IN THE PINK is a charming generously sized, three bedroom, four bathroom, cottage. It is fully furnished and tastefully decorated throughout.
Comprising three levels,
The first features a large swimming pool, a spa, juice bar, comfortable seating and the level is fully enclosed for privacy. Access is via stairs from the second level.
Second level has a generous kitchen area with plenty of bench space and cupboards. It also has the latest appliances and white goods. From the kitchen you have a small hallway that leads to the formal dining room. With seating for eight, you can entertain in style. There is a quite generously sized bathroom on this level. There is also a cinema television room and a lovely little sunroom area complete with indoor plants, glass walls for an awesome view of the ocean or the mountains, depending and where you decide to place the house. You will also find a pool table, a chess table, and there are bookshelves if you are into less energetic pastimes and comfortable seating.
Up the staircase and you are in the sleeping area.
Here you will find the sumptuous master bedroom. In one corner is the reading nook complete with fake fireplace. Candles placed in the fireplace add a delightful ambience to the room. There is a desk for writing letters or working out your bills. off the bedroom is a generous master bathroom with his and hers showers and vanities.
A guest bedroom with a fold away bed and a third double bedroom with a computer, a television are also on this level. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. These two bedrooms are separated by a small sunroom with comfy seating and glass walls to give added views.
There is an entertaining area with plenty of comfortable seating, a fridge, a barbeque and bench space- so that you don't have to run up and down to the kitchen- on this level. It is protected by a roof so rain is not a problem either. Access is via the external stairs or from inside this level.
The outside of the house has paved pathways, manicured lawns and a low maintenance garden of azaleas and sweet smelling pink roses. The property is fully fenced and ready for you to move in and relax.

This is an original whisperingsim creation, I build these free houses for use and enjoyment in YOUR game only, so, PLEASE, do not re-upload it anywhere, or use it as a template to build a lot for upload, or claim it as your own, but, you are free to do as you wish in your own game. I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including University, but NOT including Katy Perry and diesel, installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed, but this will not affect the installation or play for In The Pink. In the Pink will sit on any flat 30 x 30 lot and was built in Sunset Valley.
