Erm 2 XD
Soooo, the texture glitch was resolved, i just needed to install DirectX9-11 libraries to native via Winetricks, and some more libraries. So it works, i mean everything, like a charm XD.
The only one thing, that launcher still doesn't see any new content in Downloads folder, so it means it couldn't install anything new T_T.
I'll try to use TSR Launcher maybe it'll work.
So... I'll go get some coke, and try TSR Launcher XD
Erm XD
After that my windows 7 stopped working trying to open (SIC!!!) Start button, my thoughts were: Where do Bill Gates lives, and where should i put his hands. XD
So I did totall reinstall, and right now i'm using Ubuntu Server (i had one on another PC, which now have Ubuntu Desktop, and this PC using server version, cuz this PC is better XD).
I managed to install and even run all of the Sims 3, but the plroblem lies, that i still can't resolve a stupid texture glitch, when all the objects become - black XD
So when i'll make everything to work fine, i'll start uploading some more buildings. As i understood, ppl like high-scrapers XD sooooo.....
Cookies for simmers XD
This post is prior to read before downloading something from wich have additional note: CC-packaged
So i have a huge amount of really nice patterns, objects, and other stuff wich were in packages and couldn't be decompressed into sims3pack by some special programs? but i use them much. Also due to that Sims 3 game has the same read\write-file technology* as Simcity 4 has, i compressed that huge amount into 6 packages only!!!
So here will be 6 links to this special packages. Those with "part" in the file name should be downloaded as all of them.
After
extracting you should copy all of them to specified folders. (except
for "Compressed_Store", this packages were made specially for russian
version of game due to some of the Store content not always work T_T, and it means that you MUST delete those store packages!!!)
Packages to the folder: ~/My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages/
Rescource.cfg file to the folder: ~/My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/
Compressed_Packages_03.package
Packages.zip (this package needed only for NYC-styled buildings)
This is the only way, the game will recognise the needed files for some houses.
* This technology means that if you have a lot of files in folder "mods", and size of all of it is about 2-3gb the game will be too slow, BUT (sic!) if you have like 10-15 files but the size of all of this is the same, the game will run faster. The Simcity 4 had DAT-packer program which collected all the addon files into some, or you could even create only one large file. The Sims 3 has such program too. It compress large amount of package files in some files of any size you want *you could change the size of resulting file, but due to DBC files are about 200-250mb, i also used this size*.
What is done in Yokio City. Since February 6, 2010.
Today i'll show you the city, which is really city, looks like city, feels like city, but was made in sims 3 XD.
This city was started February 6, 2010. The city is creating by Nova Builders & Genetics Corp, but construction of the buildings is totally on me XD. Total number of people working on this project: 7 (1 arch, 3 interior designers, 3 sim-makers). This city collected ideas from various anime movies and some mangas, the map was found on simtropolis (simcity 4 related site) it was fully recreated to meet standarts of our idea. We are trying to work faster on this city, but ETA is 3-4 years *i hope XD*. The map is 2048x2048 pixels. The flag has gnu copyright and was not made by NBGC, the coat of arms was created with coat of arms of Republic of Udmurtia as a base (Russian Federation) and some clip-art objects. The city without buildings have a size of 200mb, after construction all needed building it will have a size of < 900mb, also it will have a save file, and some compressed package files. But even right now my game have top graphic options, with system: Intel E7400 Core 2 Duo 2.8ghz, 4 gb RAM, Nvidia GTS 250, 750 SATA Barracuda 7400rpm.
All the hi-rise buildings were created in game with wall tools *they are not meshes*, they are fully working, simmies going up'n'down on elevator, flats in this buildings are situated on top of'em. Some other hi-rises in Central prefectures are bussines&journalism rabitholes. Everything woking fine and smooth XD.

