Installation Instructions:

Please download this lot as a <B>.zip file (green arrow)</B>. The file includes the lot package and necessary custom content. Unzip/move the custom content to your Downloads folder <I>before</I> installing the lot. <P>If the roof bothers you from Neighborhood view, open the cheat window while on the lot & type in <I>individualRoofSlopeAngle 45</I> Go into roofing in build mode and select any of the roof type options (gabled, etc.), hold ctrl-alt and use the roof tool to click on that portion of the roof. It will be raised higher and eliminate the problem in neighborhood view.
