Nunamara is a 2-storey, 4 bedroom, 4-1/2 bathroom family residence with a view of the water. It has a double garage under the roofline, as well as an undercover outdoor entertaining area with bbq, meal and comfort seating. An extension of this area contains a rectangular fountain with water spouts and loungers. Continuing down a low set of stairs, finds the mid-size pool - this has a feature wall with inset aquarium. A game table [pingpong] has pride of place on the second floor sun terrace.
Ground floor: The entry hall runs the full width of the house, splitting the cooking/dining area from the main livingroom. Within this space is found kitchen, separate dining, general office, powderroom, and the combined lounge/sitting rooms.
Top Floor: master bedroom with ensuite - 2nd double bedroom also with ensuite bath - twin single bedroom with playroom and bath - teen bedroom with bath. This level also contains a small art studio, and a qute respectable library with study area.
Nunamara was built on and for the 40x30 lot at 447 Shoreline Point, Starlight Shores - and the previews were shot in Azure Lake Avenue, Hidden Springs . . for re-location, Nunamara only requires a flat 40x30 lot - preferably with the long side fronting the road.

Nunamara is a marcorse original work. It is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully up-to-date game. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Nunamara.
