Installation Instructions Reminder :)
Hi everyone :) With v7, the "Installation Instructions" info./popup was omitted/not carried over, so I wanted post the info. for DL my lots, here.
**The included CC is in a separate folder in the .zip file, please download the .zip file (green arrow), and extract the custom content folder to your Downloads folder, before installing the lot.** If you downloaded using the sims2pack for these lots, it may not work properly, so please redownload usin the zip option.
While it's still available, you can also use the old v6 site (http://v6.thesimsresource.com/) to download and see the Installation Instructions needed for so many downloads, including my lots.
Also the Sims2Pack Clean Installer is recommended for installing the lot sims2pack. If you don't have it already, you can download it from MTS2- http://sims2pack.modthesims2.com/
January Updates!
Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a safe and wonderful holiday season! This month I don't have as many updates as I normally do. I haven't had much time to work on any sims projects. I'm having some medical issues that still haven't been resolved so the game and creating has been put to the side a little more than I had hoped.

First up are two sets of clothing. I think these may be my last outfits. I'm really not motivated anymore when working on clothing but if something pops up that I feel I just have to recolor I will. No promises though. This is a Base Game mesh. I've made them for Boys and Girls and now they're not only in Everyday but also in Outwear. Remember for them to appear in Outwear you have to have Seasons installed.
This next set is a Seasons mesh. I made this for Adults and Elders. They appear in Outerwear only. A little side note, if you have University all of my Adult recolors will appear for Young Adults also. 
Below are two jewelry sets. Each set has two versions: one for Base Game and the other for Bon Voyage. This months sets are named for my two nieces Caitlyn and Gabrielle. They are sisters and are as different as two can be. Caitlyn is a 10 year-old girly-girl and a ball of energy. Gabrielle, called Gabbi by everyone, is an 8 year-old tomboy, shy and timid. Gabbi is also my God-daughter.
This next set is my first object recolor upload. I recolored these garage doors to go with some lots I've been working on. These are recolors of Windkeeper's Flat Garage Doors and require that mesh for them to appear in game. 
It's been a long time since I've uploaded walls. This set I also made to go with some of my lot projects. I will upload the wall sets as I upload the lots I used them on. These will also include collection files for those of you who like using them.

Grrrrr.....I am so angry at my friend!(and to think he's my bestfriend.)When we get low scores in english class...since im the leader of our group....he blames it on me.How wrong is that.And my teacher said something a whileago.That you shouldnt depend on just one person.I hope he took that in heart.He is so paranoid.(Tagalog/Filipino)Sobra siyang suplado!Nakakainis na talaga.Na buibuisit na ko sa kanya!(01-30-09)Anyway.....todays jan. 30.That happened the first day of january.Were okay now.Were friends again.But I cant help feel jealous of him with some of his other friends.I feel like he enjoys more when his with them.Well thats life to you.You can never predict whats gonna happen.
About the new version
The new version will be ok by the time ( I guess...), but my first impressions are not so good:
- I can't move the pods once I've chosen the ones that are on my site.
- I can't find the featuring tool neither in lot downloads nor in screenshots.
- If I change my profile color theme, it won't stay but returns to the default. And there are too few colors for the minisite!
- When I tried to write a new blog, the text I wrote didn't stay but changed all the time. Really weird and very annoying.
- My banner is gone but it doesn't matter since I will be making a new one anyway.
The overall impression of the minisite is terribly messy. The old version was a bit clumsy, but there's no way of making the new one look nice and calm and organised. Sorry to be so negative but I pay for this and I'm not happy!:(
This is a surprise...
You can imagine my surprise at finding a new format and most of my stuff missing...while I like the feel of the site, I am disappointed that changes were arbitrarily made to my personal settings/page. I had bookmarks for members who were not artists...gone. Even if the buddy list appears at some point, I have no access to that old list. And I can't find their pages either. Or my uploaded screenshots.
So not an auspicious beginning in my eyes...but I am open to giving it a shot...

