Hello Gallonandre, You are so welcome for the comments about creations.
It seems to be a bad habit of my, I must be my own worst critic when it comes to Sims creations. Hopefully that makes me try to improve. I agree with you when you said that "every one can't do the same thing" and "it would be boring". All we can do is to try to improve on what we already know and to learn new things so we can get better at that as well. Take care G,
Diana

Hi there Galloandre,
Your Townhouse Riverview is amazing.
And I am not the only one who thinks this what with all the downloads, comments and thanks. I woud really like to create lots as you do, but everytime I try either in Sims2 (nothing to write home about let alone publish) or Sims3 (not that I have tried to often) they always end up looking boxy and plain. Sigh. Oh, and your screenshots are so nice.
Keep up the great work!
Thanks for all of your time creating and sharing all that you do.

Hi, Thank you for commenting on my screenshot of Baby ghost, to answer your question How'd THAT happen? Go to the graveyard and talk to a ghost get to know them in a romantic way, you can then pick up there marker or grave, there is then a chance you will get a call from the landgraab industries science facility asking you to bring there marker to the lab, to do that you zoom out to the map and left-click on the science facility, choose the restore ghost option, the ghost appears as a selectable sim with all of the interactions and socials, you can then get married and have a baby with the ghost sim. If you want to know anything else just drop by you know where I am.
Dee xx
