Pieces of Me Chapter 5
Pieces of me Chapter 5 is well under way and almost completed, I will be putting it together tonight and submitting it. I might work on the 6th chapter and release it before putting out the bonus chapter, as the storyline has just become a little more complicated and want to leave at least a little bit mystery to it, to make you all wonder what is going on!

Dina and Stanley Caliente ; A son's return
Household; Dina Caliente = elder
Stanley Caliente = Adult
What Stanley found when he returned home from college was not what he had expected. His Mother, Dina had become an empty shell of a woman. She got up early to tend her garden, she went to work and when she came home she raked leaves before going to bed. Their were nature magazines and art magazines laying untouched all over the front lawn and a few scattered about inside the house. The maid would clean up the paper at least which drove Dina nuts.
“I want that for my compost,” she’d complain. She refused to let Stanley help with the garden like he had when he was growing up.
“I pay a gardener to do that” she’d protest.
Sometimes at night he’d see her standing over his father’s grave crying.
Dina had never been able to marry Stetson. She had once been dating Mortamer Goth with plans to get engaged. She was however fooling around with Don Lotherio. She had been woohooing with Don when Mortermer had walked in on them. They’d had a hugh fight and Mortamer stopped seeing her. Instead he married a single mother named Brandi Broke. Don had been engaged to Cassandra Goth, Mortamer’s daughter, and was also dating Dina’s sister, Nina. Eventully, Cassandra broke it off with Don and he went on to marry Nina. Dina, now alone started seeing a townie by the name of Carl Fuchs and eventully got engaged. Dina had been preparing herself to settle for a life with Carl when two brothers moved to Peasantview. Staphon and Stetson Studly were like night and day. The Dark haired Staphon was all about romance, with a happy outgoing personality. He didn’t take anything very serious. Stetson’s blonde hair wasn’t the only thing that was a contrast to his brother. He was a family man with a very serious nature. Dina fell hard for the brooding Stetson. They wanted to get married but Carl refused to break their engagement. Dina and Stetson tried everything to make Carl mad enough to break it off. Neighbors even tried to help. Carl didn’t care. He just kept coming around. Dina and Stetson finally gave up trying and went on with their lives. Stetson moved in with Dina in the house she once shared with her sister Nina. They had their oldest son, Dean. Wanting more space they bought Darren Dreamer’s old house. Stanley was born a short while later.
After Stetson died, Dina had a hard time moving on. She still thought about him. She had tried finding ways to fill her time. She dated Robert Kim a few times after his wife died, but he passed away shortly after. Dustin Broke now visited with her from time to time. His wife had died recently and they were both feeling the pain of loneliness.
Stanley was doing his best to care for his mom. He invited friends over and Dina enjoyed talking with them.
Dina talked to Kitten Lames about her grandfather Daniel Pleasant. Kitten enjoyed it, having never met him. Dina told Brandon Roseland stories from when his dad, Cyd first moved to Pleasantview with his little gray dog. She had many stories for Bobbie Happiness about the Kim family, as well as, his grandmother Hope Happiness.
Stanley never knew what he was going to come home to. His mom often left food out. He discovered the bills were piling up in the mail box. Once he came home to find Sindee Crazy playing on the monkey bars.
“Your mom made me lunch,” Sindee told him, “I think she went to bed cause I haven’t seen her.”
It took some doing, but Stanley convince his mom to retire from work and just enjoy what time she had left. He was starting to get the feeling that life had lost its joy for her. Stanley barely found the time to think about his fiancée Sydney Roseland or plan a wedding. He hoped once he got his mom back on track he could start building a family of his own with Sydney.

Sim Characters.....
Look we all know that there are already characters on the Sims games........well there are some people who just play those and not make new ones. Look and some people are on here that get new skins and clothes and everything to make new Sims and they never forget to make new Sims but, they never make new Sims with everything they got off of this website or any other..........i am wondering why. look i know this is stupid but look i am only thirteen.........i wonder a lot. so if you come across this question and you are one of those smart people who knows the answer to my question please answer it!
Pieces of Me Chapter 4 is done and coming your way!
I sat down early tonight and began writing the 4th chapter of Pieces of Me. I didn't intened on finishing it but as i began unfolding Dani's life and her surrounds, i couldn't stop writing and finished it with ease. I hope all who is reading will enjoy reading this chapter as much as i enjoyed writing it. In this chapter Dani is begining to open up a little bit more and the storyline is moving along nicely, im at such an enjoyable part in this story that i am going to start on the 5th chapter in a few moments, then off to maybe start another bonus chapter, since Ari's bonus chapter was so well liked.
When it comes available for reading i really hope you all enjoy it!

