Installation Instructions:

To rent a furnished apartment, move your Sims onto the lot, open the cheat window and enter the command:

boolprop testingcheatsenabled true

You will then be able to shift-click on an apartment door and choose "rent furnished apartment".

When you've done this, turn the command off by entering:

boolprop testingcheatsenabled false

That's it! This lot only has the basic furnishings (beds, sofas) in addition to the bathrooms and kitchen but it won't cost your Sims any more to rent them furnished!