Whoa, I logged on to TSR a few mornings ago and I almost fell of my seat. The place has been updated! I like the old TSR a b it more then this one, but hey I'll live. I can't believe this my first blog, yesh...
So anyway, I hope to upload a new hairset soon, called 'Summertime Hair', because it's summer down here in Australia. My next story should be either 'Eye of the House' or one me and Little Cloud are going to be co writing, even if we are on opposite sides of the world! xD
Also, I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for your comments and reviews on my story, I just want hug you all!:3 You guys all totally ROCK!!
But my biggest thanks go to the friends I made on here, you guys always make my day, you know who you are. Thanks again everyone and hopefully I'll be able to update my blog often.

About me
Hi all! As this is my first blog entry, i'll tell ya a little bout me and the houses i make. I am 27 years old, house girlfriend(same as housewife but not married LOL). I have 3 cats, 2 dogs(which belong to my bf). I have played the sims since the first version. I love making houses..in fact most of the time I just make houses and than move on to the next! Sometimes i will make families but never really play them.
People always ask me why I make such big houses. Well, i hate small houses myself. I like to have room to roam and get to my next object quickly. So i apply the same reasoning to my houses! I love flowers and gardens so all of my houses will have that. I love to decorate(btw, very bad speller) so most of my houses will be. If u want a house that isn't, just leave me a message and i will upload an unfuriisned version. I love tsr but can't afford a subscrtion although i wish i could cuz i just love hagerk2 walls and floors! If u have an idea for a house, let me know and i will try and create one for ya.
So far i have one house uploaded and one pending. They are both big and full of gardens! And none of them have custom content in them. In fact, I will not ever include custom content due to the fact that i can't get the content due to lack of funds. Just in case ur wondering...all the games i have, have been gifts over the years. LOL, its all i ask for now. Any other questions feel free to ask! Till i post again!

My First TSR Blog Entry
Just in case anyone actually follows my stuff, I just wanted to let you know I should hopefully be getting back into the swing of things now that holidays are over. I work in retail, in two jobs, so the last two months of the year make me really busy. But now, I should be able to get back to doing projects. YAY!

Do NOT like this new version of TSR
Okay maybe its because i am just not used to it but I dont like this new version of the site so far. My page is cluttered looking.. its hard to find things, everything is as slow as molasses when you want to configure something or look at something.. Triple GRRRRR...
Some things I am sure are just glitches as they prepare the site for Sims 3.. I understand this... but this reminds me of the facelife that FACEBOOK did and now i never go on Facebook becaus eit is a pain in the arse to find everything! But i guess I am stuck with this new version whether i like it or not.. sigh.. i will get used to it..
My First Blog
Hi everybody! This is my very first blog entry. I know that no one will read this, since I'm only 11. This is sort of a diary. Let me give you some information about myself. My favorite movie is Camp Rock. Favorite band is the Jonas Brothers. Favorite food is french fries. Favorite subject is reading. My celebrity crush is a 3-way tie between Joe Jonas, Robert Pattinson, and Nolan Gerard Funk. I just turned 11 in November. I am in the 5th grade. I live in Fort Myers. I am in the gifted program at my school. Last year I scored 5th grade level on the FCAT and got a 5.5 on a writing test out of 6.0. It sounds like I'm bragging, but I'm just proud. I'm making myself sound like a snob. I have a pug! His name is Lucas and he just turned 1 year old. His birthday is on January 1. I have 1 6 year old brother, and a 7 year old sister. I love my brother, but I can't stand my sister! I have been in gifted for 2 months, but since I'm so shy I only made 3 friends so far. The first day, I wouldn't even say a word to any one. This one girl named Alex started talking to me, but all my replies were either a nod, shaking my head, or a giggle. I always pray that the teacher doesn't read my work out loud to the class. Everytime, she picks my paper out of the pile and starts reciting it. I start to blush and grind my teeth out of nervousness. She always praises my work and doesn't know why I'm embarassed. I just don't like being the center of attention. My teacher hugs me all the time because she thinks that I'm very sweet and humble. My dad would think the opposite. At home, I go crazy. I was planning on writing a legacy to submit to TSR, but my new HP computer doesn't work on FreeTime, Bon Voyage, Apartment Life, Life Stories, Pet Stories, and H&M Fashion. It also doesn't take pictures of my sims. I am currently not able to play The Sims because I download custom content from thesims2.com and the game crashed. My little brother broke my old Gateway computer from jamming a computer game in it. That's all I have to say for now. I'm going to leave a few questions. Bye!
- Every student in my school has to write a short story to submit to the "Author's Parade." 5 students will be chosen from each grade. Any ideas on what my story should be about?
- I am going to attend middle school next year and I am torned between two school. Google "Lexington Middle School" and "Three Oaks Middle School" and tell me which school you think is better.

