Christmas time!

Hi everyone! Finally is it Christmas! Yaay! And just to celebrate that... I, myself, submitted a little Christmas present too all of you! ^^, Look over at the few days, and you might see it! And just some days ago I played Sims 2!! Sims 2!!! So heres comes some screens from the game! And I like too thank Aloleng, Fredbrenny and Caridina for their amazing help! Thank you soo much! 

The Overhaul...

So I have been getting a bit fed up. Things just never seem to go right for me, so I have decided an image overhaul is what I need. I have re designed my avatar/banner/profile colour and I am going to change my poll. I am also starting a new story.

Due to complications, Muse will not be going ahead at this time. I am severly sorry to everyone who showed support after the reading the intro, but I don't need problems and that is all I have had with the Muse.

My new story is to be finished sometime in the next few days and will hopefull be out just after christmas.

I hope everyone has a great christmas by the way, in case I forget to write you a personal message in your guestbook.

Walking through Walls is approaching its end. it was a short story, and will be continued in Proving the Truth.

Children of the Sea may not be out for a while.

The Olympians series, once completed, will be followed by a story called Death and All Her Friends, a play on words of a Coldplay song.

Children of the Sea, will be followed by Children of the Earth, and Children of the Fire.

Fate is on a Hiatus.

A new story called Escape From The Underworld may come out soon.

A Christmas special called, The Twelve Days of Simsmas, will come out on Christmas day... I hope! :D

Patience...it's not a strong point!!

Im laying off creating for the site while there are patch problems, because I don't want to run the risk of uploading any corrupted files, that's never fun. I am still working on ideas, and a particular project is getting pencilled out on the old graph paper.

I'm also tempted to go back to Sims 2 so I can make a house with a christmas tree!! I still can't get over the fact there are none for the sims 3 (well official ones that is)

yeah i know wierd, so i decided to make my first post to you guys just to know who i am for first thing.

well So my name is Bar im from israel, i am 14 years old.

im in 9th grade, im not going to school for alot of reasons that i cant explain

i really like Sports and music, i played tennis for 6 and half years or somthin :D

and i played two years on guitar and half year on drums.

i tried to play for 3 months on clarinet, was good but was too lazy to learn XD

hmmm and now im playing piano by my self from the intarnet

yeah i know XD alot of stuff :D, soooooo btw im good at any sport that i will earn, no metter what, except swing O_O

Bay Loft Kitchen

Hi everyone! Decided to try my first kitchen (well, it's a kitchen and dinning room combo) for TS3 - I'm extremely happy with how it's turning out. Slightly different colors than my normal taste, but I think it's a nice change!

About the patch..

Yesterday I reinstalled the game and the expansion pack without being connected. Now everything works fine. I hardly use the launcher anymore. Every day I make a copy of the 'saves' file.

Having reinstalled, the game recognized all of the download. They were all showing up. The only mods I've got are from Peggy's Zone and the censor blur. O yes, the homework in half an hour. It work fine for the moment. No blue lots.

Keep my fingers crossed...

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

The holidays are special to me. It's a time to really reflect on the many blessings in my life...my wonderful (most of the time) husband, beautiful (inside and out) kids and grandkids, wonderful friends, good health and lots of chocolate. :)

This time of year reminds me not to concentrate on the tough times during the year, but instead be thankful for the good. I know this has been a tough year for everyone. I pray that 2010 will ring in good health, love and prosperity for us all.

The most horrible time of the year.

Personally, I don't like the Christmas season. Maybe it's because I don't subscribe to Christain doctrine, or maybe it's because I

work in retail, but I just don't care for it. Christmas trees are pretty, yes. I love presents, I like the weather, but people get

especially weird around mid-November. People forget how to drive (I may be sensitive to this though because I work by a shopping

mall), they act like they were raised in a barn.

Today at work somebody attempted to steal a damn washer and dryer. Really? Like...really? Fake id + fake check = fail. He

stuck a picture on someone else's id (TN liscences have 2 pictures on them, he only covered one, he was of a different ethnicity of

the real card-holder) and wouldn't let me see his check...yeah, he wasn't giving thecashier the thing he wanted to pay with. When

I noticed somethig was wrong he ran out of the store. I'm not shitting you. This is my life. In the end, I deterred a $3300 theft in

the last five min. of my shift.

I guess I'm just a "scrooge". I hate Christmas music. It's all I hear all day (and The Beatles Rock Band, Satan's gift to mankind).

Anyways, I got a better phone. It's a Blackberry Bold. I hated my last phone because it was touch-screen. I've never been

happier with a phone than I was with my Blackberry Curve. I've had the Bold for a few hours now, and I already love it.

It's almost midnight here, so I think I'll be off to sleep.

Thankyou all so much for the warm thoughts and congratulations.  To celebrate, a new Asian themed home will be available on Sun 20th.  No CC has been used so will hopefully be ok for those currently experiencing problems with the patch .... however WA content has been extensively used so I suggest downloaders have that EP.  I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and, most importantly, safe New Year!

Launcher&Last Patch Problem

Hey..As you know in your latest patches are installed incorrectly and the game designs is a problem..I made lots of clothes but I can not install them so I have no screenshots..Sorry about that..

Just a Quick Update

Hello Readers!

Just a quick blog update to let you guys know that I'm not dead! (Well, there's been a few close shaves, but that's another story..)

Some of you have noticed my absence from TSR for the past few months, sending the odd PM and comment asking where I am. Well, just between you and me, its been a mixture of a hectic social life at university and a large amount of assignments that have crept up on me! (Evil blighters..)

Anywho..

