The Cullen's House

Being a Twilight fan myself, I have been researching for the house plan of the Cullen's house aka Hoke house used at the Twilight movie. After a long preparation, the house is finally done. Hope you guys may love it. I tried to imitate the house as much as I can from the pictures available at the net. Feel free to comment.

Sorry for my lack of presence

Sorry for not being involved lately. I’m so overloaded with my new animation project and learning Maya that I have hardly the time to sleep right now. I would like to apologize for the late replies or if I didn’t reply to you yet. I have some new patterns in the pipeline at this time except that I don’t know when I will be able finalize them. Here are some previews on the new patterns and the Maya object I had to build.

While thinking about what to do next I've made this vase with Orchids. I put an extra Orchid in and the vase is of course bigger than the original.

I'll make one or two more of a different plant before submitting this one.

Glad to be back

It seems like it has been AGES since I have even logged into TSR(LOL)I have had a chaotic summer and early fall to say the least but I am finally settled down again.After taking a little time off due to personal matters I have decided to play the Sims 2 and create again,I'm not terribly interested in the Sims 3,I bought it the day it was released but I misplaced it while moving and now I can't find it,oh well.I hope to be uploading more community and residential lots soon,so stay tuned.

Crusade Windows and Doors - 9th October!

A new set of windows and doors to be filed under 'complete'!  Crusade Windows and Doors is up for publishing this coming Friday 9th October! 

I rue the day when I said (at the beginning of Workshop development and testing) that at least meshing was easy.  "Meshing is now the easy part; throw together a mesh in 10 minutes - it's the rest that takes longer".  What a n00b!

Having spent 1-2 days per window mesh (and let's not bother naming the extra days one stupid door took to fathom, never mind mesh), I wish to retract that ridiculous statement I made.  It is indeed possible to throw something together very quickly, but the end result looks like a word I'm not allowed to use here

Never mind!  Set is out.  I can now ungrit my teeth and start trying to be personable at home again!

By the way, the matching Castle Stonemasonry wallpapers used in this screenie are already published and available free to download.  It is an irony that this wallpaper set is probably my most popular creation!  This required no meshing or gritted teeth!

Waydei Dies... for now.

Hi! It's Elzi! I just wanted to let you know that the wadei legacy is officialy closed. There is a very small chance that I will re-open it though.

But, I am starting a new story, called Living Death the Way I Want To, which SHOULD open by Monday, but not sure because the Prologue is taking some time to complete... luckily, foxi-ivey is gonna help me with that! :D

All Fixed!

Well, it looks like my computer may actually be up and running...finally!  I had to replace my hard drive and it's taken a while to reload all my software and such.  I'll be uploading some more lots soon, so keep checking back...!

Blanton Hallway

Just a quick preview of my newest set, Blanton Hallway. I've noticed there isn't much clutter/deco items availble in TS3, so this mainly decorative set aims to help solve that!

So far - the table, picture frames, and plant are the only part of the set - everything else in the screenie is EA-made.

I am posting a lot of old screenshots that I have edited a little bit. I think they are kind of nice, and finally I use my screenshots for something. It is also nice to look through all of my screenshots, because there are many of them I don't remember taking and such, so that's really nice.

I am very soon posting my vampire story, I just have to pull myself together and write the first chapter and take the pictures. But it is going to be great! I think..

Story update

I just want to let you knwo (readers of my story about The house on the Hill) That I'm still working on the next chapter. The last few weeks I've been busy remodeling the house for real not in the Sims, Also I'm still looking for work this takes up a lot of time. I'm a bit a shamed that you all have to wait this long for the next chapter, I apolagize for this.

Before anyone comes with the question why does he upload houses but not the next chapter!

If I get an idea for a house I start on that right away to get it out of my system, my priority still lies with creating lots and then writing stories. I will make the story to the end I hope you all will still read the story and the next stories to come. when the remodeling is over I've got more time to do both.

I hope to upload the next chapter soon I'm still working on it it just takes longer then I thought at the moment.

I can only hope that you'll understand and be patient a little bit longer.

Asian Lot Coming Soon

I don't know if anyone's noticed or not, but my uploads over the past month have been available on Fridays. This week is different, since I noticed a tiny glitch in my next lot that I had to fix at the last minute. It has been resubmitted with everything now working perfectly, so hopefully (hopefully, hopefully, hopefully) it will be approved with Saturday being the publication date. This next one is another micro that was built with an Asian style in mind. I know the game doesn't come with much in that style at the moment, so I challenged myself to make something as Asian as possible with the little we have in the base game (with the exception of the front door, which is the same door I used in La Pêche and had purchased from the EA store). So far, my Sims love it. Hopefully, yours will, too!

Hey guys, does anyone know working screen captors for Windows 7? All what I've tried capture only black square instead of Sims. I'll be extremely thankful if you point me to something!

I am sick of just creating lots and sims and was wondering if i had to download something or buy a particular expansion pack.can anyone please help me?? if so, in the near future there may be some designs from me out there!!

Le sigh...

