Building a Hospital
So my kids were winging about the local Hospital and how they were sitting in A&E for 4 hours to see a doctor. My eldest said I could do better, so after the success of the Royal Snowdrop, I decided to build St. Mollie's (named after my dog!) Of course, building the world's best Hospital isn't easy, whoe no! There is alot to take into consideration, such as ward sizes, how many wards there needs to be, the size of the Emergency Department etc etc, yardy yardy blady bla :) Anyway, the 1st attempt wasn't much of a success, neither was the 2nd! I had to buldoze the Hospital at least twice, before I got it right and was it worth it? Damn right it was, as I have built the mother of all Hospitals - St Mollie's! Below is a screenshot of what I've built.
Help With Stories...?
HELLO, wonderful people all over the world! Uh, I have a questionnn, and if anyone could answer it that would be, like...awesomeness. I've already tried looking up the answer EVERYWHERE, and it's not...anywhere. My question is, I LOVE to make stories. I plan them all out and get allll the screenshots ready, but when I go to make the story to be posted on the little "edit story" thing, I run into a little dilema. If I try to make the story more than 11 images long, a message pops up saying, "ALERT: uploading too many images at a time may cause the upload to abort". Usually I just ignore it and think, "Ahh, what the fudge." and make it about twenty pics long. I click upload. A page pops up. "Not Valid." So me thinks, "No biggy, just go back to the page before," and I go back to the page before. I have lost ALL of my work, with no way to get it back. I see stories with 290 pages!! What's happening...?

My very first entry
The very first it is... My girlfriend suddenly inspired me to start writing, I don't know how and I don't know why, but I just felt like it. I've always been moderately good at writing, but never did anything with it, apart from getting good grades in school for the writing assignments.
I've been here for well over three years now, recently started becoming more active, got myself a 12 month subscription, ordered a copy of the Simspiration magazine, got some work done on my minisite, making it look like a brickwork pattern and even started a monthly building contest for The Sims 3, that lead to more then I ever hoped for.
Life is going great and at happy moments like this, I get the urge to write about it... Probably some psychological thing that makes you want to brag about feeling good or something, but either way, I'm happy and when I'm happy I get talkative. Can't help it.. :P
The home I live in now, is the one I've lived in for 12 years now and in those 12 years, I've seen a lot of things being build around my house. One thing that has always caught my attention is this street right across a small harbor, which runs parallel to my street. The street is called 'Karperkuilkade' and the water adjecent to it is called 'Karperkuil'. 'Kade' means quay, so that explains something. Those houses always inspired me and I very recently started a project of making those homes in The Sims 3. The houses are really do-able and the shapes and colors are pretty nice. I've even been into one of those houses, so I know a rough layout, which is nothing like the layout I used to make it in game. I also started a thread about this in the TS3 Showroom forums, here at TSR Forums, called 'The "Amanda" Townhomes'.
Another project I'm doing with YrS92, is this huge mansion we call "The Pink Aurora Mansion", which is roughly based on an actual building called "Hakasalmen huvila" in Helsinki, Finland.
My job is to do the exterior and at this point, my partner-in-crime is working her magic on the interior of this massive mansion. I'm sure she will do a great job, if she can handle doing all of this as she works her way through mountains of schoolwork, but I know she will finish this when she has the time.
There are a lot of more new projects to come, but as usual, school goes first... There will be more, though, I can tell you that, because my building addiction has just started coming off the ground, I just started.

CRASH CRASH CRASH!
My mother's computer on which my Sims 3 game is on crashed a month or two ago, which means that all I had originally downloaded on to my sims game is gone and probably will not be back. I had to download all my games over again. I have not yet downloaded all of my expansion packs but I have World Adventures installed. I can not find my serial code for Ambitions. I have found my serial code for th other available expansion pack but have been just too lazy to install it. Plus it will take up quite too much memory for her computer to handle so I don't think it will ever be installed. But never fear for I have custom content that is downloaded into my game, so there will be things that you will want to have for your sims.
