Story Deletion....or Discontinuation...
Umm...the story known as 'Theft & Prosperity' has ceased to exist and will not be continued. Sorry Nat! If you happen to read this. Escape from paradise on the other hand, will get completed....one of these days. I'll also be posting a new story aswell, it's called good vs. evil, I've uploaded it to the site, I just have to submit it. But I wanted to have Escape from Paradise finished beforehand.

- Today, I bought a new Collector's Edition of The Sims 3! I am so excited.I am just in love with the crystal :wub:
- Today, I revised my submissions.I checked the files with problem.And corrected them.Some of my houses had problems with EPs.The requirements weren't right at all.And some of the packages were empty such as Albana, SpringTime.So, I deleted them.And some of the problems weren't correctable.That files also have been removed.
Now, I think there is no more problematic files! But still, if you found a new one please report it.What is needed will be done.

So, I know I've been gone for basically a month but now I'm back. Reason I was gone for so long was because of these end of term and semester exams. I had to study a lot and had to complete all these assignments before my teacher began doing the reports.
I found I didn't have enough time to log on to TSR, so I'm extremely sorry about that. I'll try to get around to answering all the guestbook entries ;P.
No matter, my holidays are coming up soon, so W00T!

My TS3 patterns policy
I've received a couple of queries about how my patterns can be used. As there's no convenient place for me to put this right now, I'll put this in my blog and hope that people looking for this information can find it.
My patterns for TS3 all contain original artwork created by me, and are all packaged using the Sims 3 Workshop. You are welcome to use them in your game, but there are some restrictions on how you can share them.
You may:
- Use my patterns in your own game any way you please, recolouring them for your personal use.
- Use any patterns with the TSRAA icon on the pattern download page as part of a lot or Sim, and upload the resulting lot or Sim to TSR. If you want to use a pattern that doesn't have the TSRAA icon, please contact me via PM or on my guestbook.
You may not:
- Upload my patterns, whether you have recoloured them or not, to anywhere.
- Create a derivative work from one of my patterns, or any part thereof without prior permission from me
- Share Sims and lots/houses using the patterns anywhere other than TSR. This means you may not use them to create a Sim or a lot/house for the Exchange, for example.
This policy is subject to change. If I do change it I will note the date and time that the changes were made, and if you published content before the policy changed, or it would be reasonable to assume you hadn't seen any updates to the policy, you won't be affected :)

The Sims 3
Hi! So sims 3 is out and awsome! i love it but so far there is no bodyshop to work on skins clothes or anything of that subject :/ so i dont know if i will keep creating at least for the sims 3.
I do have a few projects to complete from sims 2 and i will upload them in time 1 month tops.

Still Adjusting
There are definitely some oddities in Sims 3. I am enjoying the game just as much as I enjoyed Sims 2. I know a lot of people are saying they're disappointed, but I have to agree with some others have said -- that they likely just haven't sat down and played with it enough. (It probably doesn't help that among many of those saying they're disappointed, I've also seen a lot of incorrect information about what's possible in the game.)
My unpleasant discovery yesterday: Children and Toddlers just can't interact. I thought at first it was because my toddler hadn't learned to talk yet, so I was relentless with the poor babe until he could speak, but no go. There were just no interactions I could find between Children and Toddlers. I always thought it was silly that Children couldn't talk to Babies or play peek-a-boo with them while someone else held them in Sims 2, and now that's been expanded. Children can't chat with Toddlers like any Teen or Adult can, they can't "play with" them through a toy (like any Adult or Teen can), nothing. If I had my druthers, Children would be able to get bottles from the fridge for Babies and Toddlers, and would be able to talk with and entertain Toddlers, at the very least.
My discovery: Fish actually get their burial at sea now! I had a fish die off in its little bowl and mom just scooped it out and took it to the toilet -- flush! That was sort of funny.
But you know, I'm not seeing so much humor in the game yet. I remember being insanely amused by Sims 2 when I'd leave a Sim alone and they'd go play pirate ship in the bathtub, or some other whacky behavior. I've not seen anything like that so far, but then the game's still new and I'm still in control freak mode.

As a writer, no, even just a person who makes stuff, don't you want your creation to gain a least bit of recognition? I know I do, that's why I'm making a fuss about it LOL. Oh and did I mention that I'm one of those people who obsessively dreams of one day something like this could happen? Well now, I just did. haha. ...yeah I have issues, then again, dreaming IS free.