ANOTHER Update! :)
Hey everyone! Here's the current news.
Sorry I haven't updated anyone in a while. Why? I was actually on vacation relaxing and forgot to bring my laptop. And if you've read my other blogs, yes I know it's kinda mean to go on vacation and have fun when my grandmother's in a very ill condition, but......
SHE'S DOING A LOT BETTER!!!! YAYYYYY!!!
She's still in the hospital and will be for another couple weeks, but she's doing much better. But again, it can change at any moment, so we're all keeping out fingers crossed. So thank you everyone for the prayers. It really helps. Thank you thank you thank you!!! I love each and everyone of you for it! It really helps to know that people care. :)
So since my grandmother's doing better, I should be back to writing "The Telescope" this Thursday. Why not tomorrow? Well, I'm lazy. :D Sorry-that's what a nice relaxing vacation (and a sunburn) does to you.
Again, thank you everyone for the incouraging comments concerning my grandma and keeping us in your prayers. I'll start writing again on Thrusday and might even put up part 4 and 5.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
Yes, it's true. Where as Hushed had thousands of downloadable content to make it look very modern, Everworld had, surprisingly, less than that. After three weeks of non-stop downloading (Lots, objects, clothing, hair, skins, walls ect ect) I have managed to collect all the content from Everworld (by examing every picture from the stories and tracking them all down) and more!!! Although the characters will look a tad different, seeing as how i had to re-create every sim, it will be up and running in no time, in fact i am working on the story as we speak.
After a year, I have come up with many more twists and plots for the story so you will not be disappointed.
I just hope my Everworld fans are still out there o_O
Anywhoooo, the next chapter should be up in a matter of days.

Computer Down

Hi @ all who love my houses and wait for more.
I know i am verry quiet and do no new Lots :( So sorry for this, for all who wait for something new. My life is going crazy the last few weeks! But the reason for this are really beautiful and wonderful!
I'm pregnant! I am now in the 11th Week (today 10+2). It's my first pregnancy and so everything is new and exciting and also a little bit frightening. We (my husband and I) are very happy :) But i am often tired and have no desire to do something (like turn on my PC and build some lots).
Due date is the end of February 2011.
Bridges Burned...
Hey! I just finished the third part of Bridges Burned! So hopefully 2 and 3 will be aproved soon. :) I'm actually really liking where this story is going. It changed a bit from where I was going to take it. It has a lot of drama coming up, but a nice twist as well. I hope you all like it.
I have also decided that i'm going to do some short stories. These will be from other characters points of view, so you'll be able to kind of get a feel for them and it'll help understand them more. I think Josh's is going to be the most shocking of all. It should definitely leave you with your mouth open. I'm going to get that one out after the 4th part. Just because I really can't wait to see your reactions. xD
I also want to thank everyone that's been supportive on this story. I never thought it would get that many comments and be featured. That really made me want to get the rest of the chapters out, so thank you again. I really appreciate it!!! <333333
Mel Fancey; A New Additude
Household: Mel Fancey = Adult
Scout = adult male dog
If Mel was going to find love then he would have to change his approach. His new home was the perfect start for drastic changes. He was barely settled in when he got invited on an outing by Megan (Pleasant) Dreamer.
He’d known Megan from when they were teens, before she met Dirk. They’d never really been more then friends. They didn’t have much chemistry before. Yet now, as adults they shared 3. He spent most of the time at the park talking with her. He bought her an espresso. He invited everyone back to his place, Megan and Alexander where the only ones to stay a while.
Alexander watched TV while Mel and Megan talked. She wasn’t as happy with Dirk as she’d hoped. She complained about his step mom. She talked about the distance with her sisters and how she hardly knew their half brother. She was sad that she didn’t know her 5 nieces.
“Why don’t you stay the night to forget your problems for a bit,” Mel suggested. He spent the rest of the night romancing her. Alexander Goth wouldn’t leave even after being asked. He just kept on watching TV. Mel and Megan ignored them as they made their way to Mel’s room to relax on his bed for more romance that led to woohoo.
In the morning, Mel discovered that Alexander had left at sometime in the night. He served up some omelets but as he was putting the meal on the table Megan ran out the house mumbling to herself.
Mel ate his breakfast thinking about the trouble he might have started, but he was sure he could steal Megan away from Dirk.
He cleaned up his dish, put the leftovers away and gave Scout a bath before getting ready for work.
He spent the next few days fixing up the house and caring for Scout. He started thinking about possibly trying to breed Scout. Now that he was in a house of his own he had the room to have more then one dog.
He invited Heart Happiness over. They had lived in the same dorm at college. They had only been friends with no chemistry. He enjoyed her company though. She also was having problems at home. Her step dad was driving her nuts and her half brother’s wife refused to let him move in with them. Heart was happy in her marriage despite her constant involvement with Justin Kim. Mel told her about his problems with Justin’s younger sister, Claire and about how Justin had been harassing Lizzy.
“Bobbie told me about his date with your sister and Justin’s behavior,” Heart sighed.
“Sometimes times those Kim’s just make you want to get even with them.” Mel laughed.
“What did you have in mind?” Heart asked.
Sometime in the night Mel woke to see Heart quickly dress and slip from his room. He knew he was acting just like a romance sim and started wondering if his new direction in life was something he really wanted. He sighed, rolled over and went back to sleep.
An Italian Wedding