I'm in a bad mood
...because of those people, who don't have only some seconds to write feedback or press the -Thanks- button to approve of others hard work. Why is it so demanding? I know, other creators - much better than me - have also only about 5% -Thanks- of the numbers of downloads, but it tells all about people, who grudge some seconds from others, who spent a lot of time to give them something free. I hope, I will be more optimistic soon... then I will upload my creations again. Sorry for boring you...
Lake Home? Maybe?
I am thinking about creating a lake home to upload to TheSImsResource. I have a feeling it will look beautiful. It will be up on a hill top. A pool will be on the deck. Or maybe I'll make it to where the th lake is swimming? Oooh! And the the pond will be like a Fishers Dream. Perfect! No, that is what it will be called! I think that maybe it could become a featured item! Look for it in a day or two.
Back too school...
Yeah, the headline said it all! From now on, there will be not so much time for meshing! But a new set is coming along well! Here´s the sofa! There are plenty more in my game! ;)
A New Project - My Next Sims 3 Lot
Well I haven't created a lot in a while as I've been too busy creating new objects, clothes, etc. I decided it was about time to create another house and so I am busy working on it...and working on it...and working on it. This house really is taking a long time to do the way I want and I am spending a lot longer than I would normally.
I have been inspired by the likes of drib_ydal here on TSR to really give this project my best shot and so it is taking a bit longer than usual. In the meantime I am still creating other items but you probably won't see as much from me over the next few days while I try and get this house perfect.
It is a mix of the old and the new in my opinion. The floor plan and exterior are generally very modern while some of the internal furnishings and decorations add a nostalgic air to the home. I have called the home 'A River Runs Through It'. Not at all based on the movie by that name but because a river literally does run through the house, or at least the yard. The ground floor of the home is broken into two due to the river with a nice deck from which your sim can fish and a bridge to walk over to reach the other side of the house.
The second floor forms a bridge over the river as well as being on either side of it and has huge windows to view the river from.
There is also a basement which is an aquarium room looking onto the fish in the river. This basement area is also a multi-purpose living area with a private reading corner, the main social area where the sofas face the aquarium window for viewing, and a kids corner with toys and furniture for the kids.
This home is also going to be packed with custom content - mostly my own but also plenty from other TSRAA creators as well.
Now to leave you in suspense, I will try to get some screenshots up soon.

So i have not been on in a while but now i have sims 3.
So now i am very happy about that and i am hoping to start making some stuff to put on here some time in the the next little while. I will have my first item by next week.
News! Current Projects!
I am currently working on 2 new projects for Sims 3, but it is slow going due to work commitments, pre-assignments for college courses, and having very little free time to create. I hope to release a new mini-set soon *crosses fingers,* which will probably be a collection of table lamps. Oops! I forgot to include the Guinevere Nursery table lamp with the set's release, I plan to add it to another set and release it soon. Hence, the creation of a table lamp collection!
Additionally, I am working on a vintage half-tester bed, which is now my new favorite bed, lol! Here are a few pictures...

Sims housing projects and architecture...
I've been playing the Sims for a long time now. Suffice to say, I'm a bit of an addict. I didn't play anything yesterday, and went the whole day feeling like I was missing something (someone should start a Sims Anonymous...). The first two games, I built houses, never uploaded anything (that I can remember), downloaded lots and lots of stuff. But the Sims 3 has given me new light to architecture in general.
My sister is an architect. My boyfriend's father is an architect. So lately, I've come to study general architecture, both commercial and residential, and compared these buildings to that which I create virtually. I was never good at design, color, art is generally not my field. I'm a writer, through and through, down to the bitter core. So when I build houses, I have no idea what the hell I'm doing. But I think I'm actually getting the hang of it. Here are some things that I've learned:
1. Remember to generally keep the plumbing in one place. I've noticed in all houses, bathrooms are stacked on top of each other, or near major plumbing lines. I knew this, it's common sense, but it never registered with me. So as I'd build sims homes in Sims 2, I'd have bathrooms all over the place, basically wherever I felt they needed to be. But realistically speaking, it's feasible, but not exactly wise to just throw a john in here or there.
