Here...finally!

Blog post added Nov 13, 2008

After a long absence, I have returned to TSR. I had fallen ill, and while recuperating my motherboard blew and I had to get a new PC. Long story short, when I went to upload Sims 2 on my new computer I couldn't find all my disks. I threw my hands in the air and figured at some point I would replace them. Well, it's taken from then until now, but I am now up and running with Sims 2 again. I... ...More

Time For Spring!

Blog post added Mar 25, 2006

It's been a long winter for some of us. I know it has been for me! It's officially Spring and soon we will see the flowers peeking their tiny heads from beneath their winter slumber. None too soon, either! I thought some sim babies and toddlers might enjoy a breath of fresh air in their nursery, as well. As always, these items are TSRAA, and can be included in lots that you upload here to TSR,... ...More

I Wish...

...that I had the words to express how very honored I feel, and excited I am, that I have been offered my own Mini Site here at TSR. I'm trying to learn my way around my new area, sweeping the dust from the corners, trying to get things "just so" before I upload some new things to share with all of you. Thanks so much for allowing me that opportunity, and I thank you in advance for your... ...More

About Me

Hi! My name is Lisa (a.k.a. SimsLvrGrl2), wife, mother of 3, and a graphic design artist. I am an official Sims addict! I got hooked when my daughter asked for Sims Deluxe for her birthday soon after it first came out. Poor girl didn't get to play it too much because there was somebody else hogging the computer playing it! I did some objects, walls, floors, and rugs for the original Sims, but Sims 2 has really brought out my creative interest in making things for myself and others to enjoy adding to their game.

ATTENTION TO THOSE WHO DOWNLOADED JUICY LUCY'S: If you have the OFB EP (and sometimes, even if you don't), the cars in the parking lot of "Juicy Lucy's" will either be missing or parked on the street when you install this lot. If the cars are there, but misplaced, or you wish to simply delete the cars if they are at the street, use "moveobjects on", select them, and move them into place or delete. "Boolprop snapobjectstogrid false" can also be helpful if placing the cars back in the lot in the right spot. To maintain the original look of the parking lot if cars are simply gone, cars can be accessed by using "changeLotZoning residential", entering the lot and placing the cars with "moveobjects on" and "boolprop snapobjectstogrid false". Please be sure to change the lot zoning back to commercial and turn off all cheats when you are done. Thanks.

ATTENTION #2!!!: The above may not work and you may just have to deal with an empty lot if you have OFB. Sorry, I have no idea why the cars show up in the parking lot for some and others have the cars wind up on the street or missing. If I find anything out on this issue, I will let you know.

THE GOOD NEWS: The Juicy Lucy's Lot still functions as a restaurant, even with an empty parking lot, even though it may not have the same visual effect.
