Have you ever tried asking for help with why your creations are not uploading with the hair and make-up you want to use? I haven't seen you in the forums asking about submissions problems, as many other creators have done when they have had problems uploading their files. That's why we have the forums here -- to help people with their questions/problems about the Sims games or questions/problems about TSR itself. In the forums, we have helped a number of people with various uploading issues -- whether the files were too big to be recognized by the submissions system (we have a 20MB file size limit for downloads), there was an unusual character in the file name that was preventing the submissions system from uploading the file, etc.  It is not our fault that you are violating the site rules. It is your own fault since you would rather break the rules than ask for help. Even though you have been giving me a horrible attitude about this, I am willing to help you if you want to be able to use custom hair and make-up with your Sims. You can either post in the forums about your problems and we can help you through there. Or if you want to Private Message me, I will give you my email address and you can send me a file of a Sim with the hair and make-up that is not uploading properly so I can take a look at it and tell you what is wrong with the file. If you choose not to take the help being offered to you, then the reporting process will continue and you risk having your items taken down until you make the correct preview images for those Sims.

With the sheer amount of Sims2 and Sims3 creations that the submissions manager deals with everyday, things will slip through the cracks sometimes. Therefore when one of the rest of staff see something wrong, we report it so we can 1) let the submissions manager know that something was missed and 2) let the creator know that such and such is wrong and that they need to make corrections to what they are doing. That is what I am doing now...letting you know that what you have been doing is wrong so you can correct it in the future. Your preview pictures MUST show the Sim EXACTLY as the person will be downloading it -- no hair changes, make-up changes, clothing changes, etc that mis-represents what the downloader will be getting. I gave you the link before to our Submissions Guidelines that says exactly that same thing. If you choose not to follow those rules, your creations will continue to be reported. If they get enough reports, they can be pulled from the download pages until you make the necessary corrections.

Please understand that I am not trying to pick on you at all. I am a member of the TSR staff, so when I see something that goes against our site rules, I report it. Myself and other members of the staff have been reporting other creators as well for various issues with their submissions. As per our submissions guidelines -- http://wiki.thesimsresource.com/index.php?title=Submission_Guidelines -- preview pictures for Sims are not to include anything that is not included with the Sim as it is downloaded. That means you cannot change the clothing, hairstyles, make-up etc to make the Sim look different in the preview picture than it will appear in the game when someone downloads it. Your preview must show the Sim EXACTLY as it appears in the game.

Hi, Thank you so much for your lovely comment on my Neanderthal toddler girl "Noo". I love History and the different ages through time. So I just thought it would be a funny to make an Neanderthal family. It seemed a subject that would be easy to create things for. I am glad you like them. The lot which I have called "Simhenge" is pending in submissions at the moment. It should be released in a few days, so please check it out and let me know what you think. Regarding the fonts, they are very easy to find. Just type in a search on the Internet for the word "font", with whatever subject your looking for. For example, I needed a chalk type font for Noo's picture. So I typed in "chalk font". Then all you do is look to see which one you like. Download it and extract the file. You then need to put it in the following place - crive, then find the file called windows, then put the file you have just downloaded into the file called fonts.