My site's been revamped. Obviously.
Unfortunately, I haven't a CLUE what I'm doing. Each time I try to add something to the page, I do more damage (it looked fine when it was empty)! So I apologise for the mess. It will probably take me approximately 18 months to figure out what I SHOULD be doing, by which time Sims will be living in those UFOs we see!
Anyway, I hope you all had a fabulous whatever-you-did break or what-not. And, um, anyone know what the heck I should click on next?
My first blog: And Polls? How do I use them?
Hi everyone, this is my very first blog for this site. It's actually the first time I have been able to have it. I wanted it before but I think you had to be a subscriber. I am so happy that everyone can have it now, yah!:) Too bad we don't get smilies as well, but I am happy anyway. I am kind of excited in my real life because I am moving.:) And we are going far, all the way to North Carolina. That's where I lived before I moved to Colorado. We have decided to go back. I am happy about it.!:) I kind of like the new TSR site, the changes, it was a little weird at first but I think it is better than before. Today I saw that I could use my Kudos for a poll thing on my page..Yes! I have been wanting that as well. But I can't figure out how to use it. If anyone out there could help out that would be awsome. So if you know how to do the polls please send me a message and explain to me how to do it, thanks so much!:)

It's great to have a blog now, so I don't have to write everything in 'About me'... thanks to TSR v7 :DD BTW the AUREA house has come! I'm very sorry for the house coming this late, but the waiting was worth it! ;) It is my birthday coming soon (Jan 16th) and I've planned to make something nice and submit it here. And last but not least; I will also try to submit apartments soon, because I get the AL expansion as a birthday gift. *YAY*

Well hello all,
I do so love the new look of the site. I have wanted a Minisite for so long, and this new style page is so much like one. I really need to get my act together and start uploading my creations for you all to share. I have always been busy building since The Sims 1. Then out came The Sims 2 and i'm busy building again. I have so much saved to disks, yetI have never uploaded anything to anywhere, I always mean to, but something always seems to crop up.
I'm the one in my family who is the mommy type. I am usually looking after someone in the family, running errands or minding neices and nephews. (I don't have any kids). At the moment though, I have more time on my hands, so I am hoping to upload some stuff for you all soon.