2. Efficiency. It's so wonderful to create these monstrous estates in the Sims, we all want our sims to live large. However, I find it INCREDIBLY annoying for my sims (in Sims 3) to take a good half hour to an hour getting from one part of the house to the other. As I look over real life floor plans of houses and commercial lots, I notice the more direct routes through the core of the house, the efficiency of movement, the placement of general rooms and how they branch off to different sections of the house. It shouldn't take my sims half an hour to get from the kitchen to the sidewalk to go to work. That drives me guano.
3. Waste of space. Given that all sims houses are on a grid, and we have to make due with the space we're given, I'm discovering a severe waste of space in designs. I'm just going to slam a couch, loveseat, coffee table, bookshelf, lamp, TV and stereo in a 10x10 square room, and hope for the best. In the Sims 1 & 2, we had to do that. Now that we don't have to snap crap to a grid, we can cut the size of the room in half, hold down the alt button, and maneuver. It's wonderful! More room for...what? Do I really need a 40x40 lot? Nah. Cut that sucker down to 20 and you can still throw a pond in there to fish out of.
4. Structural physics. There's a reason, I discovered, that floor tiles can't be placed more than two spaces outside of a wall. Realisticly and virtually speaking, anything past 2 spaces in real life would collapse (assuming that the metric equivilant to a sims "space square" would be 3-4 feet). No support. So I built a house in my Sims 3 game. It had balconies reaching into the sunset, glass walls, jutting slabs of roof, et. al. Wonderful, I was pumped, all kinds of happy and proud of my architectural prowess, and showed it to my sister. She shook her head. "Looks great, but that sucker would collapse so quickly. Too bad you don't have lawsuits in the Sims..." After explaining to me the physics of basic architecture, I had to get somewhat bitter. I personally think that in the Sims, they need to create some sort of architectural collapse feature, so I don't get too crazy with my weirdo designs. Glass houses, as wonderful as they look, couldn't go over well, unless seriously thick glass is used (thus turning the home into a greenhouse...), due to cracking and collapse of glass. Beams and columns are needed every once in a while to keep the house from caving in. And seriously, if that feature was in the sims, the collapse and caving in feature, I'd be one frustrated builder. "My house keeps caving in!! Why?!"
My houses that I create will most likely never be published unless I feel particularly proud of one and it passes my sister's seal of architectural approval. I know what everone thinks. "Sal, this is a game. A virtual world where anything is possible with cheats." I know this. But I'm into realism. I like to make my sims as real as they can possibly get. Judging by the custom content floating around in the community, so does everyone else. Oh yeah, sure, it's good to dream up amazing modern homes, and I fall victim to dreamland too. But, as my first gallery will show (if it does show up on my minipage), the house looks great, but it's completely and utterly ridiculous, architecturally speaking.
I'm gonna need to study a bit more...

Gina was quickly becoming the princess in a fairy tale life. As a child Gina had grown up in the house behind the Goth Manor. Her own family home was by no means small but was still a modest size in comparison. Her Father, Darren Dreamer had bought the house when he married her mother, Tara Katt. Dirk, Gina’s half brother was a teen when she was born. She was barely a toddler when he left for Sim State.
Gina had been to the Goth Manor several times as a child to play with the twins, Saturday and Sunday. The twins Uncle Alexander was at Sim State and Gina had only seen him from time to time. She had hardly paid him much mind. He was a silent and over weight young man. All of Pleasantview had wondered if and who he would eventually marry. Even Gina herself had wondered. Never in her wildest dreams had she imagined it would be her.
Alexander had struck up a brief romance with Sydney Roseland while he was still at Sim State. After his graduation she fell for someone closer to her own age, Stanley Caliente. Alexander had begun spending time with a teen aged girl, Donella Lothario. The neighbor- hood was sure when she grew up the two would be a couple. Gina had gone to Sim State only a few seasons before Donella.
Alexander often visited his old dorm at Sim State as some of his old dorm mates where still in college. He’d heard that some new girls had moved in and one of them was in his old room. He’d stopped in on one of the mingle parties that had become a tradition at the university. He got to meet the girl who was now living in his old dorm room, the sweet Gina Dreamer.
