Wachowsky's Hi-Rise is also one of the first high-rise buildings in Bridgeport. Situated on the shore of Bridgeport bay, it welcomes all the guest in the city center with Warwick Foundation. The building itself made of brown bricks, and highlighted with white concrete, also it is decorated with beautifully made cornices. The number of flats varies from floor to floor, because building looks like stair, so the top of the building can handle only 2 flats per floor, you can choose one of both, all of 'em have their pluses: the left one has an astonishing view on the city and the bridge, the right one provides view on Star's Village and Bridgeport bay. The room placement is old-based with one common corridor which ends with one huge room for Kitchen and Living space, 2 bath, one of which is private. The building has parking space, also you can add a nice addition to this house: you can open up a grocery store on the ground floor of the building. Living in Wachowsky's Hi-Rise - Living according to traditions.
