Then go into bodyshop - clone your sim there, if you want custom content to be sent as well, then you stay in bodyshop and package the sim. It saves it, by default, to the desktop. Hope this helped. For that you need to open your e-mail and attach file - then you browse and because the package should be on your desktop you should locate it there and click open.
