Hi guys! I'd just like to quickly clarify that the Sim that I've just submitted, Ford Perry, requires all expansion packs and stuff packs up until Generations ! Boooo...just as I thought of uploading a lot that looked quite good, I realised that my Sim had taken the furniture with her after she got married to my male Sim. About Me
Well, I started out this account 4 years ago when I picked up an interest in Sims 2. I used it to access the free and great custom content offered by the artistes here. One day, I realised that instead of taking all the time, I should be giving back this website - contribute to its growth by submitting my very own lots as well as screenshots!
I find it to be really worthwhile, especially when I receive positive feedback about my contributions. I would feel that I have added a variety to a Simmer's game! 
Well, when I design lots, I do not conform to a specific theme. But that doesn't mean I throw in everything into the lot as soon as an idea strikes my mind. I would try to make the lot easy for your Sims to live in, and believe me, it's hard work. I have to choose a flat area, then study the space given to fully utilise it and adorn it with matching furniture etc. Afterwards, I tabulate the expansion packs required and record important details. :O
I seldom design houses which cost below the average starting net worth, SIM$20000. I believe that our Sims deserve the lavish lifestyle, unless we create them with the intention to kill them off. Haha. :S So, if you download my houses, I'm afraid you'll have to use the necessary cheat codes like 'motherlode' or 'familyfunds' and maybe 'kaching' too. :X
I have no will of becoming a Select Artiste, let alone Featured on TSR . I just would like to share my creations.