So, I come back a few months later to a very nice surprise! A huge surplus of Kudos points and other 7k downloads! My first reaction was..

All I can say is, thank you peeps! I'm so grateful for you loyal support and comments! :D *huggles* I wouldn't have done it without you!!!

So in return, I've just reinstalled TS2 (Uni + Business), to create a load more houses and dorms in celebration!

On top of that, some of you eagle eyed viewers may have spotted my new profile banner and watermark. All of which will be included in future screenshots. (I've been fiddling around in photoshop and created them a few hours ago in celebration of the 7k download milestone).

Username

Someone might have noticed that my username doesn't match the name that's in my preview picture of my creations so here's why it says "Hundp*ss" instead of "Kattsand":

My original username was "Hundp*ss" (I'm probably not allowed to write it without the star..) I had it for 2 ½ years. It's a swedish word that means "Dog pee" pee from a dog. Yes. TSR changed my name because they now think that my old username is provocative and that is why my new username is Kattsand. Kattsand is also a swedish word that means "cat litter".

Btw, I really wasn't out to provoke anyone, for me it was just a word and the username I always use when I sign up for a membership somewhere.

So I'm Kattsand, previously known as Hundp*ss   :)

Isn't it nice when your sims start doing what you want them to do automatically.  Even though Patrick was with Tina, he started showing more preference for Mina...I love it when a plan comes together..lol

so i'm at university....

i'm at university....HOW THE HELL DID THAT HAPPEN!
its been a hecktic 3 months here in newport in wales, and the welsh dnt do meat and potato pies! (sniff sniff)

however i've made some cool friends who are cool, and its defently the best decision i've ever made. its wierd being on my own for the very first time!
but i'll live.
hopefully.

 sooo much going on, and everything i write seems lost in someway,(mayb cus im writing and simming at stupid times in the morning and night!)
nd i'm starting to feel homesick, which isnt like me.

i'm missing out on so much at home,the date is 16/5/10 thats when i become a auntie eeeeekkkkk, nd apparently she's already big :/
 but at least we've got something to talk about over the table at dinner time wen i do go home, (which will b the 1st time on saturday) man 4 months without family kills!!!
but this is life nd i gotta deal with it!

but wot makes this even sucky is that i gotta do sum boring play, nd play a very emotional character, nd i cnt fake cry.

New Patch Curse

I'm one of those that's been cursed by the EA patch. In fear of losing the Andretti's (the only thing that can't be redownloaded), I've backed up to my desktop, and I will remain dormant until the issues are resolved.

Caliente Legacy family

After reading Illandras amazing zefyr legacy it got me in the mood to start my own.

Thus Mina and Tina Caliente were created! The name may sound familiar, and yes, it is "Those" Caliente's that they are related to! Distant cousins, not just by georgraphy, moved in to sunset valley, promised by their Uncle Mucho that while his cabin was old it would be suitable. Sadly Uncle Mucho hadn't been checking his mail, the cabin was no more, and while Tina spent all her savings on an "Awesome" bed, Mina was a little more sensible.

The legacy is coming along well with Tina getting close to as many famous people as she can find via her job (in the loosest sense of the word) at the theatre. Mina however is again the more sensible one, working hard in the culinary track, putting in extra hours and study to fulfill her dream of being a 5 star chef and one day perhaps earing a Simchelin star (or two), and putting a roof over their head (Literally).

Well now that I have started making houses for TSR I intend to continue.

With each home I make I try to put a preview screenshot on the screenshots page, so that if you like it you can keep an eye out for it :)

I will undoubtedly ramble in here most of the time, but I can come out with coherent stuff most of the time so bear with me :)

Another patch problem

Hi there. Yesterday evening when I started the game, I message came up saying that it couldn't be played without installing a new patch. I had no other choise.

Well, everything is wrong now. No Riverview anymore. Not even the EA downloads. Then I re-installed the whole game and it's not playable anymore. The command are in numbers. I wonder if you have the same problems. Please, tell me.

Plants, plants & more plants!

I just went a quick but sweet downloading spree on plants! And omg, there are so many awesome plants for our simmies! Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the artists creating these for Sims 3. We are so lucky to have you! Now I'm off to decorate!! ;)

Argh No Internet

Hi Everyone

Not been on TSR for the past 2 days as i've had no phone or internet connection !!

I have not been a happy bunny about it either...! All sorted now yey :)

Winter Break

I have just finished my last final exam for the Fall 2009 school semester. I guess that means that I'll have time to actually get

on here and act as a member of the community, at least until the Spring 2010 semester begins.

I'm hanging out in the school library, waiting for my boyfriend to finish his history final so that I can go home. He's my means of

transportation right now because I totaled my car a few days ago. He has been super-helpful.

Speaking of that wreck, I slipped off the road on a turn and ran head-first into a telephone pole. The police said that they

noticed some oil on the road, so it wasn't my fault. I went to the hospital and got checked out. I got a clean bill of health and they

sent me on my way. I'm still sore from where the seatbelt caught me though.

I'm off to edit some more of my profile, then probably to the forums. ;D

The Big Change

The first good news was brought by Gea (AnoeskaB) last October 10th, 2009. Now is another big step for me.

The other night was really shocking for me. A big change happend, which I was expecting in the next few years or it is on the least of my expectation. A sudden change was brought by Sue (Cyclonesue). And it was indeed a good news, in fact, it was a dream came true. As I said to Sue, it was like winning the Oscars.

A change that will bring a different color, different background and a gold badge. This change inspired me and will keep me do what I do best, to make new, fantastic, great creations in the future.

Thanks to my TSR family for the trust and friendship they brought me. I'm really happy to be part of the Team, in which I prefer to call them family.
