I'm Back
Hello everyone I'm glad to be back and sharing some of my ideas with you all. I've been gone for a while and some how I seem to forget that I have this site until I see and advertisement or someone sharing it on facebook then I find my way back home. I know that I should get connected but I'm sure where to find the connect button for me to do this. Well anyway i've been a busy bever I've been creating lot's of content but I'm not able to sharing my pictures on TSR until I get my points to 2500 so I'm doing what I need to do to get there. I have so many pics to share with you all. I'd also like to be able to share my conent with you all like my sims, homes, and or content that I find so appealine it's just to good to keep to myself. But I'm not sure how to get my TSR profile to work for me. I want to learn everything about this site so that I can have my content downloaded just like the other Artist. I can't wait. Please keep me in mind and if you have suggestions on how I can get my content on TSR so that you and others can get the chance to use it let me know. September already
I can't believe how fast the time sometimes seems to go... I sometimes have the idea I skip entire days, but then afterwards I think back and come to the conclusion that I really haven't.
Last time, I said I would normally write when I'm happy, but this time that's a bit different.
My dream to become a high school math teacher has been made impossible... Last Tuesday I got the news - on the birthday of one of my family members of all days - that I failed two tests, of which I had to pass at least one. My life was suddenly upside down. Sure I had thought of the scenario, but I forced it out of my way, simply because I didn't want it to go that way. I studied hard and did my best, but it wasn't enough. Of the 40 required points to go through to the second year, I got 39. No mercy, nothing.
That same Tuesday, I went to the building across the street, where they teach 'Informatica', which is more commonly known as ICT in general and it's not too surprising I went there, since half my family is in the IT business (perhaps it had always been supposed to be that way?)... But anyways, I went there and subscribing was no problem, I was sent upstairs to a nice lady who wrote down my name, printed a schedule and told me which class she assigned me to. Simple as that. People there are nice, but it's definitely geek squared in the hallways and downstairs sitting area. (no offense, seriously) Every other person has a laptop in front and 95% is male. The sound you hear most is ticking of keyboards, because the avid gamers in the room, with ASUS laptops with 17 inch screens have headphones on anyways, so you can't hear them play Call of Duty, or whatever they play these days.
I'll just keep it to simming and I'm glad my MacBook Pro runs the game smoothly... Sure the graphics chip heats up quickly, making the Mac sound like it's taking off, but the components don't quite overheat and with the battery it has, I can sim for an hour on a full charge. Pas mal, eh, for a laptop? I was surprised... Not that I need to run it on the battery though, there's a wall plug for power every 3 inch anyways... (the slight over-exaggeration aside)
I'm slowly getting used to not being able to become a math teacher, but it still nags at me... The friends I had there were much more social than the ICT people that I share a classroom with now... Most are 20ish and single and I understand why... Again, no offense, lads. Good thing the building is across the street from my teacher training education from last year... I can run across the street and have fun with my friends, instead of looking at people playing games furiously...
Lemme put an end to this blabbing, It's 11.28PM and I guess you could say my eyes lack the ability to remain open, even though I'm torturing myself to stay awake... I'm babysitting my baby brother, who's almost 5, so I gotta stay awake a bit longer.

i may go to a place without internet
my husband is on vacation finally, for 2 weeks, and we may go to the seaside house which has no internet connection. we're not sure yet. if we go there, it would be more or less 1 week, not 2, so it won't be too bad...but still no internet will be hard for me! without TSR!
i'll keep working on my projects, i can do that without internet, right? i hope i will finish some stuff and upload them as soon as possible. as i'm a beginner and also i am kinda perfectionist, it takes me lots of time to make a project. i will improve my technique little by little so that i can upload more stuff more quickly.
anyway,thank you all for uploading your creations and downloading mine. if you don't see me around for a while, it means i'm without internet :)

