After many battles* between me and TSR Workshop, we've reach a diplomatic solution to end the war between us once and for all. To celebrate peace, TSRW allowed me to successfully finish a build set.
The set includes 8 objects which you can mix and match, depending on what you wish to achieve. Since these are modular windows, you can determine what lenght of the window you prefer:
And you may also want to connect some of these modules using a second variation, as shown below:

Sims 3
I have been trying to break in sims 3 creations. Its hard going. I never made meshes for Sims 2 so its a new venture for me .. hopefully I will get better at it over time. I enjoy making patterns for sims 3 so look out for thise.
New Patterns
I have a few Patterns that I am planning on uploading. I just need a new Jumpdrive for My other still works it just that it could really be getting damage with these patterns on it before i could get them uploaded. I hope to get them upload and in a set soon.

Report on progress
I did it again, didn't I? I should stop promising. Anyway, many of you probably noticed I've been gone for a while, haven't even read and commented any stories (I'm so sorry, my favorite authors!)... The truth is I was playing The Sims 3... And once again I have to say it. I only play TS3 to remind myself how much I love TS2. It's not the pets, it's not the weather, it's nothing that can be fixed with an expansion pack... My heart stays with Sims 2 forever, so I'm back for good, missed them insanely and the first part of Veronaville is half-written already. I'm at the peak of the semester, having so many things to do, but I use Sims to relax once in a while, so the work is in progress. That being said, I'm still alive, still writing, will be back soon :)

Been Away
I know, I know. Where have I been? Well, I've just been busy. I moved recently and I've finally gotten the mess down to one room. Things are about back to normal for living conditions. Unfortunately it's my office/computer room/spare room that's left. I've been making do with my laptops in the living room for fun and frivolity. I get by.
I've also been playing Dragon Age 2. I blew through it once with ease and displeasure. Now I have a bug up my butt to get my one perfect completion file, archive it, and be done with it all. This installment was an epic fail in my opinion so I'm not interested in doing any more than what's necessary to have a save file for round three. At this point I hope there isn't a three. This one was such a... a... lemme think... such a hopelessly boring, meaningless, immature, vulgar, poor excuse for a "sequel" that I'm ready to go back to board games. Where's my Monopoly gone? It sucks. 'Nuff said.
OK, sucky games aside, I have been stopping by TSR daily to check in and sort of stay up on creations. I have a folder bursting at the seams with stuff I've downloaded since I moved, but haven't installed. I think I'm ready to get back to Sims 3 once I get my game domain (the room left to do) in order. I have to be in my environment to really enjoy my games. I can't just sit on the couch with my laptop, watching vapid TV shows, and sim. That's not really taking my hobby seriously. No. I like to surround myself with my name books, house floorplan collection, binders full of... simmy stuff, and have lots of desk space to write stuff down, track families, and create. Although I think my creating will be whittled down to building. It's what I do and I've given up all hope of ever having the time needed to delve into designing other things or learning new creation skills. I have a full time job already. My hobby doesn't need to become one.
Oh, I also got Sims Medieval. My son dove into that the day I got it and within a half hour we were disappointed beyond tears. Good idea, lots of potential, sucky execution. I haven't played it yet but I probably won't waste my limited free time on it after watching my son. He gave it plenty of time and several different attempts and it just ain't got it. We were so excited too. I do hope to see someone bring the hairstyles to the Sims 3. Some of those are worth keeping. Maybe some of the clothes for that medieval flare. But the rest can go play in whatever that stupid pit they put in the game is. Anus of the underworld I guess. I feel the game was nothing more than a HUGE step back in simdom. We're better than that now. Don't get lazy.
Anyway, I should go. Got stuff to do today and my game domain awaits my organization skills. I'm here. I might just not say anything for awhile. I will be back soon though.

Following on from my last GHOST Blog...
So, I managed to make a ghostly friend from the cemetary and take his picture..(one more for the photo collection) and I forget about him..then one day as my sim is drilling for gems etc, I get the 'lost a friend moodlet'(nobody seems to like the drilling noise)..so I have a look through the friend list..can't really see who it is..but I'm assuming it might be one of the ghosts as the cemetary is the nearest place to my house. Now, really I was assuming, (I know, silly of me) that drilling at 3am wouldn't bother the ghosts as they're already up and gone..but..No..my sim gets a visit from said ghost who decides that if he can't sleep in his 'grave' he'll sleep in my sims bed!!! How cheeky is that! I never knew that a ghost could invite itself into your home, without you (or your sim) knowing (she continued to drill until 7am) and then go and have a kip!!!
But it won't stop my sim drilling, the ghosts can complain about the noise all they want! :-)

I'm having a lot of fun writing it and doing all the simming on it. Please continue to read and I hope you enjoy. I know you may have noticed that sims have different hairstyles in the third chapter, I just decided to change it for the wedding and the hair color. I'll be changing the hairstyle later throughout the story. But anyway please keep reading and be prepared for the 4th chapter of The Winterly Legacy.

If you've been following my new legacy, I will be updating it soon. i have been working on putting together a training for work. I'm very very nervous about it since many of the people I will be training I work with every day. I've only been at the job for about 6 months and the magority of them have been doing the job for years. some hold much higher degrees then me. so I have been trying to get very indepth research done. to try to find a few things that they don't know on the subject. so I don't look like a wet behind the ear recent college grad. lol I have to do the training on May 9. Its been a while!
Wow! I can't believe I haven't updated my blog in so long!
I've been so busy my sims have had to take a back seat for a while. I still am very busy, but I'm making more of an effort as of now!
I think my blogspot needs a serious facelift, that's the next job. I've been using Livejournal but in the last 5 minutes I've decided I hate it :P
I'll update that and post here.
For some reason every single sim I post on here apparently requires World Adventures - I have literally no idea what I keep using in CAS that came from that EP but I've tested all my sims on a computer that only has the base game installed and everything works fine so there's no need to pay any attention to that!
(I'll still investigate and try and find out what it is though! It's something I use every single time and I can't figure it out haha! It's driving me crazy!)
So if anyone is actually reading this, thanks :D ... and I'll be posting much more regularly from now on (I hope - I may well fail!)

Modern home
I have a new Modern home coming out this week and several sims. I am working on some new projects and hope to introduce more Sims and Houses.Wind Under Her Wings
It was an early Monday morning as she looked across the meadow,
her eyes gleaming against the morning light.
The scent of wildflowers soaring past her.
Maybe Lillys, maybe roses, or maybe even the pink lotus from across the meadow.
She sat on the bough and whistled excitedly to her neighbors.
She knew most of her neighbors.
She didn't know their names, or where exactly they were from,
but she certainly enjoyed their company just as much and they probably enjoyed hers.
She enjoyed the light breeze coming from the east
and imagined she was far far away, flying with the wind.
She quickly looked up and saw the eagle soaring to its prey.
So fierce yet so beautiful.
She wished she could be like him, fearless and great.
Meanwhile, across the bough, her babies began to cry.
They were hungry.
She shook out her feathers and took one
giant leap off of the branch and flew,
across the meadow,
feeling the wind under her wings.
Don't stay on TSR all the time!

Introduction
Hello folks! I FINNALY got the guts to begin creating a new serise of mansions and manor homes called The Rosemont Collection (it's snooty i know!). This collection will consist of about 10 homes each with a different layout, design, and style. Each house's layout will be based off of real-life designs that can be found on http://spitzmillerandnorris.com/index.php. As I continue to work on this project, i will upload pictures of the houses, and if my computer will let me, pictures of upcoming ones!