It was beautiful. Just got back today! The wedding of my friend in Italy was everything you can imagine! Good food, good weather, good vibes, good scenery and good people!!! This is me... 35 degrees centigrade and counting.... hahahahaha
Meshing, meshing, meshing...
Well, once I get home I´ll be meshing the kitchen! I think it´s seven meshes left! And after that, I´m planning to make a buildset! I made three patterns for it now! There will be some kind of windows in two varations and maybe a door and a stair! That´s all for now! See ya!
My Walls and Flooring - Please Read
Hi Peeps
I have been informed by a member of TSR that their game crashes when they have uploaded my walls.
If you have the Base Game and Open For Business you should be fine with them once you have uploaded them.
Please let me know if anyone else experiences these problems. I will ensure the Open for Business is selected. As i have not had any other problem reports i presumed all was fine.

Buying a new PC
I have given up on the laptop. Reinstalling didn't help with the hot graphics card so it's time to buy a new PC, a desktop. I am currently doing research to find the right configuration for my needs. I know that I want an Intel processor so I have just cut down the list of possible configurations by 50% which is a nice start. Now I just have to decide on the rest, lol. Being a gadget freak I really look forward to a brand new PC.
Big Brother Lot
Wooow... I finally finished it! My Eamon lot is due out tomorrow. This is a lot based on my Teagan lot but with added bells and whistles so to speak. This is what happens when I get my hands on a floorplan and then do my own thing. Teagan is the original floorplan and exterior look. Eamon is me adding my practicality and creative flair to it. Color! I love color. That is one reason Eamon's exterior has so much more punch to it than Teagan's. Well, so architects are too conservative. LOL I dunno. Guess that's why on the inside of Teagan I used orange throughout. I had to put color somewhere. There is more to life than shades of beige and gray. What we all need to practice is color used tastefully.
So, this lot is finally done. It was really bugging me because my life got way out of whack while this was halfway made over. GAH! Then I lost touch with whatever creative mood I was in when I started the makeover and so... now... there's some variance throughout the lot. The first floor flows pretty well in color and decor. Upstairs is a different story. It's chopped up by tons of bedrooms so I decided to put different moods in every room. The master suite goes with the downstairs, but the boy's room is trendy and bold with horizontal blue stripes, a guitar, and computer. The girl's room is old fashioned and soft with shades of rose, beige, and brown. But, I still got ornery and gave it polka dot wallpaper to add fun and youth to the room. The pink boombox helps too. The exercise room can be another bedroom if your sim family just has to have them babies, or worse, the in-laws move in. GASP! Right now it's just a sterile workout area. Black and gray. The nursery is fun and cute with polka dots and plaid. I love yellow and blue themes. I just plain love yellow. You'd never guess I was a yellow person in real life. It's a secret. Ssshhh... LOL Not really, but whatever floats your boat. Ya know, I really need to make a cookie pattern... that would be cute, and my favoritest yummy thing in the world. Or did you miss my giant cookie header? I know, it's so subtle. What was I thinking? LOL
I think my favorite part of my Eamon lot is the basement addition. I did it up as a man cave and despite being female, I wouldn't mind hiding down there. I added a bathroom to fill an awkward space not suited for much else. It too is manly. *grunt, grunt*
As usual, I didn't use CC in this lot. I like to stick to the basics in lots I share to make it easier for people to implement them into their games. I add my CC later when I move a family in. My whole neighborhood could be filled with nothing but one house style and not one would be the same. I tailor the look and feel of a home to the sims in it.