Back home
Back from a long vacation with no regular internet access, no Sims 3 and only a very old laptop in the baggage. I managed to access the internet twice while on the road (although with VERY low bandwidth). Checked my email, some news sites. One of the few sites I stopped by was TSR. Due to the amount of graphics on each page it took ages to display them, so I soon gave up.
First thing I did after arriving home was going online again. Initial probings confirmed: It will take me ages to catch up with the website and stories and and downloads and happenings etc. The TSR community (or any other part of the internet) was NOT on vacation, it seemed ;)

This creating thing is def a lot harder than the pattern maker from The Sims Community Site...looks like Im going to be spending a lot of time watching tutorials. :-)
New Tom Baker Doctor Who Outfit
Though I have little time for simming these days, alas, and it doesn't feel quite the same now that Sims 3 is out and I find myself working with its poor little obsolete ancestor, I thought I would round off the Doctor Who collection with one last outfit: the version of Tom Baker's costume that was worn in season 18 (1980-81): known to fans of the original series as the first season produced by John Nathan Turner, who held that position up until the end of the original series in 1989. Among his many (and occasionally controversial) stylistic changes was to give the Doctor a "uniform insignia" in the form of stylised question marks, which in this costume (the first to carry them) were located on the shirt lapels.
This outfit is base game compatible (modelled on the old leather coat mesh).

