This beautifully set 2 bed 1 bath home is the perfect spot for your faerie sims. With secluded outdoor seating, flowery interior, and fountain water feature any outdoor sim will be very comfortable in this home. Includes gazebo, on site fishing, room for entertaining, and extensive landscaping.
Creator Notes
Was having a lot of fun playing with a faerie then got bored with my very un-faerie looking house so decided to make this one instead. It has two bedrooms (1 double one single), 1 bath, kitchen, dining, living room, gazebo, barbecue area, fountains, ponds and on site fishing. Instead of rugs I used ground cover flowers to keep it base-game compatible, so if you want to move any of that you'll need to use the "moveobjects" cheat. I built the lot on 467 Farmer Valley Drive, Riverview.
This lot makes extensive use of the moveobjects cheat for landscaping, keep that in mind if editing.
Requires most recent base game update.
I have base game and Supernatural installed, but only used base game items for construction. Due to the extensive landscaping and water this lot can lag a machine and may take some time to load. Reduce water and tree animation quality to make it load faster. Delete some of the pampas grass and cat tails around the ponds edge if all else fails..