New Poll
Hey fellow simmers! I've just added a new poll. It's in relation to the first expansion for the Sims 3. I'm so curious as to what it will be and when they will release it! (Probably getting a bit ahead of myself).
Don't get me wrong I absolutley love the Sims 3 but there are many things that I miss from the Sims 2 while playing the Sims 3. One of the many things I miss is a spa for my sim. This may be a luxury item but I think everyone puts one of these in every sims house they build. It's a great social interaction for the sims. Well we'll just have to wait and see won't we.

Last Uploads Sims 2
Hi guys,
In earlier blogs I wrot that I would upload a Farewell lot for the sims 2. I've got some bad news about that.
I won't make before I have the Sims 3 to upload any lots for the sims 2. The Sims 2 also stands on the old one and I'm going to sell that one I've to empty that one aswell. And because I'm graduating in just a few weeks I don't have time to build a farewell lot anymore. I gotta finish my last assigment the next few days this is for my graduation. I'm sorry if you where waiting on it. I hope you'll forgive me.
Good news for the Simmers that have the Sims 3 with luck I'll have the game this weekend soon after that you can expext lots from me. I give the game as a present to myself for my hardwork at school.

The Sims 3
I got the Sims 3 on Monday. I was able to get it with birthday money I got from my parents. I was not sure if I wanted to try it yet or not since I'd read a lot of negative reviews about crashes and the game not working, especially since my video card is not on the supported list. However, I'm too much of a Sims fan to turn a blind eye to a new game. I never had any of the issues that others had with the Sims 2 games (except the conflict with Nvidia cards and Vista when I had to buy a new computer), so I crossed my fingers and pulled the game off the shelf at Wal-Mart.
Put the game in and it installed with no issues and loaded right up. I was amazed at how quickly the game loaded considering long Sims 2 takes. So far, I am pleasantly surprised. I haven't played long enough for the age progression to be an issue. In fact, I discovered in the game options that you can change how long your sims life span will be. I set mine to "epic". I may regret that when I get tired of crying babies (because they stay a baby FOREVER! well, it seems that way, lol). However, I figured it would help with the issued I'd read about where the friends, etc. in the neighborhood grow and age around you instead of your other households sitting in stasis until you play them like they do in Sims 2. Apparently, you are supposed to be able to turn that off, but I've read that button is not functional in the game at this time and will need a patch to work correctly.
I've not really found the sims to be chunky and fat looking like some claim either. I think they look fine.
Anyway, as it stands, I am enjoying the game and the interesting new additions, such as being able to take classes to learn skills, and learning how to make new foods by buying a recipe book. I also like the improvement to the wants/aspirations that were a part of Sims 2. Now, you don't have as many stupid ones pop up as you used to. I also like the fact that sims come with a cell phone already in their inventory, so you don't have to buy one. The thing I *don't* like about that is that you have to click on your inventory, then the phone in order to answer it when it rings.
All in all, I have found Sims 3 to be an enjoyable experience and hope that it continues to be so the longer I play it.

Installation issues
Hi :-), unfortunately when I tried to install my Sims 3 game the disc was not recognized. I did all sorts of maintenance on my PC trying to get ithe DVD drive running. In desperation I performed a complete Windows reinstall. Wouldn't you know my drive still won't work. Ha Ha Ha. Moreover all of my software and programs were of course removed. I do have backups of my Sims 2 and everything I deemed important.
Here is my main issue/problem...I can not even reinstall my Sims 2 games. Nothing is being recognized. lol Just my luck. I will be purchasing another drive on Friday. Until then, there won't be any new updates either Sims 2 nor Sims 3. This is not fun. I am extremely anxious to play my Sims 3 but will also continue to create for Sims 2.
I guess that's it for now.
Story telling in Sims3?
I would love to do a story, wonder when that option is going to be available or am I going too fast?

Hey all people that might happen to read this. Just wanted to say that I haven't forgotten about my other stories 'Escape from Paradise' and 'Theft & Prosperity' I was planning on posting the next chapters earlier today. But then I had a doctors appointment, and after nearly passing out I've been a bit woosy all day. Passing out is a weird experience.
So anyway just wanted to say that I'll be finishing off these stories with a few more parts. Don't worry I shall do the endings about as much justice as my mind will allow, so hoping it will have a better day tomorrow :P. Although it seems to be at the moment, jumbled with story ideas! So anyone that's looking for an already thought of and planned out idea, feel free to ask and pluck one out of my head, I can't do them all :).

About the mesh of the dress
Hello.
I think that I write a little because I apologize when worrying it about the mesh comes though it is trifling.
There is the one to use the mesh that a wonderful various creators made in the inside though used by the dress that I am making if there are a game and enhancing packing as much as possible, too.
I am not enclosing these meshes with the set goods. A tidy mesh specifies a certain place.
The purpose of this is respectfully in the creator who is making the mesh.
It would be greatly appreciated if it could understand.