Everyone said it must have been destiny that had placed Gina in Alexander’s old dorm room. Both being knowledge sims they fell in love quickly but Alexander took his time charming the young girl. Their courtship lasting as long as her college stay. The neigh- borhood watched with approval to see if Alexander had finally picked his future bride.
Gina was visiting with Cassandra Goth, as she had grown found of her during her many visits to the Goth Manor when a snow storm hit. With childish delight Gina wondered into the back yard of the Goth Manor and started building a snow man. She was knee deep and covered in snow when Alexander returned home from work. She was a vision of loveliness to him and he proposed to her in the star lit snowy night.
As soon as she graduated they were married in the back yard at Goth Manor, and Alexander whisked her off to the most expensive Beach resort.
The Honeymoon was like a dream. Their room was right on the beach. They spent hours combing the beach and building sand castle. One night they enjoyed a bon fire on the beach. They shopped and went sight seeing. They even conceived a child. The only thing they had found disappointing about the honeymoon was there had not been a restaurant at the hotel and they had to rely on room service for their meals. Gina also grew tired more frequently from her pregnancy.
They returned home to the Goth Manor with bowels of beautiful glass, some sea shells, lots of jewelry they had found and a few store bought souvenirs. Alexander returned to work and Gina took to her bed. Her pregnancy made her so tired. Cassandra, who had moved to the third floor apartment that had been built for Brandi, looked after the house.
Although Alexander had a love for nature and tried to keep Benjamin’s garden well tended he often returned home from work very tired. Cassandra pitched in to help and she still had a gardener coming. Cassandra also made time for her own hobby, tinkering. She surprised Alexander with an unexpected wedding present of a car she had rebuilt herself.
When Gina wasn’t resting she helped Cassandra around the house and worked towards achieving her life long goal of maxing out her skills. When the day finally came for her to give birth she was relieved that Alexander had the day off. He and Cassandra where both there for the delivery. Gina gave birth to a set of twins; a boy, Simon and a girl, Abby.
Gina was thankful for Cassandra’s help. It seemed to take all three adults to care for the infants. Gina depended on Cassandra’s experience with raising twins.
The twins’ birthday seem to come up fast. Cassandra took charge of inviting the guest. Wanting to keep the party from being to overwhelming for the babies Cassandra stuck to inviting Family, And it still made for a large party. Bell was there with her son Gunny. The weekend twins, Saturday and Sunday both had to work but their husbands Dude Lames and Gilly Broke came with their kids. Gilly had his twins Betsey and Jim-bob. And Morty arrived with his dad Dude. Brie and Clyde Kim attended with their son Rob. Dustin Broke came by himself. Beau Broke couldn’t make it. Gina’s family showed up. Her mom Tara and her Brother Dirk both came. Dirk’s wife Megan had chosen to stay home to watch over her set of twin boys, Turk and JD.
The party was in full swing when the proud parents brought their infants to the cake. As they leaned in to blow out the candles an uninvited guest arrived. With the candles blown out the twins were set down with growing up as everyone turned to face the unwelcomed party crasher; the Grim Reaper.
Not caring that no one wanted him there the Grim Reaper went about doing his job and took Cassandra away leaving a small silver urn next to baby Simon. Everyone started crying, except for Rob Kim who was more interested in getting a slice of cake.
When everyone started to get their composure back, Alexander put two more cakes out.
“Let’s get these babies grown, shall we,” Alexander said. He scooped up Simon and had him grow up. Then he got Abby and she grew up.
Gina was in a daze. She had come to depend heavily on Cassandra’s help. She didn’t know how she would manage two toddlers without her. Then there was all the other stuff required to run the Goth Manor. Gina realized that she was now the lady of the house. Her eyes drifted upwards. There was an age difference between her and Alexander. Would she one day find herself living in the attic.
A soft meow snapped Gina from her thoughts. Bubba, Cassandra’s cat would need to be cared for as well.
After the party, Alexander helped Gina get the toddlers feed and put to bed.
“Let’s get some sleep while we can.” He instructed his wife. “I’ll take care of everything tomorrow. Don’t worry.”
