Description
A derelict old factory, some sims have chosen to take up residence here while they dream of better things. This is the place where down-on-their-luck sims wash up, or soon to be rising stars start their journeys. The old factory has been empty for years before some opportunistic sims decided to move in. There is rubbish and junk everywhere, and the left over furniture from the factory has been supplimented with music posters and stuff grabbed off the rubbish tip.
The factory is split into 3 "apartments" 2 small and 1 large, all fully furnished, with the largest apartment default for your sim and the 2 smaller ones will soon be inhabited by NPC characters so you have neighbours (tested).
Creator Notes
All EPs apart from Pets may have been used. No stuff packs used..
