'My Little Bee' Bedroom Collection - Preview!
Hi folks! Having been to the deepest, darkest reaches of outer space for my new 'My Little Alien' and 'My Little Space' bedroom collections, I decided for the third in the series, to come back down to earth and get back to nature! So here we have a sneak preview of: 'My Little Bee' Bedroom Collection
Since the first two were aimed more for the boys, I thought I'd make this one a little more unisex!
All done out in white, cream and gold - not all versions are shown here - you'll have to wait for the finished product - this is just a teaser!! 
I have another in the series planned which will definitely be aimed more for the girls - more on that later, as at the moment it is just another of my Mad Cow ideas! 
If anyone has ideas for future themes/projects, I am more than willing to listen - can't always guarantee I'll be able to come up with the goods tho'!

Dirty Pretty Things
A new recolor of the Manor House Washroom will be up tomorrow. It's totally different from what I normally do and features grungy and cracked textures for all the Washroom pieces. I hope everyone enjoys it.The MH Garden will be coming shortly =]
Have been sick
So, I've been struggling with being sick and working too much, along with a lot of family stuff. I haven't been able to work on any new sets and I don't know when I will be able to. :( Take care everyone. Hopefully, I won't be gone for too long.Yay! Backpacks!
Soon the new school year starts, and that means it's the time for kids again!! I've made two sets that should come in handy. Just think, what your little simmies DON't have? BACKPACKS! hah! Now they have! *makes a mad scientist's smile* See for your self:

Screenshots of Vintage Charm Dark
I just uploaded a few screenies of my current project, Vintage Charm Dark. The set is a recolor of my Vintage Charm bed and bath rooms meshes and features dark woods, green and white textures, with accents of apricot...er, not the fruit but the color.Vintage Charm Dark is almost finished, I have a few more objects to recolor and if time permits I may create 1 or 2 new meshes for the set. I hope you enjoy the preview shots.

Now that the signs set is out but you think there is a sign you would like that wasn't included in the set, then let me know. If I receive enough requests that will amount to another set (I'm thinking 4-6 as a minimum), I'll make them.And any joker who thinks they're hilarious by asking for a nice Welsh town name sign along the lines of LLANFAIRPWLLGWYNGYLLGOGERYCHWYRNDROBWLLLLANTYSILIOGOGOGOCH (yes, really - look it up if you don't believe me) will find that THEIR sign will say something infinitely more rude than anything I can write here and I won't be held accountable for it!

My Laptop Died...
After two years of bearing with me, my laptop has taken its last breath on the eve of my birthday... so.. that means i can't make anything for you for quite some time... but I do have some sets that I was able to recover, so I have some stuff to release soon!*sigh*... I just can't believe that this had to happen... on the eve of my birthday...
Don't Give Up On Me Yet
I know I keep promising meshes and I haven't delivered, but don't give up on me just yet. You won't BELIEVE the weird problems I keep running into! I won't go into details, but they all have to do with getting certain file extensions to open in certain programs. Well, just for an example: TGA and SVG files are not editable in photoshop, and have to be converted to JPEGS. How come I have TGA and SVG files in the first place? They are the only file extensions UV maps unwrapped in Blender can be saved in. OBJ files from SimPE do not open in Blender, and have to be renamed. The renamed OBJ files will not import back into SimPE. To name just a FEW of the problems I have had! So I still have to figure out how in the heck I am going to get my OBJ files from Blender back in SimPE. Probably will have to regroup in Milkshape somehow. This isn't supposed to be this darn hard! So you see I HAVE been working on meshing; I'd have had my lamp, table, chair and bookshelf finished a LONG time ago if my darn programs would just COOPERATE with me! But I am hannging in there, I'll figure this out if it kills me! :DI'm Still Alive...
Just caught up in trying to finish off my Soup Legacy in time for it's third anniversay later this month, and being distracted by my other addiction, Everquest. Never fear, there will be more objects, I've got a couple of things I've started work on but progress is currently at a crawl.A sign of the times...