New Banner!
I want to say a huuuuge THANK YOU! to Saoz for making my banner. I suck at this kind of thing, so when she graciously offered to do it, I took her up on it so fast it made her head spin.
My banner features a selection of my boys. I'm very proud of them. :) Now, who are those boys, anyway? From right to left we have:
General Buzz Grunt: Yep, the Maxis sim. Give him a bit of a makeover and he's mighty hot. He is the star of my forum story Sound Decision, which can be found here: http://forums.thesimsresource.com/showthread.php?t=354989
Next we have Lhuwhon Yij Jipak - he is an alien. He is the star of my "Catch a Falling Star" series of site stories - most easily found here - http://v7.thesimsresource.com/staff/deagh/stories/browse/
To Lhuwhon's right is Iram Sharpe, who is modeling one of my Gel Rock Recolors. Iram is one of my legacy sims, and a mighty handsome one at that. He is currently still living in my legacy neighborhood, although he is now well into his 80's.
After Iram we have Jachin. He is my 10th Generation legacy co-heir, along with his wife Jordan. Jachin is also still living in my legacy neighborhood, along with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
To Jachin's right is Diarmuid McEwan. He is a clone of Octavian Wallace, who is one of MsBarrows' sims...and if you don't know who he is, go read her Soup legacy and find out! Diarmuid lives in my legacy neighborhood - he's a Selkie in-story. He and his wife Rowena have two children and 1 grandchild with one on the way. Their grandson Linus has gone to live in the Dunstan legacy, by ECFanaticDoodle (which you slhould also go read).
And finally....Dathan. What can I say about Dathan? He is my favorite sim ever. Dathan was actually an accident. His parents had the want to woohoo in the hot tub, so I indulged it - his mother didn't have her LTW yet, and it was a quick 3000 points. His father had just gone elder and his mother was about 10 days off, and they already had two kids - I had my heir - no plans for more. Well, apparently if you are just a pixel or two off when you click on woohoo....you end up having "try for baby" highlighted instead. That's right, folks, Dathan wasn't planned. He lived a long happy life in my legacy neighborhood - he was 155 days old when he died. I think that just about all of my sims are descended from him, one way or another. Him or his clones, anyway. He's always been fun to play, and oh so cooperative for whatever I choose to do to him...and he makes the best looking babies ever! I'm just glad he's willing to let me keep breeding him. :D
Anyway, there are my boys, or some of them, anyway. Thank you again, Saoz, for doing the banner for me!
Current Projects and More
First off, I would like to say the new TSR looks great! I love the look of the new profile pages and everything!
Next, I would like to say that I will be getting ready shortly to submit a new set soon. It is once again, another Maxis Match Set. This time, it matches the Open For Business counter. I know there are set out there that matches it, but I think you'll find this set a bit unique in some of the objects that I created
I will also be working on soon a new recolor set as well as a couple of more Maxis Match Sets.

new tsr
yeah so i logged in this am, like usual and viola! new tsr. it looks nice, its just going to take a little adjustment and getting used to. the one thing that im upset about is that my lovely avatar is now gone. and not just gone from the site, but gone forever. the screenshot used to make my pretty avatar has long since disappeared in the great uninstall of this summer/fall/again this winter. now i have to go make another one...only with what time? i still have to pack for my trip and do a million other errands. so i guess youll just have to look at the thrilling standard generic female representation. on a happy note i can now write awesome blogs...not that anyone will ever read them, but i still like to write them and make snarky comments. peace out and happy simming...see you when i return from my swimming fun in the sun adventure!

The Beginning...
Hello! I'm Angelsim, rather new to this site, but having the time of my life! I'm a 32 year old mother of two awesome kids and live in Illinois, USA!!..lol I spend most of my time daydreaming up new ideas and then typing them down. I'm disabled and am unable to work, so my dream to become a novelist. I have only published two poems, being rather slow at writing my ideas down. I get writers block frequantly and it's annoying. Finaly I've found an outlet, a way to help with my creativity and allow me to visualize an idea and enable me to write it down the way it is in my head. I'm excited to get started and hope I can have things to share with the people on here soon.
I love the creative aspect of The Sims. I remember the first game I played, Sim City, on Nintendo 64..lol It got so boring tho, only seeing black and white squares with the letters I, C or R on them. Then The Sims came out and I fell in love with the third dementional graphics of the game. I loved making my own floors and walls, and feeling the idea of" The Skies the Limit" aspect of the game. I made my own clothing and faces, but not having internet,I couldn't share my creations. Now I hope to learn all I need to to start an exciting hobby of creating stories and objects and take my place on TSR.
Back to School!
Yup, I's is going to get me some edu-ma-cation!
Starting next week I'm going back to college for a 2-semester post-graduate course in 3D graphics. I hope to get my currently rather out-of-date skills back up to speed with current software, get a portfolio and/or demo reel done, and then try to get back to working in graphics, preferably in gaming again.
This does means I'll be rather busy a lot of the time between now and next fall, so my output of custom content for TSR is going to remain slow, but I do plan to continue creating for, playing, and writing about Sims 2 for some time to come yet.
What do I think I'll find the weirdest about going back to college? The age difference! And to think that I thought I was a mature student when I first went to college for 3D graphics back in the '90s... ack!

