Hi! You can have any residential lot become an Apartment. All you do is make sure you use the Apartment door in build mode (under doors) for the main door of each apartment. And when you are finished making the lot, you have to enter the cheat,  "changelotzoning apartmentbase" (without the quotations) and then  save the lot and when you go to the neighborhood view, you'll see it turns into an apartment lot. There are some nice tutorials about making apartments if you want to read about it cause there is so many little things to know. Hope this helps. Linda