“Neila, please take what ever you want from the house,” Nina said to her youngest child, “now that your father is gone, I want to redecorate the house, to my taste.”
“Sure mom, but I don’t think I need much. And I don’t want to take much, you might need the money,” Neila replied.
“I’ve got enough saved, I’ll be fine, just me and Fuzzy Lump.” Nina laughed.
Neila spent the weekend packing up all the things she need for college. She was planning on renting a small house on her own rather then moving to a dorm or moving into the house her sister was at.
Nina could hardly wait for the teen to leave for Sim State. It had been to long since she was on her own. She’d been living with her sister Dina before she married Don. It seemed so long ago. After their little flings with the Kim family, they moved to the other side of Pleasantview. They’d bought a Tidy Tudor on the last street over looking the river. Their closes neighbor had been Kitty Crazy up till recently when she moved. Now Nina was far from everyone else and her youngest of three kids was getting ready to move out.
Sunday morning she brought in the newspaper to read the sports section, when the headline on the front page caught her attention: Cassandra Goth, The Princess of Pleasantview, She will be missed by many.
Nina started to skim the article. Cassandra died at a birthday party for her brother’s twins. Survived by 3 kids, 4 grandchildren, 2 siblings, 1 niece, 2 nephews and all her step brother’s families. Nina laughed to her self to read about Cassandra’s daughter Sunday being married to her mother’s youngest stepbrother Gilly Broke. She shook her head when she saw the parts of Cassandra’s life involving Don and the scandals within the Goth family involving the Caliente sisters. She giggled over the scandal of the older daughter Bell marring one of her college professors. When she got to the parts about Cassandra’s half sister, Brie being married to an outstanding police officer named Clyde Kim, she abruptly stopped reading. She didn’t want to know anything about Clyde or his twin sister Claire.
Nina was nothing like Mary Sue Pleasant had been. Mary Sue had actually helped her husband’s mistress raise his child. She had seen Mary Sue at Kitty’s house more then Daniel after the baby had been born. Nina had asked her about it once and all Mary Sue said was, “it’s not the boy’s fault for what happened, and my daughter’s have a right to get to know their brother.”
Nina didn’t agree with that attitude, not completely, anyway. Sure it wasn’t the twins’ fault that Don was a spiteful man and there were plenty of chances for the twins to get to know Nina’s kids, so long as Nina herself didn’t have to see them. She didn’t object to Neila meeting them at her brother, Danny’s house. She just didn’t want to know what they were like.
By Sunday evening Neila was about ready to leave for college. She invited some friends over and told them to bring friends or family if they wanted. Donella brought her house mate Sam Fancey who instantly became enchanted with Nina.
“Who is he to you?” Nina asked her older daughter.
“Ugh, a lower life form,” Donella hissed, “after what he did to my sister, I can hardly wait to get out of that house.’
“What did he do to Neila?” Nina asked concerned, ready to throw the charming young man out.
“Not Neila, my other sister, you know, Claire Kim..”Donella mocked.
“Oh, I’m sure whatever it is isn’t as bad as she probably makes it sound.” Nina said waving it off.
“How can you say that? You don’t even know her.” Donelle protested to her mother’s back.
Nina found her self enjoying Sam’s company. He stayed long after everyone else had left and Neila was long gone to Sim State.
Nina wasted no time changing around the house. She tossed some of Don’s old furniture into what had been the master bedroom. She bought a heart shaped bed and created a smaller, but more romantic master bedroom out of Niela’s old bedroom. She moved the weight bench out of the room where Fuzzy Lump’s cage was and turned it into a sewing room. She sold Don’s kitchen table and replaced it with a smaller one. She moved the bar and rearranged the living room. She ever created a little reading nook behind the big screen TV. She expanded the downstairs some by simply doing away with the landing. She closed off the arch by hanging the front door there, and tore down the walls around it. She repainted and changed the flooring. The house finally felt like a home to her.
Since Don’s death she noticed she had few friends. She had spent most of her time working. She had risen to the top of the military career while raising the kids. Don had reached his goal to become a professional party guest. Something Nina had wanted too. Since Nina still had at least two seasons left till she became an elder, she switched jobs. It was a huge cut in pay but Nina only had herself and a worm rat to support.