Mini Site - Woo Yay
I got me a mini site and I'm very excited... Now I can thank all you lovely people properly for reading my story "Stupid Cupid". THANK YOUI did a bit of a boo boo this time when uploading 13, I deleted chapter 12 :( sorry about that folks, theres no way to get it back, and apologies for the big thumbnails too, I must have been on a different planet when I did that!
The chapter was a long time coming, I know, and there wasn't a lot of it to be honest, I didn't mean to scrimp, but I kept promising and promising to upload the next chapter, so I put what I had completed up.
The next one will be longer I promise, because I don't know about you but I want to see what the future has in store for Maggie and Nick... suggestions welcome, who knows if I like it I may incorporate it into the story.
Thats what I originally intended for this story line, establish an outline for a plot and the key characters then let the readers decide on their fate.

Back to Reality

I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday season. Now that the holiday madness is done, I can get back to a regular creating schedule again. This next project is huge, and will be posted in many different parts over the coming year. It is a series of faces and fashions based on the Tyler Wentworth series of dolls from the Tonner Doll Company. Previews for the first part of this project will be posted shortly.
New Year, New Creations!
2008 was a good and productive year, but 2009 can be even better! I'm starting off with a 3rd vacation home, plus designer jeans for little girls. Maxis didn't give us much to choose from when it comes to kids! I guess I might have to make some more toddler clothes, too.I wish you all the very best, and as for myself, I hope to pass my second million download mark this year...;-)

I am working on recoloring my socialite and sandpiper to give some new colors and will be retexturing some of them. Then i am hoping to start making new meshes when I get my new pc. But it will take time to learn how to do the new meshes so I will contue to do recolors. and building new homes if you let me know what you like I will be happy to build them.IMPORTANT!! PLEASE READ!

Vacations :P
Bad news , I'm going to vacations! well , that would be great one for me but I won't upload for a whole month :(. I'm going to Dominican Republic till january 29th , so probably I will update in the first days of february. Regards , Francisco :PBackups are Still Great
I wrestled with this computer for the better part of a whole weekend, but finally was able to reformat the hard drive and re-install from backup. My backup from the day everything went crazy was apparently not infected by the virus either (at least not my Sims files - I didn't try to install everything else from that day) so I basically lost nothing. Yay!I will get some downloads out to you shortly. I've done a couple of recolors in my 20-colors of SimAddict99's new floppy sofa cushions. Also recolors of the Zecutime sofa to go with them. Not sure how I'll make those up into sets yet.
Also coming are more cars and appliances and one last pet set. And a recolor of my mesh set if I can get the staff to help me with replacing the mesh file(s). I'd like to do that first.
I'll keep you posted.

Hi I hope everyone had an Awesome Christmas and I pray for all the best for everyone throughout the New Year. My Family and I had an absolutely Wonderful Christmas. It's so awesome to be able to Celebrate the Birthday of our Lord and Savior Jesus.I am going to be working on and trying some new things ... that hopefully will come out good enough to share with you. Hopefully I can get out some more clothes for our Senior Sims too.
I make no promises though as life is hectic and always has a way of sneeking up on you when you least expect it, not to mention the fact that as my user name implies I have 7 children 4 of which still live at home. I also have 1 grand-daughter and 4 step-grandkids. Several animals(not including Husband & Kids)LOL. So life is busy, busy, busy.
But for now Enjoy Life, Stay Happy, Healthy, and Safe.
Purple Aliens
I submitted my purple alien skin and it has been pending since Nov.26, 2008. I have never submitted a skin before, but this seems like a long wait to me. Anyways, when/if it finally gets published I hope everyone likes it. The male skins are a bit darker then the female, I don't know why I did it, variety I guess.NOTE: I have not been doing any elder outfits lately because Maxis has included a bunch with Apartment life (I think it was AL)I tend to make new stuff when I need it, and I just haven't needed it lately.