My boss is back in the office this week. Hopefully no more overtime for me for awhile, at least. I'm still draggin' from the last two weeks. I thank the powers that be every day that I have a job, but... sometimes I think and feel like it will be the death of me, and is that really worth it? Well, I won't go all philosophical on you because I can really get going. Thinking is one of my favorite pastimes. Do what you love. Really. It's priceless. A goal of mine is to be employed in a field of work that I love, inspires me, and is meaningful. I want to make a difference just as much as the next person. There's so much room for improvement in the world and failure is not an option. Make your job one you love and get paid for it so you can pay your bills (heh, dream on macgirl...). That's a win win, for everyone really. A life of regret will shorten your lifespan faster than a diet of fast food. And... I guess... that's your random dose of nonsense from me for the day.
Check out my Eamon lot and I plan to have more lots in the near future. Right now I'm just happy to have closure to this one.
Timian Kitchen Preview Update
I've been working on this kitchen for a long time now, and I'm still only 1/3 finished with it. At least if I make it the way I plan to ;) Anyways, to keep my motivation up I decided to share a new preview!

It's true that you can't please all of the people all of the time but I'm giving it a shot! Now when I download lots (which isn't often I'll admit) I like to explore and discover for myself what the lot has to offer. I also know that some people won't even look at the download button on a lot until they see it inside out, upside down and back to front beforehand!

Red Moon Temporarily Suspended
Hi Guys!
As you know, Summer means fun, beach, sun and everything else. Well, now in August is where I'm going in vacation. As I'm not going to be in home, Red Moon is going to be suspended temporarily. But don't worry! I promise that, when I get home, the first thing I'm going to do is post the third chapter. And, as in beach I'll have too much free time, I'll take the opportunity to work a bit more in the history.

So yesterday was my B-day I couldn't design a special item yet, but after this amazing b-day weekend expect some cool stuff coming up!
My Dancing Day
I knew that it would bode well come FA picking time after I learned last Thursday that I was this months first place SA pick. As exhilerating as that moment was, what really rocked my dome was Sue's PM a mere 5 days later inviting me to step up to FA status! I envisioned this moment back when I submitted Hemplewhyte in September of '08. On Tuesday morning I just settled back into a vertical stare for a suspended moment and then got up to do a little jig to the the kitchen and back! Many many people earnestly feel they are good at something and envision the same moment but the acid test has to eventually come when others of like exceptional skill and passion think likewise...and express it.
The scriptures say "Let another's lips praise you and not your own". Praise has been duly expressed and while it is a huge adrenaline rush it is also quite humbling because no one is an island unto their own self. I thank EVERYONE involved along the way; from all of you who laddled the accodades on top of any given submission, to the shortlist of fellow artisans (Gosik, Kat, Freddie, Shannon, Sue, Paul, I hope I didn't leave anybody out) who have dialoged with me about issues great and small, to the FA selection panel, and ultimately to The ONE who has placed in each of our hearts, minds and fingers our respective giftings.
May we always remember, no one is an island. HUGE HUGE kudos to all of you!!!
Now back to the build screen.
An Italian Wedding!
Here I am in Friuli! An Italian wedding is taking place in.... ITALY... of course... lovely Spilimbergo is our home for the week, and in half an hour we are going to the big wedding party! Need to redo my make up a bit and in our airconditioned B&B it's very nice... I will be back in Holland on Tuesday!!! Big hugggs from me and Amadeus!