Upcoming Submissions
I am currently in the early stages of a three or four part story for The Sims Resource. This is only my second story and the first one that wasn't documenting an actual part of my game. I haven't fully worked out the plot yet but I've created some of the main Sims and I have a rough idea of what it's going to be about. I'll try to get it up as soon as possible.

Sims 3 dilemma...
AGH!!! So, I just have to vent somewhere that people would understand my frustration and not just look at me with funny looks when I explain...
I bought Sims 3! Yeah!! I'm excited, I've even got the collector’s edition, get home and I'm ready to go. I know my computer isn't the greatest, so I continue to delete everything Sims 2....everything... (Wouldn’t want to risk slowing down Sims 3 right!?) I get Sims 3 installed, things are looking good, and then there is a friendly message about my video card not being readable. Okay, not a big deal, I'm sure it happens all the time. On I go. I develop my character, had her ready to go with her wants and dreams and even a cute little outfit!! I'm just getting more and more excited! I'll be able to do things I never could before. So, we pick out a cute little place and the tutorial begins...then the computer freezes. No big deal, I take a deep breath and reboot. I get a little further in my tutorial (she finally sits on her couch) and then it freezes again.
Okay, I'm starting to get a little annoyed by this point. I figure maybe I just need to upgrade my video card. On to the internet I go to research video cards. I look, and look and check blogs and computer guru sights and even the OEM site. Turns out, I can't even upgrade my stinking computer!!! (Smoke can now be seen coming out of my ears...)
Deep breath, maybe it's just time to get a new computer just for my Sims. My hubby and I have even talked about it before, so what the heck. There has to be something out there that is inexpensive enough. Well, not so...all the really cheap computers won't even process my new game, let alone the Sims 2! So, aside from saving up $$$$, I will just hold my Sims 2 ever the more tightly. I still have my Sims 3, and it will sit, waiting patiently to open its loving arms one day. But now I get to start from scratch and maybe this time, I'll do what a smart 'Sim-mer' would do, and back my files up!!! AGH!

Lo and Behold!
Hello fellow simmers, I have finally submitted the Maxis version and Custom Content (CC) version of my 'Beach Haven' beach lots. They are both a traditional style beach house as can be found up and down the Texas coast. They are loaded with everything needed to have fun in the sun and into the night!
I will soon be submitting a higher-end beach home sure to please and satisfy the more 'luxury' seeking sim's palate. I will try to submit a couple of screenshots over the next couple of days. In addition, I have been working on more walls--just having a little trouble finding wainscoat and borders to my liking. I am so picky, picky!
You know, I decided to get back in gear with my Sims 2 creations as a way to keep me busy until I am able to replace my computer for one that will support Sims 3. Then, I will be able to create for Sims 2 and Sims 3! Yea!
Thanks to all the TSR creators that are sharing their Sims 3 experiences and creations already! I have marked several Sims 3 lots that are simply awesome--but I would'nt expect anything less from our amazingly talented TSR creators! Thank you all for sharing your wonderful creations and feeding my simming addictions! LOL!

First upload!
Yay I uploaded my first lot and seems people are enjoying it! ^___^ I feel so happy! I've been playing this game for a long time, almosot since it came out and yet I waited this long to start uploading, don't ask me why.
A modern home for the successful bachelor. Or any other sim who's able to afford this lot. A bargain at 83,773 simoleons!
Spacious and luxurious, your sim will love it!

