This was my very first lot I uploaded to the Sims3 Exchange. I thought TSR should have it too. There could be flaws and I don't recall using custom content for it, except a Tiffany lamp from the Store, but as far as I know, it works fine without. There's a load of recolouring though, as you can see I like bright colours ;)

Hereboerderij Hof ter Eycken = Lord's Farm Oak Manor (very liberal translation :D). I made it as a tribute to the large square farms you can see here in the lowlands of Belgium and yes some are that sumptuously furnished, they're also sometimes called 'castle farms' (kasteelhoeve) :)