With a gentle kiss he sent her to bed, he checked the cat’s food dish then joined his wife.
The Home is Coming!
I know it and I am sorry. I have a family liveing in it and I keep forgetting to check how much it is worth. I hate that we have to include that detail. If I didn't have to include it it would already be up and available to download. I swear though today, probably at the end of today it will be up for the community and available for you guys to download. I'm once more soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sorry that it took me this long! It will be up today! I promise you all. And I try not to ever break a promise unless I must do it. So look for it today!

What LIFE can teach you if you let it.
Many of you TSRians know who I am or at least I've been spotted from time to time. But not many KNOW me. I did have an accident that left me with some "problems"........but most of my friends are "Able-Bodied". One of my AB friends had pointed out something that I'd kinda missed........unlike her & most others......I don't take things for granted. There is nothing like almost dying to show you just how precious LIFE is.....even if it's loaded with "problems"......any & EVERY day is a GREAT DAY cuz at least you're still alive. No I'm not suggesting that having something like I did will make ALL people appreciate life.......some people who survive that kinda stuff just become bitter. I just know that for me even though it might be hard to do I love to push myself out on the porch & feel the sun on my face smelling the air & hearing the birds sing......and SOAK IT UP! I don't get to go out as much as I'd like cuz my body is often hurting too much TO do anything much.......but when I AM ABLE TO......I even enjoy going to the DMV. That sounds odd you say.......hey you'd never see so many "intresting people" on your porch now would ya? :P I know how easy it can be to forget about other people & just get wrapped up in "our own junk"......but I also know just how much it can mean to someone.....a kind word or even just a smile....so I try to be that person with a smile or kind words.....you never know what difference you can make in someone's day if you don't try. ;) I hope nobody ever has to have a terrible accident or live with the crappy parts of my life.......but I do wish I could share the zest & appreciation for life with everyone. <3

Ahhh... I am so lame. Real life has gotten SO busy recently. I really wish I could continue working on my poor legacy but, from the looks of it, Tony is going to be neglected for a really long time. I just started a new job, and school starts soon as well, which means bye-bye fast computer that allows me to play TS3 D: D:
I will try my very best to continue the legacy and story at some point, but really, no promises. I'm really sorry to those of you who started reading it =(

New minisite design!
Yay!!
This is really my first real minisite design. Previously I've only had a banner and a premade template, pretty sad considering I work part time as a freelance webdesigner :p It's not the most creative or fabulous design ever, but I had something like this envisioned and this is how it turned out. Even though I'm not really in the mood for such dark colors I do like how they look :)
Now all that's left in completely updating myself for the sims 3 is a new avatar, but I'm gonna miss my faithful sim 2 model (she's so pretty! :p ), so I'll wait a little longer before making a new one ;)
EDIT// wow, I just checked the design on my laptop, and it's purple instead of pink! How does it look for you? Is it pink? It's supposed to be really really hot pink... :-/

Aren't you just tired of seeing women fashion featured at the front page every single day? I for one am.
This probably sounds a bit silly coming from someone who's mainly focused on female fashion as well. But the thing is - creating for sim-women is so much easier. And for some reason more enjoyable.
Next time I'm going to create something for men. I'm writing it here so that I won't change my mind until then:)
Please Help Me! A strange thing happend on Sims 3, all of a sudden...
Please Help me, if you know what have happend to Juan Yang... Or Juan Hong?!?
I've got four sims, Ayane Oyraxí, Hotaru Okazaki, fd. Juan Yang and her son Shinichi Yang. I've invitedthe sons father, Liang Yat Sen from China, but i got bored and wrote 'tesingcheatsenabled true' and made him into a teen. Before the father should have arrived, i went to China to meet him instead. Then everything just turned... CRAZY! It where standing that Juan Yang had a broken heart, after seeing her love die. When i looked at who her son knew, i saw a child girl, named Yue Hong. I got chocked when it where standing 'half sister'. When i hold the mouse on Juan, i got really chocked! It didn't stand Juan Yang, It said Juan HONG! I Haven't changed her aftername, nothing! I looked at the family three of Juan, i saw that it was her daughter, not a girl of Liang Yat Sen from China! I klicked on the girl pickture... And i saw Juans face... And an old mans face! It said he's name was Chen Hong! I don't know whats happening! But the family three says he's alive!