Getting to Know Sims 3
For a long time now I haven't really played Sims 2, but have spent my time building lots for them. I've been playing quite a bit with Sims 3, it being the new toy and all, but also have been trying to get to know its build features.
For play, there's a lot to like: Sims 3 seems to be running more smoothly on my desktop than does Sims 2, but then it's only the base game -- I have all the expansion and stuff packs for Sims 2 (except the H&M one), plus just tons of custom content, so I think it's bound to be a bit heavier than Sims 3 at this point. Sims 3 doesn't run very well on my laptop at all (an Athlon 64 4000+ with 2GB RAM running WinXP). It loads quickly and such, but about five to ten minutes in, everything bogs down to a crawl. If I leave it be for another ten minutes or so and come back, it's usually straightened back out again and can go for a short while before the process repeats. I'm absolutely sure that a lot of that is my graphics adapter -- the 128 MB Radeon XPRESS 200m just wasn't built for this sort of intensity. World of Warcraft? No Problem! Sims 3 -- aaaarghle!
A lot has been streamlined in Sims 3. Babies no longer leave bottles all over the floor (baby food and bottles miraculously disappear when the tot is done, and can be magically pulled out of thin air whenever needed), and such. There are dozens of details like this which make the game "less bother" in some terms. Buying groceries is no longer a hassle: if a Sim wants to cook something that's not in the fridge, they just pay for the ingredients out of pocket and continue with their cooking. I'm actually still trying to decide whether I like these new features. Part of enjoying the Sims for me has been dealing with the minutae of their lives. I sort of miss cleaning up after the baby, making the grocery store runs and so on. I think this is part of some players' desire for washing machines, dryers, and dirty laundry for their Sims: they play to get into every last detail.
Some things that have definitely been too streamlined for my tastes. For example, whenever a Sim needs to travel to a community lot, they just go -- you don't need to pick a method since they'll just choose whatever's convenient. If they're going to drive or take a taxi, they'll just walk to the curb; the conveyance appears out of nowhere and they fade out (fading back inside it) and are off. I don't like that warping -- I want to see them walk to the vehicle and get inside. I'd noticed this "warp" behavior in other games from other companies (Space Colony, Stronghold), and it always struck me as very lazy on the part of the animators: no climbing into equipment or anything, the people just fade out and fade back in on the item they were going to be using. Watching Sims repeatedly slam the doors of cheap cars to get them to close properly always amused me -- perhaps because my own car is a '92 and I could feel their pain.
I haven't had much problem with Story Progression while I've been off a lot but then I turned it off in settings, I save obsessively, and I don't change families that often. I have noticed a disturbing number of deaths within the town around my Sims -- relatives and acquaintances are seeming to drop like flies around them. The problem I have been having is with things just going missing. Example: I was playing George Dean for a while (he's a resident of Riverview (the free town available on the Exchange); he started with two cars on his lot, and earned a third through work. I left him and his wife at home, and went to build another lot (keeping the story paused the whole time), then came back to George and his family to find they had no cars. The cars weren't in their inventories, nor anywhere else to be found, and they didn't have any extra cash. I still haven't figured out what happend to them.
Maybe eventually the mystery will be solved.
The Sims 3 Creations
I be coming around with with creations for you and everyone once I get a new computer with more memory I need a new computer anyways but I will still be able to play my sims on my PC. There nothing wrong with my PC. I just having trouble uploading sims.

My 1st Sims 3 Home
This is my first house in the new sims 3. It is not finish yet i still have the 2nd floor to do yet and i have been recoloring some of the furnture. There are also lot of new things in the house that i got from the sims 3 store. I will upload frunshed and unfrunshed so this way if you dont have not bought the the same furnter as i have in the house then you can do it the way you want
Late Night Thoughts
Ugh, why is it that I always feel the most creative at night? Lately I've been reviving my rotations in Pleasantview, but I've come across a big problem. How do I begin to match up sims days to real-world years? I've already gone through about five differant schemes! Heck, I've even thought about keeping the wacked up MAXIS system and incorperate it as a possible.
Anyway, for a long time I've had the urge to condense a whole neighborhood tree down to one person and ship him or her over to another neighboorhood. That way I'd end up with just one to play, which would make rotations easier... not that condensing all the playable sims into one is EASY. Nor is it FAST.
Getting hard to keep my eyes open...Zzzzzzzz

Simming for a Cure
Hello everyone!
I am so excited about the possible Diabetic fundraiser in which all Simmers can take part!
Originally the idea was to only have Lots up for auction (by Auction I mean 100 lots available for 1$ a piece.)
Now I think that a "Yard Sale" would be a great way to raise money for our cause!
Custom Clothes, Furniture, and Items could be compiled on a website for 1$ donations.
Would still love more ideas and more help. I talked to Tug about using TSR as a launching point for this fundraiser, and she will pass it on to the powers that be.

Goodbye The Sims 2
I have said my final goodbyes to the Sims 2. :( I completely uninstalled every expansion and then the very first disc. I decided to copy the screenshots folder so if I want to reminisce on the good old days I can. I uploaded my last Sims 2 screenshot to my profile page too.
I've had so much fun with the Sims 2 and am thankful for the laughter and tears (not really tears but when the grim reaper comes along to take your sim away it's a bit sad) it has brought me over the years. If I had holidays I would spend a couple of days just simming away on my laptop. It is one of my favourite past times.
I remember when I first stumbled across TSR. I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread (and still do). I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw so many creations. All the artists have such amazing individual flair. I went on a crazy downloading spree thanks to them and my Sims had never lived so luxuriously. My download folder got so big and the game felt like it took forever to load up that I had to take some of the downloads out. Those were the days...... well I guess it will start all over again with the Sims 3.
Farewell the Sims 2, my memories of you will last forever xoxo :)