She spent a lot of time on the phone getting to know old and new friends. She went on outings and she spent a lot of time with Sam. Nina knew the two words to get Sam to come over; free food.
So Nina spent her fall keeping Sam well fed and Sam kept Nina feeling young and content. All the times Nina had knocked back the Elixir of Life before it was regulated had paid off. She was free. No more working hard. No more taking care of kids while Don goofed off. No more ugly house because Don didn’t want to change it. Nina was going to make the most of her new found life. She even called her sister for the first time in years.
Procrastination or Obsession?
Hey! I'm still here! Yes, yes, I know. I haven't submitted in awhile and I haven't been playing or building in the sims either. Why, you ask? Of course you want to know why. Well, life sucks. Therefore I am driven to play Dragon Age instead of sims. Why, again? Blood. Glorious blood splattering everywhere and the occasional decapitation. Harsh, so? I love RPGs as much as I love sims so when I have a good one to play it's hard to do both. Each one fits different moods and purposes. However, my Dragon Age days will be coming to a close soon (I won't promise anything). I had stopped playing a bit ago and was going gung ho with my adventure sim, exploring the vacation spots, tombs, locals, etc. He makes a pretty good living off the junk he collects. Anyway, then work got crummy again and I started killing stuff. Uh, digital stuff. BUT, the final chapter of my Grey Warden's role will soon be available for download and I'll be able to wrap up that whole thing. I'm really kind of shot on Dragon Age as I've played the heck out of it on two platforms and just can't tolerate all the stupid parts any more. Alas, I realized once BioWare/EA announced the Morrigan DLC that GASP, my Warden that would fit in with her content and that I completed the game with (one of many) is on my PS3 version. BLAST! I don't want to play the PS3 version any more because honestly, it sucks compared to the PC version. So I had to remake my dude on PC and now I'm running him through the game as fast as I can to meet the Sept. 7 download date and wrap it all up. No time for sims until I get him through. I am hoping to finish him up over the long weekend, just in time to download the new mission. Eh, I got Awakening too so I might spend the 20 hours of gameplay to do that with him too. It's a snore and a half.
Uh... so anyway, that was a really long excuse for why I haven't been simming. Like anyone really cares about what I do in my spare time. LOL I can pretend can't I? An odd thing is happening while I'm playing Dragon Age now. The more I play the more I want to build. I got the build itch bad now. And I was having a blast with my new sim so I'd really like to get back to wreaking havoc in his life. Mwhahahahahahaha.
My next series of builds will be on small lots I think. My son has expressed his need for decent lots, with no CC, on 20x30 lots as that's about the biggest lot his Mac will handle and still allow him to have a family living there. Don't get me started on all the shortcomings of attempting to sim on a Mac. He is stuck in the same restrictions I had when I simmed on my Mac for Sims 2. Small to medium lots only, no building cheats, families of 5 or less sims, bad things happen when you get past 5, no reflections, and the list of unacceptable lag tripe goes on and on. Anyway, I thought I'd do some lots aimed at computers that are limping along with the game. I have a plan anyway.
I guess you got your daily dose of randomness from me with the whole Dragon Age spiel. At this point, I'm glad DA2 doesn't come out until March 2011. I can sim until then. LOL
Oh! Almost forgot. I got my copy of Simspiration a few days ago. I'm very impressed that it arrived in my rural mailbox in the armpit of the US in almost perfect condition. Better than my regular mail comes anyway. I think it's awesome. So much good stuff and eye candy too. Kudos to everyone involved!
Vacation
I'll be gone for about ten days. We'll be spending some time with our sons at a cute little house on the ocean in Maine. I've left you with three sets that will be published while I'm away. I hope to bring back some pictures and a belly full of lobster!
Vacation Time
Thanks to everyone who has posted comments on my 10th chapter of Pieces of Me. I have started the 11 chapter, but end of summer vacation has creeped up on me as well as labor day weekend so hoping to have the 11th chapter up by next weekend as i will be busy and gone for most of this weekend and next week.