HELP ME!
This isn't the life story i wanted of the great karate master Juan 'Hong'. I wanted her to have a boyfriend in China, and call her JUAN YANG :'(. It's day 1/14. I will write if something more happens... What if Ayane or Hotaru... Or maybe Shinichi gets an dead partner all of a sudden?!? HELP!

When Kendra came home from school to find the nanny she was complete outraged. How had her parents forgotten Maggie’s birthday? The teen rushed about making preparations to throw the tiny infant a birthday party. She got two of her aunts to come, Heart Happiness and Angela Phoenix; along with some of her cousins, Love Happiness, Bobbie Happiness, Jaymie Phoenix and Kitten Lames. Her best friend, Stacey Fancey also came.
Kendra was so tired and hungry when she brought little Maggie to the cake. She helped her sister blow out the candles but had to put her down right away to get something to eat, the little infant didn’t grow up. Kendra didn’t know what to do. She heard the sound of her father’s car pulling up and breathed a sigh of relief.
Brian Broke went straight to his youngest daughter and helped her grow up. The toddler had her mother’s natural red hair just like her older sister. Brian mingled with the guest. He was tired from work but needed to help make Maggie’s party a success.
Lilith didn’t arrive home till the party was almost over. She’d still been grieving over the loss of her cat, Lemon, that she’d lost track of time. She apologized to everyone and gave some extra appreciation to Kendra. Maggie’s party ended as a good time.
Kendra wasn’t sure how much of her mom’s claim of still grieving over Lemon was true. Her parents always seemed to be distracted. They were good parents, they took good care of her and Maggie, but it seemed as if they were just going through the motions of life. Kendra couldn’t help but wonder if her parents loving marriage was just and act.
Lilith had already finished college when she met Brian. He was only half done his studies. Lilith hadn’t been serious about Brian at first. She was still trying to get over Dirk Dreamer. When her and Dirk had started college they had plans for a future together, until Megan came along. It had been difficult enough to loss the man she loved but having lost him to her own little sister had made things worse. It had been Dean Caliente who finally got her to get over Dirk. Lilith fell deeply in love with Dean, sharing three chemistry with the blonde haired dark eyed man. Dean was not the marring type. His ambition in life was to woo-hoo with 20 different Sims. Lilith was heart broken again.
“You should meet my brother.” Heart Happiness told her.
At first Lilith was hesitant. She knew Heart’s step-father was Dustin Broke. It was a little odd for Lilith, but realized it was just as odd for Heart. Heart had never dated Dustin when they were all teens. It had been just the opposite. Heart and Dustin fought all the time. When everyone else got to go off to college, Dustin had grown up bad and was left behind. Heart assured Lilith that Dustin’s marriage to her mother had changed him. Lilith agreed to meet Brian.
Brian had been beginning to think he was going to spend the rest of his life alone when his half sister, Heart introduced him to Lilith. He didn’t have sparks with her right away, the attraction being a mere one chemistry, but it was more then he felt for any other sim.
They got along well and begun dating. She dyed his long blonde hair blue to match her hair.
“Now everyone will know we’re in love,” she giggled.
His step-cousin, Saturday Goth hadn’t approved of his new hair color. She felt Lilith was being too controlling. She had tried to get their dorm mates to help her convince him to find someone else.
“Would you rather he got involved with me?” Claire Kim had teased.
Despite Saturday’s claims that Lilith was still dating Dean, Brian continued to pursue Lilith. Nothing had made Brian happier then when Lilith told him she was pregnant by him. He had offered to leave college to help her raise the baby but Lilith wouldn’t hear of it. Her mother had left her a decent size house and plenty of money; she could afford to stay home with the baby.
After Kendra was born, Brian spent as much time over Lilith’s house as he could. He hated not being there for his daughter. She was nearly a teen when he finished college. He moved in with Lilith right away and they were married the next day. They had a short honey moon at a cabin in the mountains. Brian felt so in love with his new bride.