Villa "Cherry"
Rather small Villa "Cherry" can offer your sim dynasty comfort living enviroment for a family of 5. The yard or i should say the frontal garden has a mini-maze made of shrubs-fence, you can try to solve it if want to. The house itself consist of two floors, each contains 4 rooms, 8 in total. There is no interior design 'cuz it's not a key house of my sim's city. So don't ask me to create one. Later there will be some more houses, which are key houses, and they have interior, so i'll show you them. The idea of this house was got from 4 houses situated in Germany, England and USA, so it could be recognized in some houses, but idk what were that houses, the photo files haven't got any names. There is only one difficulty: you couldn't change number and size of the rooms, because(SIC!!!) the first floor has a height of 1.1\3 of normal height of the floor. Nevertheless the doors and windows works fine, simmies can get into\out the rooms.
Castello "Catalan"
This spanish castle was recreated in sims world, in fact it's a real building, but due to lack of normal photos, some parts of it could be changed and not exact. But in fact my aim was not to copy whole building, but try to undestand how to create a normal, real castle. It was build in classical catalan style, but later it was redesigned to meet new engeneering and living standarts, so right now it looks like it was build nowadays. Also this is the key house, so it will have full-interior design later.
Castello "Mare"
This is also not exact replica of a real house *Castello Miramare is a protorype of this building, it's smaller, and hasn't got some parts of this house*, the aim was also not to duplicate the castle to the sims world, but try to understand how to create a real castle. What should it look like, what exterior features should be used and so on. In game it's a key building, and will have an interior design which will be created for a key family of 7. In fact ths building have more than 20 rooms, including a throne room, library, cold-room *for wine and stuff*, the church-related room, and some other special rooms. Also first floor has two guest bedrooms, the 2nd and 3rd floors have 8 bedrooms in total, each pair have one spacious bathroom. The building inside has all the futures of an old castle: tiny corridors and tiny stairs XD, back doors and some other specials. As you can see the house was totally renowated: the windows are large, the roof was totally rebuilt, there is a tennis court *non-playble deco*, and the lake was changed into pool. The only one things which remains since medieval times are the doors on the walls of roof-rooms, which give the entrance to walls-passage.
Villa "Colonial"
This villa is exact replica of a real building *at least on 80% XD*. This building was created in colonial style, it has all the futures to become an estate for family of 5 and some servants XD. The house itself consist of two wings and central house. The left wing has all the service rooms you need *kitchen, library, small dining room, servant's bedroom and bath*, the central house has only the hall, and 2nd floor-hall, the right wing has a ball room. Bedrooms are situated on 2nd floor to the right and left from 2nd floor-hall. The front garden provide rather huge maze *and rather difficult for a human, not for a sim*, it has a littlle construction in the centre of it which you can use as a hideout for lovers, or secret talks ]:-> XD. The back garden has a lot of space to create a pool, or nice garden or water you want. Also it has tennis court *non-playable deco*.
Wait for more post from me, in around a week or two. CYA! ^_^

technical info: design is totally all by myself using some ideas of eco-futurism arch. style, and a bit of constructivism style.
Info: The museum was founded originally in 1981, and originally was situated on the Imperial Hill near the Emperor's palace and Library. After reconstruction of the old building, in 2028, it was considered, that it would be better to construct a new house specifically for contemporary art section of Yokio Imperial Museum. The design and construction of a new building was done by NBGC Corporation, which is one of three best construction & design firms in Yokio. The new building was placed near the Yume park *Dream Park* in Sausu quadrant (South quadrant), near the Old City's Bridge. It's stands on an embankment of Chaneru-gawa (Channel River) in front of Old-City districts. There is a metro station just 100 meters inside of a Yume park. Also it's possible to take a taxi, or even take a bycicle ride =)

views through the roof
some interior view *from left upper pic*: Art Expo Hall East #1*1st floor*, Entrance Hall, Rear\Embankment Entrance also offers exposition placements, Central Art Expo Hall *2nd floor* also offers a great view on a city center and "old city".