Im having such a good time downloading stuff n commenting on stuff that I really havent taken much time to figure out this whole creating thing yet....My husbands a graphic designer so I may have him help me w/a lot of it. ;-) So you never know which one of us you're gonna get.
The TOMB Raider
With TSR allowing it's members to make working tombs, I now find myself preparing my self- as well as my Sims- mentally and physically for what my fellow Simmers have created. Thus far I have played two of the 7 working tombs and my opinion for both are on the opposite side of the scale. I will NOT go into those, but I commend those who have created working tombs. You all put a lot of thought and details into doing this. I think that I wanna take screen shots of my Sims within the tombs, although I deleted one of them to make room for more. I will be exploring these tombs and giving out my ratings for them. Now, no one has to read these, but TRUST and believe I will be saying how I feel.

I am actually a little scared to play this tomb due to the "warning" given to me by the creator, estatica
Not sure when I'll get the chance to play this tomb, my sims just got back from vacation, so 2 Sims days is the current waiting time.
Last year of school has begun!

About requests
I have gotten several PM's asking me about doing requests. I would like to state here and now that I don't have time for doing requests. It may sound harsh but I have a very long private to-do list and not enough time to do everything that I want to do so I have to draw the line somewhere. Megan’s days blended together. The two toddlers consumed her days. Dirk and Tara helped, when they weren’t working or painting or engaged in other hobbies. They had both painted portraits of her pregnant. They had done paintings of the boys as infants and were working on toddler paintings.
Megan couldn’t remember the last time she got to turn on the radio and dance. She was lucky to find the energy to climb into the shower or even get some leftovers from the fridge. She wanted to call Mel and invite him over.
‘I’m just like dad’, Megan berated herself. ‘a cheater’
Megan cuddled Turk, kissing him gently before lowering him into his crib. She heard the front door open. Foot steps on the stairs. As she walked out of Turks room, she saw Mel at the warm up bar. She let her eyes run over his body. He was so muscular. His long black hair moving with his movements.
‘Just like dad’ she thought and head for the stairs.
She fought against the urge to sleep as she waited for JD to finish on the potty. When he was done, she scooped him up and carried him to his room. She sighed as she passed Mel in the hallway. She tickled JD and kissed him gentle.
‘I’m a family sim.’ She thought as she carefully placed the toddler in his crib, ‘I can’t be anything like dad.’
The unmistakable sound of a helicopter landing roared through the house. Dirk was home. Tara wouldn’t be much longer. Megan headed out of JD’s room. She paused briefly to take a long loving look at Mel. She fought back all her urges and went to her room. She flopped down on the bed. She didn’t care if Mel and Dirk talked. She didn’t care if Mel told Dirk about the night he spent with Megan. All Megan cared about at the moment was sleep.
When Megan woke up, Mel was gone. She found Dirk in the hallway working on his painting of JD. Tiger and Bailey were playing at the top of the stairs. JD was playing with the doll house. Megan was so hungry but she couldn’t get past the cats to get downstairs. Tiger stopped playing and looked at Megan then he was gone, leaving with the grim reaper. Only a little white urn left where the cat had been playing. Everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at the urn. Megan picked it up and took it downstairs. Tara was in the kitchen crying, Turk at her feet looking confused.
Tiger had been Tara’s cat. She had adopted him as a kitten before Darren had passed away. Megan handed her the urn so she could put Tiger out back to rest with Tara’s other cats. Megan got something to eat then bathed Turk.
“Now that Cassandra has passed away do you plan to move in with Gina,” Megan asked Tara after the twins were put to bed.
“Did you want me to leave Dear?” Tara asked from across the chess table.
“Oh no, not at all, I just thought that with Gina also having twins and Alexander working so much that you might have wanted to be with her,” Megan moved one of her pawns forward, “plus, Turk and JD will become children tomorrow, so they won’t require as much care.”
“I hadn’t really planned on it. I guess if Gina feels she needs me then I will go,” Tara said with a smile, “you should go get some sleep dear, those boys will be up soon.”
Megan nodded, she had wanted to pass out when the boys went to sleep but she had wanted to talk to Tara too. Megan wasn’t sure if she really did want Tara to move out or not. Megan slipped into her PJs then crawled into bed next to a snoring Dirk.
Megan wasn’t sure how she felt about anything. She loved Dirk, but felt like he was ignoring her. Tara was always taking charge of everything when she was around. The boys were still so little but Megan wanted another child. Then there was Mel Fancey, how did he fit into her life. She didn’t want to think about her sisters Angela or Lilith. Especially Lilith; not after stealing Dirk away from her and then cheating on him.
The boys woke in the middle of the night. Dirk got up, feeling well rested and attended to Turk. Megan dragged herself from the bed to tend to JD.
‘Last night of this’ Megan thought, ‘I need to do something special for them’. She picked up the phone and called the pet adoption service.
“they don’t need a puppy.” Dirk yelled when Megan walked in with the little dog, “and who’s going to take car of it? Bailey is suppose to be your cat and Tara takes care of him more then you do. Are you even going to find Bailey a job yet?”
“Are you ever going to finish that junk car?” Megan snapped back, then snuggled the puppy, “his name is Benny.”
She put the puppy down and headed upstairs to bed. She could hear Dirk cursing in the kitchen as she headed into her room.
The day of the boys’ birthday was a long day with them and with Benny. She did manage to get on the computer to find Bailey a job. He was able to start right away.
Megan called some guest and prepped for the boys’ party. She was exhausted. She tried to get some coffee in her but it wasn’t enough help. The party guests were a sea of faces. Gilly Broke, Alexander Goth, Danny Lotherio and Dan Crazy. Her half-brother, Dan had come despite her barely giving him the time of day. He had come to celebrated his nephews. Angela had also come, but not Lilith.
Megan helped Turk grow up while Dirk helped JD. The boys grew up well. Megan smiled, then headed to bed. She was awaked to the sound of construction. Dirk had built a detached garage for his broken down car.
“I put work benches in there for the boys” he exclaimed, self satisfaction in his voice.
“they’re not old enough to use those, you know.” Megan chided. Walking away from the window. She took a quick shower. It felt so good to relax under the hot water and not listen for the cry of a baby. She still wanted another one. A little girl would be nice. Not twins. She defiantly didn’t want another set of twins.
Dirk called her to their bedroom. She found him relaxing on the bed.
“I’ve missed you,” he whispered patting the bed beside him.
She climbed on next to him. He kissed her. She had missed him too. It had been so long since the last time they had woo-hooed.
She fell into a deep restful sleep in has arms.
In the morning Megan had to return to work. she found her way to the kitchen. Tara had cooked Breakfast.
“I decided to retire,” Tara announced. “I can be here when the boys get home from school. This way you won’t need a nanny.”
Megan nodded, she got two bites of her omelet before the car pool arrived. Megan shuffled out the door. Tara was obviously not planning to leave.