Lilith wasn’t quite as happy as her husband. He’d never loved anyone before her. She however had been in love a few times and missed the magic of more chemistry.
She went out a lot. She went to parties or just hung with friends. She was trying to stay away from Dean, but she kept finding herself hanging out with other romance driven sims. Justin Kim was forever charming and Steve Fancey always threw great parties if you didn’t mind the police breaking up the fun.
She was being faithful to Brian but she could feel the distance between them growing. With the birth of Maggie, Lilith hoped her in Brian would grow closer. He’d been very supportive when Lemon died. And she was there for him when his mother Hope passed away.
Brian was a big help with the girls. now that Maggie was a toddler, it seemed they lived on different schedules. Kendra helped with her baby sister as much as she could. As fall grew closer to a close, Maggie was ready for another birthday party.
This time Lilith and Brian did it right. They both used a vacation day to stay home and invited all there relatives. Only a few of Brian’s uncles couldn’t come, but their wives came. Maggie grew up well into a child. Her looks however were a bit odd. She looked a bit like Kendra only thinner and with a rather oddly shaped mouth.
While the party was in full swing, Kendra pulled her little sister into her room and quickly applied make up to her. She used some dramatic eye shadows to draw attention away from the girl’s mouth. She tried lipstick, but it just drew the focus back.
Maggie was puzzled why her sister seemed so anxious to put make up on her.
“I just want to give you a special look for your party,” Kendra lied, “I just don’t want you to miss all the fun.”
With a deep sigh, Kendra decided that eyeliner and eye shadow was the only make up her sister should wear. It drew attention to the girl’s beautiful eyes and away from her mouth. She just hoped that as her sister grew up, she would grow into those lips.

Yowzers! Zoinks! Jinkies! I've hit 73,000 downloads! Wow, that's a big deal for me. It's the silly, little things in life ya know. Like Fridays. And rainbows. And kittens. And cookies. Thank you all for your comments and creative criticism, and, of course, your downloading.
Alas, I have not gotten back into building yet. I do have several plans picked out and they're on my desk staring at me, quietly calling my name. I know I'm not obligated to upload stuff for everyone to download, but I do want more lots for my own games, and I enjoy building and creating. It's just work has gotten bad again and I find myself more exhausted and going to bed early instead of putting in an evening of fun. It's just not possible to fit all the fun I NEED into a weekend so something's gotta give here and there. Right now my sim life is giving. My Dragon Age life has taken over and I'm using that as anger management for work. I have goals too. Dragon Age 2 is due out in March so I have maybe 7 characters I'd like to get through the game before that comes out. I want to import my playthroughs into DA2. I've already ended it several times on the PS3 version. I got that first. But now I'm working on the PC version. And after playing that, I don't intend to get DA2 for PS3. I'll stick with the PC version. The graphics and control and most things are so much better. However, I did notice that in the PS3 version your companions are much chattier and funnier, but the graphics suck. It's odd how a game that supposedly came out for all platforms, except Mac of course, at the same time are so different. Theoretically it's the same game, yet not. Maybe just anal, overly perceptive individuals like myself notice this. If I could merge my two versions it would be a much better game all around. Kind of like Sims 2 and Sims 3. If I could merge those I'd be in heaven.
Uh, I got off on a rail of randomness there. Sorry about that. Anyway, back to building. The next few lots I hope to do will be single story ones. Oh heck, I can throw a basement or two in there since it's finally worth messing with. It only took them HOW long to get the concept right? I don't want to talk about it. Basements have caused me plenty of frustration and lag in the past so I was never an advocate for the under-life. Not an issue now. Wonders will never cease.
Remember, it's the little, albeit silly, things in life that make it worth waking up every day. Think small.
Update on Burning Bridges...Chapter 7
Hey! Sorry it took me so long to complete chapter 7, but it is finished! :) I debated for a while on how I was going to do it and it was going to be longer, but I decided againts it. I'm making it two chapters instead of one. So next chapter will be Victoria and Isabella finally "discussing" all that is going on. Isabella has some hard choices to make. But will she make the right one is the question...
