Welcome, Palmetto features three stories, fully furnished and decorated and a basement that is unfurnished.
The main attraction of this house is the stunning glass enclosed dining room one side of the house and a conservatory on the other side. Both these feature assorted palm trees , hence it's name. The perfect way to bring the outside in.

First floor includes kitchen, bathroom and massive entry with seating and bookshelves. The dining room and conservatory, which features seating. Feel at one with nature without going outside.

Second floor contains the family sized living room, complete with computer station, cinema screen television and piano. Huge windows give perfect views of the ocean.

Top floor contains two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a quiet area to sit and read if you can't sleep.