in a very strange sport. The shortest possible time between the starting and crashing a PC. Now, I must say it. IT WAS NOT MY FAULT! I am just an innocent victim. So what happened do you ask?
My long awaited brand new shiny gaming desktop was ready for pickup last Thursday so I was sad to wait until Friday until I could pick it up. I came home full of anticipation and feeling like a kid och Christmas day, unpacked the box and plugged in my new stylish computer. It took 15 seconds....15 SECONDS...until I saw a wisp of smoke coming out of the PC and I smelled the smell of something burning. I switched of the machine, tore the contacts out and shoved it out on the balcony because of the disgusting smell that filled the room.
Next step was to call the company that built the PC and they told me to return in to them immediately. So I went there and 5 minutes later I got the verdict. For some strange reason I had had the worst luck possible. Two metallic parts had come in contact with each other while I transported the PC home so the moment I switched it on it had a shout circuit and melted a few cables in the process. I am just glad that the home didn't went up in smoke. Anyway, they were very sweet and promised to fix it ASAP.
I picked it up on Monday and was reluctant to start it again waiting for some other part to fry but it did run for a whole 15 mintues without any signs of smell and smoke so I guess it's in working in order. Unfortunately I am not in working order so I haven't used it yet. I have a cold and a headache so I have to wait until I am feeling like a normal human being again.
When I am fit to start playing with it I will have 1) and brand new PC to get accuainted with, 2) and brand new OS (Windows 7 Pro) to get accuainted with, 3) a brand new copy of 3ds max to learn and 4) and become friendly with the latest Workshop which was released when my laptop was declared dead for gaming. I haven't played Ambitions yet either.
To sum this up, I have a brand new PC to play with but it will take a few weeks until I can start creating again. Looking forward to it since I already know what to do.
So stay tuned for more information as I get closer to start the actual creation process again.

New homes for small lots
Hello everyone! Just wanted to let you know that I have a series of small homes coming up. They are all different styles and colors, so I hope you will find one you like. I needed some homes for the small lots in my neighborhood, so thought I would share. I am enjoying a break from the mansions and castles. LOL Well, hope you all have an interest. Copyrighted material in Sims creations
I came across something in the forums, a simmer wanted a couple of T-shirts made with a rock band logo on it. My heart lurched!! I wanted to reply the following, but figured it'd be a better blog entry, so as to keep the controversial converstaion to an absolute minimum.
"I was going to do this for my own personal enjoyment, I love the band myself, along with a few Edgar Allen Poe girlie shirts I'd designed for TS2. I personally would have a real hard time uploading it to the site, though, as I am steadfastly against uploading to a subscriber site (as free content or otherwise) an object with a copyrighted image on it. I won't even download anything that has obvious trademarks/logos/copyrighted material (spongebob, hello kitty, those really cool x-ray paintings of flowers...) even though they're free content here. In fact, in a set that I'd downloaded, I didn't realize that there were some paintings made with copyrighted images that I'd recognized, and I deleted them out of my game. A little extreme, but as an owner of copyrights myself, I don't like (personally) downloading that stuff. In an article that I wrote about them (the rock band), I wasn't given permission to use their photos, so thus, all I could do was link to their products on amazon, even though it would've enhanced the article and driven more sales to them and their music/merchandise. On another note, someone over at MTS had created a music channel for the sims 2 (or enhanced the music channel) and used (the rock band) videos and music. It was taken down, even though it was a free site, because of the copyrights and potential legal issues.