Hello! As you probably know I've stopped writing my story for a while due to my grandmother having a heartattack. I thought I'd like to keep you up to dat on what's happening. My grandmother isn't holding out well, and we think its due to anxiety, due to the thought of dying. I'm still praying that she's giong to make it, but she's 80 years old and already has diabetes and problems with her liver. But if she does die, I hope that she dies without having to go through too much pain like my other grandmother. I will try my best to post Part 4 of The Telescope on Tuesday afternoon or Wensday. It might not even be next week, and if that's the case I'm extremely sorry, but my life is in the middle of moving, an ill family member, vacation, back-to-school, and friend problems. So I'm super sorry if I don't get to it soon, and I'll do my best. I want to thank everyone for being so understanding for me right now and everyone who has wished my grandma well. Thank you for being so caring and reading my stories-thank you for everything. It's really encourging to hear everything that people write wishing my grandmother well. Ingredients 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 bananas, mashed 3/4 cup white sugar 1 egg, lightly beaten 1/3 cup butter, melted 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon butter Directions 1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers. 2.In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups. 3.In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins. 4.Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.Late night and Medieval
Just read about the new EP and the Medieval game, and I'm so excited.
There will be a lot of new feautres in this new EP which I'm waiting for - maybe they will give back the sims2 feeling which I really love. As I see this will be a mix with TS2-Nightlife and the PS2 Urbz, which was my first simsgame, and I loved it, but hate the looong loading screen... Just a few new items and options which I waiting for: new clothes, jacuzzi, lift, new building options (half wall, pool), and new tool to customize the sims in the CAS - etc. Maybe everybody will need lesser CC in case of theese. The game is so vulnerable with custom content, and I've already lost a lot of own content because of them.
As I see, the Medieval game will be a little bit similar to Dragon Age (also EA-game), which is a really great RPG, I use some names from this on my sims: my avatar's name is Neria, she was my elven mage in Dragon Age; and Anora comes from there, too.
Just wish more time to play and create for myself.
Summer Corner Garden Set
I've just completed a new set. "Summer Corner", a garden set. Your sims will enjoy the garden with a glass of cold lemonade.
This set contains: chair, table, parasol, lemonade, fence and two types of Ivy. (Ivy's mesh belongs to EA.)

Hi, I know how to upload my packaged lot to the sims 2 resource but I do not know how to get my pictures on here, because when I find the pictures I took, in my storytelling folder, and upload them on the website, they do not show when I go to preview what I submitted, and it wont let me submit my lot! HELP!!!!!

Hiya! :) On tuesday is my vacation over for this time, and that means the new kitchen! Now, about that! I only have three meshes done. But only in finished WSO files! I have been redoing all the counters once after onces, and none of the slots have been working! Well, maybe cause I´ve moved them? Gotta stop now! My fingers are falling a sleep...
Trouble trouble...
I have such a big trouble with making objects in TSRW, have al programs and have made thath litle table in the tutorial, but It's so hard! A big thumb up for you all object makers!
Do you have any tip for me how to make objects in some kind of easier way than the tutorial shows? probemly not, but IF you do, please tell me!

Hi all. I thought I should drop by, just because. I haven't been around much. What have I been doing? Well, the short version... working. And working. Did I mention I've been working? Yeah, overtime. I'm ready to drop. But, the weekend is upon us once more and maybe, just maybe, I'll get to sim.
I'm still working on my alternate version of my Teagan lot. I was in it last night after Dragon Age crashed on me one too many times and sort of stared at it and thought, "What the heck was I doing with this again?" LOL There are also several other floorplans that caught my eye, but, one lot at a time. *sigh* So many lots, so little time. It's been weeks since I loaded the game so I was feeling pretty lost.
I have been perusing the lots here at TSR. Anything that catches my eye I try to leave a comment, even if I don't always download it. I just like to look. A little creative feedback never hurts and I get ideas or at least daydream about my next lot. I would like to rebuild all my popular Sims 2 lots for Sims 3, but I have these new floorplans making me drool at the moment. But someday...