About time we had another corny title, but at least this time it goes a small way to describing my next set!
I was looking at an old photograph of a derelict street where once-majestic buildings were boarded up, plaster falling away (usual sort of pretty building I like to make) but what perhaps stood out most is that the once brightly painted signs had corroded too. Badly.
I figured therefore that fellow urbanites might like some corroded signs too, so I've made a set comprising both rooftop and wall-mounted signs that not only come in corroded and rusted colours, but there are a few more cheerful paint colours too. I've made the following for this set:

GARAGE
GYM
HOTEL
By the way, that awesome crumbling plasterwork wallpaper in the top picture is by our very own MsBarrows and is an essential ingredient to any down-town building kit! It looks fabulous in the game and I'm hooked on it!
Being much shorter words, the BAR and GYM wall-mounted signs come in a small as well as regular size. The regular size of these smaller words looked a tad peculiar unless used on a higher floor, so I made a smaller size so you can choose which fits best. And I've actually made a collection for them too (I know that makes a change, but you might be glad to know I'm making collection files for older sets too - thanks to Jenova who prompted me into action).
These signs are scheduled for release on Friday 15 August. And do not assume you will impress me by pointing out any spelling mistakes in them!!!

She's My Everything!
Sorry I haven't been replying back to comments and so on. I've been away from home for almost a month. As some of you might know my mother was diagnosed with small cell (lung) cancer last October. My mother was admitted to the hospital July 15 to have some test done because she was feeling sick for a little over a week. The test showed that her cancer had spread really fast over two months and was in her bones and probably in her brain. Two days later I received a phone call from my sister telling me that my mother was getting worse and the doctors didn't think she'd make the weekend. So my husband and I flew home to MS on July 18. I arrived to see my mother unconscious and all my family pacing the hospital room and halls. She had an UTI and was septic and she was entering the first stages of renal (kidney) failure. It was a really hard and upsetting weekend for my family. As Monday rolled around we thought this was it but that evening, out of the blue, my mother started waking up. All the doctors and nurses were really surprised. She starting getting better day by day. If she wasn't sleeping then she was talking up a storm and joking constantly. It was like she was making up for those few days she was out. She seemed to be doing great and her doctor had already talked about sending her home. I was fortunate enough to have spent most of those days and nights with her. But on July 29 her kidneys started shutting down again and over the next three days we slowly watched her slip away. She went into a coma by the weekend. She would wake up to stare at nothing and sometimes she would make sounds but she was completely unresponsive to our talking or touching her. Monday Aug 4 was her 62nd birthday and we tried to make it special for her even though she didn't know what was going on. Wednesday morning at 5:10 she passed away. The next few days were hectic. My father did arrangments the day she passed but myself and my brothers and sisters had a lot of loose ends that needed fixed. We waked her on Friday and had a funeral mass Saturday morning followed by her funeral. Everyone was in a daze and I'm still amazed my father made it through all of it, my parents have been together for 46 years. Sunday rolled around and next thing I know my husband and I are on a plane headed back to our home in Virginia. I just wanted to share this with everyone and let you all know that I'm holding up okay. It's really hard for me because my mother and I have always been so close. I'm the youngest of 8 children (4 boys & 4 girls) and my mom always referred to me as her baby. I also took after my mom in interest and personality. I've lived away from home for 10 years but tried to visit as often as possible just to spend time with my mom. I love the rest of my family but my mom has always meant the world to me. Right now, the hardest thing I'm dealing with is knowing she isn't going to call me. We were always calling one another to talk. I know as time goes I'll be okay but it's still hard. For the funeral mass the priest wanted someone to write a few things about my mom. Something short and sweet so he could know a little about her. So here's something I wrote. It doesn't tell everything about her. I don't think I could fill enough pages with what an amazing person she was. She was mine and my family's everything. She always will be!

