs). If you are missing any of the EPs between World Adventures and Pets, there's a small chance that some content might be substituted. For the most part, the house has been built with base-game content..
