Hi All! Been a bit busy lately enjoying myself - went to 3 Queen concerts over the past week - had an absolutely amazing time, and well worth all the hours travelling! But now I'm back to reality, so I figured it's time for another update, and a quick preview of things to come - just in case anyone's interested! This was a project I started months ago, but never quite got around to finishing ..... until recently! 'The Fairyland Paintings Collection'
In total, there will be 14 pictures, all along similar lines as the above.

Princess Dracula
One last gown from "Bram Stoker's Dracula", then I swear I'll try to widen my interests ... besides which, I think this is the last one I can get any usable pictures for. ;)My latest effort is the dress worn by Princess Elisabeta (Dracula's wife) in the opening scenes of the film, telling the story of how "Prince Vlad" became the infamous vampire of Victorian legend. I couldn't really find a well-shaped mesh for this dress (which, awkwardly, is a medieval farthingale design), so I've just followed the general style of it and used a mesh from the base game, so everyone can download it (unless you're sticking with Sims 1, of course).

Pathlight Error

Well, some of you may have noticed that there are some subtle changes in the air...namely a return to a few Base Game Only lots. I have yet to let a month go that I didn't at least create a few of these challenging lots for those who prefer just Base Game, and this month is no exception. ;)
BRANDON VALLEY - BASE GAME LOT SET
These are being made available one at a time first, and then an entire set will be uploaded.
Set consists of:
- 2 Community Lots
- 2 Brand new lots
- Midwest Memories - Updated Cosmetically. (Which basically means I just did some redecorating, but no changes to the actual architecture or design.)

- EPs: None
- You don't have to use both Community Lots as they are complete shopping experiences. Corner Drug is an all-in-one stop and is on a smaller lot. Downtown is a Medium lot and includes an EP ready bar and a lovely community park/church. Both are corner lots, please be sure to read the notes. :)
If the set goes over well, I have some ideas for some "Cracker Box" houses, and even a farm to add to it. Guess we'll have to see. :)

Hi everyone! thanks for the kind words and comments. I have some good news. I got my computer fixed. I am still installing all the programs and have big plans to finish CSFB in November. I do have a couple days off for my birthday and will most likely use them to finish this story up once and for all. Thanks all for being so patient!Get Ready for Hallowe'en
Hallowe'en items for free members and subscribers!From 18th October for 4 weeks, the "Ouch! That's Gotta Hurt!" novelty axe set will be free! It contains two meshes (axe in the back, and an axe in the head) and a recolour for each mesh. And don't worry, it won't hurt even a tiny bit!
And for the subscribers out there, keep an eye out for my new Hallowe'en items, coming up over the next couple of weeks. Here's what's coming soon to this minisite:
* A set of clothing, accessories, and a hairdo to dress your Sim up like a well known character from a videogame by Nintendo. Who could it be? Well I've already made a set that lets your female Sims dress up like that silly princess he has to rescue all the time...
* Cute costumes for toddlers. Awwwww!
* And probably more ... I don't have my list with me right now ... oops!
And don't forget, last month I published a set of mummy outfits for the Egyptian theme, which will also make some pretty spooky Hallowe'en outfits!

Oh Gawd! She's at it Again!
Just in case you'd thought I'd given up lot building in favour of creating rubbishy wallpapers! There's a new residential development on the way! I decided I wanted a typical modern suburban cul-de-sac in my game. Well, why settle for one house when you can have five?Here's how it's shaping up so far:
Each home comes with it's own front and rear garden area (fully landscaped). 3 detached properties and 1 pair of semi's. There's also a children's play area/picnic area and fish pond. Reserve your viewing appointment now!
Apartment Mailboxes
When you are finished building your apartment lot and are ready to change from Residential to Apartment, here is what you do:1. Open the cheat box window (CTRL + Shift then C)
2. Type changeLotZoning apartmentbase
3. Save and Exit the lot into the neighborhood. You will see the apartment icon over your lot now!
4. Re-enter the lot and you will see the apartment mailbox in place of the standard house mailbox.
A few people have contacted me about Apartment Mailboxes not showing up in their game after doing the steps listed above. If this is happening to you, don't panic! You might be one of those who has downloaded recolors of maxis mailboxes in your game! I know I ended up with some and have no idea whose lot they came with. But, here is how you can get rid of them:
1. Go into your Sims2Pack Clean Installer, if you don't already have it, you can download it at http://sims2pack.modthesims2.com/
2. Choose directory as downloads and then it may take a long time for all of your downloads to appear, depending on the size of your download file. Good time to go make a cup of coffee or dinner, in some peoples case!
3. Alphabetize your downloads by clicking the name bar.. that won't take as long at all.
4. Scroll down and delete ALL mailboxes you find.
Don't worry, when you reload your game and go into houses, the mailboxes will be replaced with maxis mailboxes!
Dado Room Update
I'm turning into a blogging fool. But maybe it will make me finish this room sooner rather than later, lol. Getting closer though...
Done: desk, chair, bookcase, shelf, pole/column for shelf, 2 CD clutter, wall art, lighting
Still to do: 1 more clutter object, plant of some sort
Possible other items time allowing: side table maybe, recolor of computer maybe, radio maybe (if I can figure out how to make it placeable on the shelving), printer/scanner deco maybe, curtains maybe (if I can figure out if they can be made height adjustable like shelving/wall art that would be awesome!)
And, yeah. That's gonna keep me busy, lol
On a short vacation...