Lots, and Lots of New Stuff, Soon
I have lots, and lots of new stuff coming soon! First off, I am working on two new sets. The first is a build mode/outdoor set which all I have to do is finish tweaking the texture, and make the previews, and the second is a living room set.Besides working on lots of new sets, I will have three new stories coming soon! All three of them are Extreme Sim Homemakeover stories. One is completely finished, it just has to be submitted. The second one is near completition, and I will be started the third one very soon.

I'm being fitted for dentures today
It's a little after 12pm where I live, which means it is officially the 14th day of the 8th month of the year which means I am officially old--er, I mean, I'm officially 24 years old.Happy Birthday to me. And now I must take my teeth out and enjoy some pureed vegetables. Mmm, fiber.
More Hanover Kitchen recolors
As requested in a comment on my Hanover Kitchen Recolors, I've gone ahead and made some more recolors with brass handles. The wood tones are much like the existing recolors, with slight variations so the shelves (which don't have any hardware on them) won't appear to have duplicate recolors. I have a slightly brighter white, cherry, a dark cherry-ish mahogany, bleached oak, and a "regular" colored oak. I don't have pictures yet since my laptop graphics are too scary to show, but I'll be testing them on my desktop later and will have some pictures soon

I do have some more, but you'll have to wait until I upload them to see!

I posted this challenge last month in the TSR forums. Sears Modern Homes were kit homes sold by Sears in the first half of the 20th century. Previeuw for the coming updates
This week I decided to create some nice recollors to update the closet for our Teen girls. I submitted 4 simsuites with the same patterns I've used on the swimsuites for adult females to.
I also created 3 different stylisch outfits for them with original Ed Hardy and Roxy patterns. Hope you like them!

Thank you! I hope that everyone who downloaded every single creation is pleased with it! I'm a perfectionist, so I spend a lot of time on single creation to make it as good as possible.The criteria which I follow while uploading my items is clear: I upload only things that I would like to download myself ^_^. Most of my walls and floors was made because I needed some specific kind of flooring or wall covering, for instance realistic-looking wall tiles or seamless natural-looking carpet of seagrass - and these creations were made for my needs, not "in order to upload on TSR".
I hope that You'll like also upcoming creations (some creations are still - have no idea why - pending, and TSR staff doesn't reply to any mails and contact attempts).
One is for sure: although I'll never become an SA with plenty of worshipers and bilions of downloads, that will not prevent me from creating and sharing my childish items with all of You!

Continuing with the alien/space theme, I have been 'playing' around with a few things to make complete bedroom sets and have come up with the following two collections:

The walls and floors will be different in the final versions as I hadn't got around to packing/installing them when I took these pics. I will also probably included a couple of paintings for each set - I just wanted to make sure the furniture came out okay before going too far, since it is my first attempt!

Leyris nursery
I've been trying to make a Leyris nursery, but somehow, the recycled wood din't fit with it. Nevertheless, I go on with the nurcery, replacing the recycled wood by painted wood :) Lets say the simmies sanded the old woods and painted them... Little preview ;)
I am back again
Just thought I would let you all know that I am back again. Up to date with university stuff for a few days. I have uploaded 100 Texture Challenge, so hopefully it will be released in the next few days. I have also uploaded the Santiago Natural Dining Recolour.I am just finishing up the Natural Works Fireplace and Wall Mirror, plus recolours of the Esprit Curtains. I am hoping to get those uploaded over the next few days.
I will be sure to post updates as they happen.

Hi, dear Simmers! There's a new poll online and a update on the look at my Minisite. If you like, vote and earn your 25 kudo's! At the moment I'm looking forwards for the next expansion, the Sims 2 Apartmentlife. I really love the idea that there wil be a little bit magic in it!!! From my childhood on, I always loved Spooky and Vampire stories and also all kind of Fairytales, with Elven, a lot of Magic stuff and (you allready gues it) ... Yes, Witches to! I hope it wil be a great expansion, with a lot of fun and a lot of crazy recepies, just like we had in the Sims 1 expansion, Making Magic. For that reason I've changed the look on my Ministe. Hope you like it!
