First floor "basement":
- Gardens
- "Pond" - Fountain
- 4 Garages
- 4 Fire-place luxury areas
- 4 dark rooms
- 4 individual cobble-stone relaxation yards (back)
Second Floor "main floor":
- 4 entry-rooms (the "main outdoor" steps lead up here)
- 4 rooms with veranda doors
- 4 stair-rooms which lead to the 3rd floor
- 4 balconies overlooking the front garden vista
- 4 sweeping white steps up to the main floor
Third Floor "upstairs":

I do believe this is probably my record for the biggest home ever. AND IT WON'T STOP HERE! :) Just a few little side notes.
- I couldn't bare to leave you, this time, without lighting up the hallways and rooms! I wanted you to be able to see everything from the start, but of course as soon as you do, you can go along and change them to what you desire!
- Outside areas are well-lit for night time; go ahead, have an outdoor midnight party!
- Cars will fit in the garage pretty much "perfectly"... in other words, "snug". You'll have to use a "moveobjects" code and place the car so that the back and the front are perfectly in the garage. There are two doors on either side of the car (you should place the car directly between the cars) because I tested the house and if you do it this way, you can get through the garage and into the house!
- This is a rather costly home (maybe my most expensive?) If you look at the price, it doesn't really matter between furnished and unfurnished; they're fairly high! This means that you're going to have lots and LOTS of fun decorating the large rooms and have even more fun in the yards when you can read on the chairs in view of the little gardens!
- This home is meant for four families, but go ahead and be crazy! Put a single person in there if that's what you want! :)
- Just to be safe (I do try to do this in all of my homes), I have equipped the luxury fire-place rooms with fire alarms so that you don't have to worry about burning your newly bought house down after you've just furnished it nicely!
** LASTLY, please remember that you have to specifically OPEN the garages first with your sims before they can walk through them. I wouldn't want any of you to think that the home is defective. ;) **
Ooh, I hope that you really like everything that I put into this town house! It's so much different than what I'm used to building, but I love what came out of it! HAVE FUN WITH ALL THOSE ROOMS! :}
