It seems to be an old abandoned house...from the outside..well, and also from the inside, because the main part of the house is in the basement. There's a spacious bedroom, combined with a bathroom, a modern living room, a kitchen in bright colors and (!!) a great laboratory complex for various purposes. It'll be a great accommodation for a scientist, who wants to live unnoticed (for some reason), but doesn't want to sacrifice his convenience and comfort.