I personally own copyrights. I can't justify using anyone else's artwork without their permission. That's why I don't even upload lots to the site with custom content. I refuse to, even though it's TSRAA and it's a "standing permission" deal. I personally would need express permission from the artist/creator in written form, mainly just to cover my own butt. Copyright violation is insane. Using public domain images, one thing entirely; the copyright expired after so many years, and now we, the public, own it and can use it as we wish. The wonderful thing about Sims/Maxis is that Maxis encourages the use and recreation of their items. But, if you look on the website, they had to obtain express permission to use the logos of The Sex Pistols, Shakira, Lil Wayne, Ozzy and Kiss in order to create Sims 3 stuff with it. That's why you have to pay for it, it's not free. Permission to use that stuff is pretty expensive, depending. There are some gray areas in everything, sure. Technically, you can use the images for your own personal use, just like you can make a backup copy of Windows for your own personal use. I can make rock band t-shirts till my hair turns white, as long as it's for my own personal enjoyment, and even then, I'm pushing it. For TS2, I made Edgar Allen Poe girlie shirts that I used for my own game, and didn't bother uploading it anywhere. Edgar Allen Poe images, even his signature, are all copyrighted by the Poe Society in Baltimore. Even if I was related to him, I couldn't use it without express permission for uploading to public and/or private sites. Even as a free download, it's a violation of copyright laws because the creator/artist isn't getting any royalties from it.
In essence, and maybe I'm just paranoid, but everyone's better off if they make their own stuff for their own sims game (using said copyrighted images, of course - I'm not speaking of artists here on this website or in this community as a whole creating original objects for the game from their own ideas and inspiration), and not upload it anywhere. I praise this community for its originality, creativity and intense artistic talent. I just don't think it's wise to use copyrighted images/logos in artwork for public use.
Ooof. I need a coffee, I need to calm down. *phew!* Thanks for letting me vent.
PS. Just for clarification, I'm in no way an expert on this subject. Don't take my words as the bible. This is just my *albeit, paranoid* opinion.

New house: Sebulon
I will be submitting a new house I made to TSR. It is a modern type house with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen is really big with an island, dining area and bar. To say I was stupified when I saw the invitation for Featured Artist is an understatement, did I drool and fret over Select Artist? I'd be lieing to say I was not, but I never considered Featured. I have all of you to thank for that. The great thing about the type of items I enjoy converting from Real Life to the Sims is the never ending supply of ideas and inspirations. It is absolutely fascinating seeing and hearing what some of you come up with when you use them.
I hope I do not disappoint you in the future, and please, continue to let me know what you would like to see.
I haven't given up on the meshing, I am just a perfectionist, which means I trash alot of my stuff when I probably shouldn't because it's just not 'right' yet. Devil is in the Details!
I few of the falling down queen anne style homes in my area are being restored at the moment, you are probably going to see alot of that influence in the next few months.

La Push 2 Uploaded, Submitted
I have finally finished, uploaded and sibmitted La Push First Beach II, for the crazy Twilighters. Jake's garage is now separate, and there is plenty of beach space for walking :) And yes, the garage is red. :P
I tried not to use too many custom contents but at the end, there are quite a few.
I wonder if this version would attract more downloads than the old one, LOL.

The Time Machine UPDATE
Okay, I think that I'll use this blog point to update on stories and whatnot. For those of you who are waiting for the next chapter of The Time Machine, I submited the next chapter yesterday. Now all I need is an aproval from TSR and it will be on the site. (and I figured out how to filter it into Sims 3/sci fi/fantasy!) So, no, I didn't discontinue it(shocking, if you've seen my TS3 Community page), it was delayed(I can't believe I kept the save file, either) So, yeah, if you were wondering, it was just delayed.

First... let me thank TSR and the very talented artists that deemed my creations worthy of receiving the title of SA! WOW!
When I received the invitation, I was quite frankly... stunned! I even had to ask Gea if it was for real!! lol When she assured me it was.... well, I was literally dancing for joy! When I started creating for Sims 3, it was a secret dream to become good enough to earn this shiny badge! But, I thought it would 1) Never happen, as there are so many very talented artists here... or 2) Take years to come true!! Imagine my surprise, when after only a couple months... there it is!! My shiny new badge! I'm am so very honored by this... I still can't quite believe it!! But, there it is, under my avatar! My shiny silver SA badge of ... to me... honor!!
