Hi Tina! Thanks for sharing your frustration with Sims 3. I'm glad I'm not the only house builder that's struggling. I feel like such a novice at the moment & my roof lines are all terrible! I spend hours recolouring everything & it's so frustrating. Oh well, I guess I've also been trying to do too much at once as I've been trying to finish the Stoneyville Estate Maps. I keep thinking of new buildings & a bigger map, so my Sims 3 houses seem to be taking a backseat. Oh well, by the time I get around to finishing something the first EP will probably be out & it'll have the things I miss. Take Care! Love & Hugs

Hi Tiina and thank for your thoughts on my blog.
I think people are sticking to the same styles at the moment mainly because the game is still very limited, I think we've been spoiled a bit with all the tools that became available in Sims 2 and now we're back to basics. That doesn't mean that different styles aren't possible but they'll require a bit more improvisation to pull off with any success. The create a style tool has added a whole new dimension to building too. My neighbourhood is looking a bit bare at the moment, lots of building to do many of which will be uploaded here I'm sure! Anyway, enjoy your building experience and I'll look forward to seeing some great lots from you!

I think that if your computer is fast, The Sims 3 and 2 will work just fine. You can buy a jump drive at Wal-Mart to plug in the USB port to download all the CC for The Sims 2 and 3 on to it and that will help out some. They only cost 15.00 $. All my downloads was making mine slower and when I put them on the Jump Drive it made my game run faster. When I got The Sims 3 I just took off The Sims 2. Because all I was doing was making lots and screenshots for it,I was not playing much. But I know that it is hard to say good bye. Well I going to go keep in touch if you have the time. Have a great day!

Hi Tina, thanks for the lovely comment in my GB. I'm delighted that you and your "seasoned" Sims are enjoying a baggy-less, saggy-less lifestyle in my elder-enabled clothing. There are tons of them on my minisite, help yourself!

((((GREAT BIG HUGS))))) Hi Tina, it was great hearing from you. I am glad things are better for you. I was alittle worried about you. I just love new computers. I got a new one myself only for the sims, makes it kinda hard though when transferring stuff from one to the other. the one for the sims has not yet seen the internet, so I do all my downloading on this one onto a usb drive take it out plug it in the other one and upload it. That gets kinda old. I'm nearly ready to connect the other one. It would be so much easier. Have a great weekend.
Thank you so much for stopping by to see me
