I found out that it is the winner of the H&M Fashion Runway Competition, the \" Night Out\" section and was originally created by adriennerp1978. Because Maxis decided not to publish them, but hide them instead, I unlocked them so there is 1 new mesh and 4 designs. Enjoy!
