Hi hun, a vanilla game is a completely new Electronic Arts folder, no cc, no saves, no mods, just like when you first installed the game...I can remember what you said was wrong with your game now (sorry I have been helping so many people with their games lately) To make a vanilla game to see if all is well with your game you go to mydocuments and rename the Electronic Arts folder to MYElectronic Arts (with the launcher closed) then you open the launcher, close it, open it for the store patch,, then you can see if you game works ok. If it does then you know its something in the renamed folder that is causing the problems, if you will to return the renamed folder you delete the new folder called Electronic Arts in my documents then take off the MY on the folder you renamed, you will then have your game back to how it was,,, I hope this helps
