Hi and welcome to TSR!
I just entered the game exclusively to test the Cotton Whisper toddler bed. Placed this toddler bed in an empty room and the toddler can sleep with no problem at all. Make sure for the following:
1- kids only sleep on kids bed, not toddler ones;
2- toddlers only sleep in toddlers bed, not single ones;
3- clear the path so your sim will reach the bed.
4- your game must be patched (updated)