New Poll added to site.
I have added a new poll to my site to get some views on what you would like me to create. I have so many templates of clothing I don't know where to start. Any ideas on what I should do would be appreciated. I don't want to get back into that lull of only playing the game and not creating. I was thinking about making a set of these style clothes but I cannot remember where I got the mesh from. Does anyone know?

Bohemian Tops
This is a set of eight re-colours of the new tops from my Bohemian Collection that I made to go with the adult versions of the Bohemian Teen skirts. There are three new colours of the 3/4 sleeve top, three new colours of the appliqu�d halter top and one new version each of the cheesecloth shirt and the cream halter top. Here are three of them:

My friend & roomie KarenKarie came up with a challenge for everyone ELSE to try. So since I'm not the only one in our little circle trying it I thought I'd post MY progress.I started the Sim in question as a toddler. Since she wanted the Sim to get ALL the badges including the sales and stocking etc. I'll have him run "Ethan Allen's" I named him Ethan Allen just for that reason. :D

There will be some new houses and rugs coming in the next few days. I know I've been slow to get them posted, but I've been working on some object recolors by request. If you're in planning to marry off any of your undead Sims in the near future, you might have a use for my next item: Mina Murray's wedding dress from "Bram Stoker's Dracula", made on a standard formal gown mesh from the base game (so it doesn't have a proper Victorian bustle, sadly - just a screencap of one painted onto its rear). Hi Everyone. I hope Everyone is having Wonderful Times, full of fun with family & friends. I started a new job and it takes up a lot of my time durning the week, so lately the only time I get to create is on weekends, which makes it ruff because I also have to do my grocery shopping and that sort of stuff on the weekends too, so the time I get to spend on creating is very limited so it usually takes me 2 weekends to finish a recolor. Well I"m off for now. Just wanted to pop in and say Hi, and let you know why things have been a little slow around here.Oh I almost forgot to mention the TC Thread. It's here at TSR and it is loads of fun. Come check us out. You know the old saying "Try it you'll like it". Well come try the TC, you'll not only like it ... you'll LOVE it.

Urban Brick Wall Sets
I have finished uploading all 9 in the Urban Paint sets to co-ordinate with the Urban Stucco Sets. I have finished the Urban Brick Sets as well so I am going to start uploading them to TSR tonight. All co-ordinate with the initial Urban Stucco sets at the nice price of $0.600,000!!

Wind Storms and Power Surges
I was working on a new mesh last weekend and a windstorm blew a tree in to a power line--the outage somehow fried my hard disk, my video card, and my monitor. I was able to get most of the files from my hard disk, but can't boot up my computer. It was due for an upgrade, but I can't afford to fix it all at once. I'm sharing my hubby's computer right now, but can't spend the time neccessary on his computer to make meshes. I'm out of the game until I can replace my box and install my new harddisk in it. Hopefully that will be within the next few weeks.New 'Little Bedroom' - Preview!

A cute bedroom set in shades of pink and white, featuring sweet little kitties! Includes: Bedding, End Table, Dresser, Desk, Chair, Bookcase, Curtains, Rug, Paintings, Computer, Walls and Carpets.
I will also be creating some nursery items to match at some point in the near future - before you all start asking (or in some cases, demanding - you know who you are, evil witches!! 
).

Punk is back!
I don't know why I've been stuck on teenage clothing - maybe I never really grew up inside... sweet sixteen for ever... and a rebel, of course. This weekend I was supposed to clean and dust the apartment, but like a true teenager I spent the whole day by the computer, making new punk outfits for my simmies. Well, the dust is not going anywhere, nor am I!Skintone used in my pictures
For all the curious out there, the skintone is made by me using other artists work, so I can`t upload it or give you a link-there is none.Episode 6! And work!
Sorry about the delay with episode 5. I've had to do quite a bit of planning for my job (I'm a tutor) and it's all piling up on me. Plus, episode 10 was a nightmare to write! I'm gonna try and stick to a target of at least 2 episodes a month. If I can do more, brilliant! But I there WILL be at least 2! And I've decided I'm not buying Sims 3 until the series is finished - that's a distraction I don't need... even thought it would be so good... soooo good... NO, MUST WORK!! So, hope you enjoyed episode 5 and Vadamar <3. He has issues. But then don't they all? Here's a sneaky peeky at what's coming in episode 6! *It's called 'No Noose is Good Noose'. ;P *The last new main character, for a total of 7. *Atra pushes Murk's buttons. *Vadamar meets his match. *Why's Yarilo so sad? *Dania gets to use 'Kerry'. And here's a preview piccy. Reminds me of one of those old silent films, where the heroinne would get tied to a train track by a moustache-twirling cad. Mwah hah hah!
