Welcome to Cherry Tree Rise.
so named because of the beautiful old cherry trees on the property.
While giving plenty of shade, these lovely old trees also look pretty in spring and provide lots of big juicy cherries as well. there are also pear trees and plum trees on the property.
The house itself is fully furnished and decorated throughout and features 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
First floor houses entry foyer, spacious lounge with tv and chess table, well appointed kitchen, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Second floor has large single bedroom and am equally spacious double bedroom. Both have access to a bathroom / toilet. There is also a room for just relaxing and reading.
Outside is a lovely paved entertaining area complete with bar.b.queue and seating.
Finished in lovely shades of green and pink, this house is simply a delight.