My latest pattern submissions really sucked I guess, LOL. I'm not getting many downloading. It might be some time before I make any more since I pretty much ran out of ideas. I'm really hoping to be able to catch on to meshing and do some really nice things like everyone else but I can't promise. I'm one of those people who learn best if being walked through things and/or can write steps down either way or I get so lost.

A lot of tutorials are difficult for me to follow simply because the one writing it knows what they're talking about so may leave detrimental information out not meaning to. All I can say here though is that I'm thankful for the people who has sent me tips in trying to help.

New livingroom set, a modern set

I've started a new Livingroom set. It's going to be a modern set this time. So far a table and a chair is finished but I'll also make the loveseat and the sofa. I'll also make some deco this time.

There are 4 variations inluded in these packages. You see the variations on the seats. The table has the same variations.

Hi everyone!

I would like to thaks site staff  to  helping me  to  upload the San Francisco Painted Ladies, its  was  impossible  cos the  size.

Thank  everybody  giving me hearth  and  downloading my  creations, it awakes me  to design more and  more  and  improve  to have more  qualitys lots  to  share  with  you.

Now  I am working  hard in  my  first Community Lot.  Its  a  recreation  of MASP(Museum of Arts os São Paulo). Its  a  very  modern building  and I guess  it  will  be very usefull  to people  likes  and have modern houses in the  city.

I had a dificult about  the stages, cos TS3 just allows 4  and I needed 2 under first stage  to give  more  realism.

1500 Downloads - Thank you!

I recently reached just over 1500 downloads. Ha ha ha! I know this is not alot to some but as I don't really create much I'm quite happy with it. So thank you to everyone who downloaded my sims.

Finally Back

So I've been gone for quite a while. My creations have been non-existant. However, now I'm back and with a new computer which means faster playing and faster houses for you all. I'm also going to try my hand at apartments and community lots. I have to change it up a little for you guys. :) Hopefully within the next few days I'll have something up and ready for you all.

UPDATES ARE WORKING AGAIN!

After a temporary blip, updates are working again!  We have no idea what went wrong, but the correct files are now being served, so do please download the updates again to be double-sure that you have them.

USELESS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION  FOR THOSE WHO ENJOY THAT SORT OF THING...

What has been fixed?

File size mainly.  When these creations were made, the Workshop did not offer compression, and that led to files of 1-2Mb in size in some cases.  Additionally, some windows became invisible when on the mouse pointer.  Everything has now been fixed.

How will I know that I have the correct files?

Open the game launcher and click on Downloads.  Although everything is ghosted out, you should see a 'size' column.  If you have the updates, then you will find the following:

- Colonial Windows will be 265Kb or less  (previously 900Kb+)
- the Oil Drum will be 762Kb (not 1.8Mb)
- the Beer Keg will be 220Kb

If you have any too-big files, please download and install the updates.

How do I install the updates?

First, you need to remove any existing versions (don't worry: this won't upset your game or damage any of your lots).  Open the game launcher and click on Installed items.  Tick every file you wish to replace, then click the uninstall button.  Now click the Downloads button and delete the uninstalled items.

Now install the updates by double-clicking each Sims3Pack, or, if you know your way around your computer, you can speed this up by opening the game's Downloads folder (My Documents/Electronic Arts/Sims 3/Downloads) and dropping all Sims3Packs in there, then telling the Game Launcher to install them in a single batch instead.

The updates will have no impact on your game (except to discreetly replace the older files).

A really big THANK YOU for everybody who sent the many wonderful and glowing words regarding my promotion to Sims 2 SA status. I've dusted off the CD, got used to the tools I worked hard at getting unfamiliar with over the last few months, and have uploaded another installment to the Glen Eden series I started just before S3 hit the streets. I had a few more Glen Eden lots almost completed prior to S3 so I'm working now at getting them ready for upload. We will see how it works with dividing my loyalties between the two versions, but I'm ready to give it a good ole college try.

And I hope the new avatar doesn't throw you off too much, not sure if I'll keep it.

I am so happy and pleased. I cannot stop smiling since checking out my Submissions Screen this evening and noticing that all myTile Walls have been approved.

I don't like autumn, but I love this begining of school year! I don't know why, but in maths I'm studying more better than always, and in Russian, English and French I understand many things! (In Russian I understand all, of course) I can say that my creations are more better now, as I learned how to create new meshes in 3Ds Max. Look at my last creations. Did you see that I chaged the design of my pictures? Of course you saw. Now I very like vintage. This is great style. Look at my latest creation (publish date-29 september)

Wow...so much to do so little time!

Yes, home from the States now for a week. Friday, Hubby and I went to Limburg (Holland's most southern province). Tomorrow back to work again and I am lagging behind! So many really neat stuff here on the site, so many great screenshots and stories! I still have to write to some people and read some more stories and I haven't got the time! I just can't leave the house for more than a day! I NEED a laptop. Luckily I have a birthday coming up next month.

I put some pictures from last weekend in my galleries (in the "more of me" folder) and some extra from California as well. Have to run now, I have some stories to read, some screenshots to rateand some friends I desperately need to talk to. Ofcourse I have to see what's for dinner. Real life is trying to catch my attention...See y'all later!
